Producer's Paradigm

By: Aviantei

Whatever the role of the Producer
Is supposed to be, it sure as hell
Isn't what you're doing now:
Revealing forbidden secrets
Intervening in the Composer's choice
It's all out of line
But who says you give a damn

You know better than most
How lethargy can stain
The most brilliant of minds
How creativity can stutter
Enough to make the temptation
To turn the page into a ball of scrap
Seem like the only option

But you also know
That the world is more than downs
That even the messiest of canvases
With a little bit of patience can yield
The most beautiful works of art

So if it means saving this symphony
And all its potential
What's getting a few smudges
On your fingers?

[Author's Notes]

Did you think we were getting out of the finale of this poetry collection without another Sanae poem? Well you thought wrong. Definitely used this as an opportunity to poke at his thoughts during the Long Game.

Thanks once more to She Who Loves Pineapples for your regular reviews. They warm my heart and make me feel like I'm not just updating into the void.

Also, 100 poems. What the hell's that all about? But wait, there's more!

Thanks for your time. Enjoy the ride here.
