End of Previous Chapter

Fjord. Nightime.

The stars are shining brightly giving light to the two figures flying in the sky. The spirit wolf just regained his magic by the help of the mana around. The enchanted forest seems like a place where mana is very rich and potent compared to other places. After all, it is the home of the elemental spirits who's guiding and protecting it.

Leaping and running in the air, the wind against them can't do anything to slow them down. The silver white haired man doesn't seem to be fazed by rushing winds hitting them, with the momentum that they have, they will reach Arendelle in no time. In contrast, the blonde woman is in no shape to enjoy the ride that they have anymore. Sure, flying is amazing and the fifth spirit never experienced it before, not even with Gale. But the ride is beyond scary than the fifth spirit expected. Her hair is blown away by the gushing winds.

"I should have braided my hair in a bun.", she thought while eyes still closed.

The only time Elsa experienced flying was when the wind spirit enclosed her with the rapid winds when they entered the enchanted forest. It wasn't a pleasant memory for it was a very dangerous journey for them. Anna almost got hit by a huge log swirling in the winds with them.

With the gushing winds against them, she tighten her grip to the man infront of her, not letting go.

"Should we slow down a bit, snowflake?", the man said with concern.

"No, I'm fine and please stop calling me that. We're gonna arrive much faster this way anyways.", she replied, her hands turning slightly red from her grip tight.

"Yeah, I know we're in a hurry and this position is really sweet for anyone who can see us. However, I won't be arriving alive soon because you're embracing me too much. Its almost suffocating me."

"Oh, sorry.", realization dawned upon the woman and hurriedly loosening her embrace to the man's stomach.

"Slow down a bit, Reyv.", Grey said to the thick furred wolf. He earned a small bark in response.

"You didn't really have to.", Elsa said weakly.

"Is she disappointed with what I did?", Grey thought. "Don't worry. Everything is gonna be fine and plus, you're still not used riding Reyv. Unlike Nokk, who's very picky about who rides her, Reyv is much more tricky and hard to handle at first."

"But you're doing really fine even it's your first time.", he added not looking at the fifth spirit.

"Thank you.", Elsa said to him. A swell of courage and inspiration grew inside of her when she heard those words from the prince. She opened her eyes widely, loosening her embrace much more this time earning a look from the man infront of him.

"This doesn't seem scary at all.", Elsa encourage herself.

Finally, she had the audacity and courage to let go of the embrace and watched the scenery below and upon them.

"This feels amazing. Its beautiful.", she said.

"Right?", he intervened and was captivated by the fifth spirit's beautiful smile. It also made a smile on his face.

"You're really a natural.", Grey added.

"What do you mean?", the blonde woman asked.

"You heard me.", he plainly replied.

"You're very natural at handling things. Its like magical things are second nature to you. You just coexist and belong to nature. Maybe being the fifth spirit was your destiny all along, perhaps your calling. Being called by a mysterious voice and finally arriving at the frozen river of memories. It must be fate or something.", he explained.

"I guess so. I just heard that voice...that siren and it led me to Ahtohallan...wait a minute.. How do you know about the voice?"

"Ahto-...what?", he asked.

"Ahtohallan. The frozen river of memories you mentioned and you're not answering my question.", the fifth spirit interjected.

"Is that how you call it?", Grey ignored her question. He can't just answer that he was spying, watching rather, the fifth spirit in the glaciers of ice, so he kept pressing his own questions to make the blonde woman forget about asking in the first place.

"Yes. It was supposed to be a myth. My mother always tell me and my sister about a river of memories called Ahtohallan when we were kids. She told us that the river holds the secrets of the past. She used to sing us a lullaby about the place. The song helped me reached the deeper parts of the Ahtohallan. Although when I dove deeper, I realized I'm not completely immune to the cold. So much for saying that the cold never bothered me. But it did, I felt the coldest colds and my body froze. Thanks for my sister, she freed me in there.", Elsa narrated her experience to the man infront of her.

Grey listened to every word that escaped on Elsa's lips. She didn't know that the prince witnessed her bravery and resolve with her very own eyes. He knew more than anyone else what kind of person this woman is, even though he just met her.

"I'm sorry, I just kept running my mouth. You can forget everything I said.", she said now embarrassed. Grey just laughed at her reaction.

"Hahaha.. Its okay, Snowflake. For what's it worth, you've done a really great job. You save and freed everyone in the enchanted forest."

Elsa now regained her composure and eased her body to get comfortable with the situation. Then, she realized something odd about what the prince just said.

"He wasn't supposed to know about the enchanted forest fiasco.", these words we're at the back of Elsa's mind.

"You know, I've been wondering. Its like you know everything about me and what I do. You know that I have ice powers, and now you knew that I freed everyone in the enchanted forest. Not only that, you kept dodging my question earlier. So, Grey Neverfallen, be honest with me now. How do you know these things?", Elsa said the last part with a commanding tone.

