Other than that, I've really enjoyed writing this story, My Angels means a lot to me and I'm glad that I was able to continue the life of Troy, Gabriella and Isabella through Always Be Their Angel and Important Moments. I hope you've enjoyed the story :) )

A few months after Isabella's wedding day, she called her family and William's family over for dinner for an announcement. After they finished dessert, her and William stood, her husband taking her hand as she addressed her family. "We have something to tell you all." When everyone's attention was on her, she spoke. "I'm pregnant."

Gabriella gasped and stood to hug her daughter. "Oh my gosh Baby Girl, congratulations. How far along are you?"

"I'm three months and we're having twins, we wanted to wait until we told you, just to be sure." Gabriella nodded and Isabella turned to Troy while William spoke to his family. "Dad? Are you ok?"

He nodded slowly. "I'm ok Bella, I just can't believe it. I'm going to have two grandchildren."

Isabella smiled and hugged her dad. "Yeah, and they are going to love you so much Dad. They're going to love you and Mom just like I do."

Troy kissed his daughter's forehead. "Congratulations Angel, you're going to be an amazing mother, just like your mom."

Isabella smiled and looked over to her brother and sister. "How do you guys feel, you're going to have nieces or nephews." They both looked at each other before running to hug Isabella. She smiled and hugged them back. "I love you guys so much and I know that the babies will love you the same way I do."

"We love you too Bella." They both replied.

Gabriella was drawn from her thoughts as she arrived at the hospital, she looked at Troy, Arabella and Aidan before she opened the door to the room. She smiled as she saw her daughter in the bed holding her son and daughter; the same position she'd been herself 27 years ago. They all walked into the room and saw that the two babies were asleep. Isabella smiled at her parents and siblings as they came to a stop beside her bed. "Mom, Dad, Ari, Aidan. I'd like you to meet Jonathan Troy." She noticed the tears form in her dad's eyes at the recognition of his name as her son's middle name. "And this is my daughter, Gabriella Kate, we're going to call her Gabi."

Gabriella's eyes filled with tears; her granddaughter was named after her. "You used our names?"

Isabella nodded. "Of course we did Mama. Will and I both wanted our parents names included in the names of our kids and it just happened that we ended up having a son and a daughter. We wanted it to be a surprise so we didn't tell you what the names were. We used yours and Kate's names for our daughter and Dad's name and David's middle names for our son."

Gabriella kissed her daughter on the forehead. "You have no idea how much that means to us Bella." She looked down at her granddaughter and grandson. "They're beautiful Baby Girl, they look so much like you and I can see Will in them too."

"Thanks Mama." She could see the look in her parents' eyes so she turned her attention to Gabriella. "Mom, do you want to hold your granddaughter?"

Gabriella nodded and took her granddaughter into her arms. "Hi Gabi, I'm your Nonna and I love you and your brother very much. Your mommy is going to be the best mommy in the world for you two." She kissed the little girl's forehead.

Isabella smiled and turned to her dad. "Dad, you want to meet your grandson?" Troy nodded and took the baby boy from his daughters arms. "JT, this is your granddad."

Troy held his grandson and kissed the baby's forehead. "Hi Jonathan, we've been waiting to meet you and your sister for a while. Your Nonna and I are going to be the best grandparents for you and your sister. You two are going to have so much fun with your aunty and uncle, and I can already tell that you're going to have the best mommy ever."

Isabella smiled watching her parents with her children before she turned to her siblings, gesturing them to sit either side of her; she wrapped an arm around their shoulders. "You guys can meet your niece and nephew in a second, we'll just give Mom and Dad some time with them before David and Kate come. Gabriella and Jonathan are going to love you guys so much, just like I do."

"We love you too Bella."

From that moment, Isabella was starting the next chapter of her life. She wanted to follow in her mother's footsteps and hoped to be as good of a mother as Gabriella had been to her. As she looked at her parents holding onto her son and daughter, she made a promise to herself; the same promise she'd made about Arabella and Aidan. She promised to be there for everything in her childrens' life, just like Troy and Gabriella had been there for her. She promised to be there for all the important moments.