She had her blue eyes darting to the guy infront of him. This earned an uncomfortable feeling to the silver white haired guy. He was starting to sweat from the demands of the former queen.

"Now, prince. Out with the truth.", Elsa added mentally still her curious eyes staring at the prince.

"It's...really..hard..to..explain.", he said with while stuttering.

"Damn it. She's not only beautiful, she's also incredibly perceptive. How should I tell her?", Grey thought.

"My memories are still a little fuzzy because of the seal and my body is still getting used to that fact. I won't be able to answer your questions for now. Even if I did, I highly doubt you'll accept them heartily.", he replied hiding his nervousness and made his breathing seem normal.

"Heh, really? But you have the time to joke and tease me around?", the fifth spirit said back.

"Well, you have my ears burning on that one but..those situations are different...hahaha", Grey smoothed his way out of that one.

"Fine...I'll let you off the hook this time.", Elsa accepting his excuse for the time being.

"I might be too rude and way out of line if I force him to give me an answer. I'm asking his help anyways and he seems like not the type of guy to take advantage of situations...isn't he?", she mentally thought.

"Phew, safeeeee... I'm safe for now. She doesn't need to know about the spying thing, right? Because if she did, that would be plainly creepy.", Grey mentally asked himself.

The ride seem a little quiet for few moments. Only the crashing waves and gushing winds can be heard. The steps in the air by a certain huge wolf can be heard as if he was running on the earth lands.

"Y'know, this might seem weird to ask but did you do something to me when I woke up?, Grey asked out of nowhere.

The fifth spirit just tensed up by the sudden question of the prince. The incident immediately replayed on her mind. Elsa felt her cheeks burn and she blushed. Her heartbeat raised incredibly faster. The memory of her tripping and falling on the floor and crashed at Prince's very own lips. The blonde woman was grateful that it's already night time and he can't see the state she's in.

"What...do..you mean?, she managed to form her question despite her state.

"This is a little weird, but I felt something warm on my lips. It actually helped me wake up.", he smiled awkwardly after answering her question. Elsa's face now a beet red by what Grey just said. Her heart raced more faster this time.

"It actually helped me wake up. It actually helped me wake up...me..wake up...wake up...", Grey's words were ringing on Elsa's ears like the sound of an echo.

"I...don't know...what you're...talking about.", the blonde woman having a hard time forming the right excuse, or words for that matter. She was lightly clenching her fists whilst answering and completely denied his claims.

"Is that so? That warm sensation was a little weird but I actually like the feeling. It felt like...no, it tasted like freshly fallen snow. I wonder what it was...or who it was... All I can remember is that I was sucked into my body.", Grey said while not noticing the fifth spirit's now red face.

"No..no...no...no, keep yourself together, Elsa. It was an accident...that..kiss...was just...an accident. It didn't mean anything.", she kept telling herself that.

The situation ended when Grey noticed the dark clouds near above them. The kingdom of Arendelle is now in their view. The dark clouds still not reaching them, as they kept approaching the place.

"This is bad. I didn't think it would emerge this soon and to this place specifically.", Grey announced.

"What are those clouds? Whats happening to Arendelle? Those things give me a different kind of vibe. Like an uneasy feeling.", Elsa asked while looking now at the dark skies. She noticed the dark spots falling from it.

"Its Nephiria's curse. A life consuming dark clouds. Its from the demon world. See those dark spots?

Grey pointing out to the skies.

If you get hit by it, you'll be cursed. The curse will travel to your body and kill it slowly. It's quite a painful curse. I don't recommend being hit by one.", he darkly explained which gave chills to the blonde woman.

"What? No..no..this can't be happening. What do we do?...My sister is there..my family is-..", Elsa is now hysterical and in a state of panic.

"Calmed down, snowflake. I think they're fine." Grey said trying to ease her down.

"Noooo...How can I calmed down when I know something bad is going on down there? I have to help th-"

"Relax, from what I can tell, everything seems all right.",

"How do you know?", Elsa now wondering how come he's still so composed.

"How, you ask. Hmmm...well, I have pretty sharp senses, that's one. From what I can see, your kingdom is doing all right. No one seems to be outside their houses. Everyone must have stayed inside."

"That's...great to hear.", Elsa now relieved, put her hands in her chest, and calming down almost instantly.

"That doesn't really help our situation. How do we get rid of it?", she asked.

"Simple. We blow it away.", Grey stated as if it was the obvious thing to say.

"Huh? How do you plan to do that? Even Gale, the wind spirit, would have a hard time doing that.", she replied.

"We have a guy right here perfectly suited for the job.", referring to the gray furred magical beast their riding and ruffling his head in the process. This earned a small howl from the huge wolf.

"Okay, that's great. Is Reyv really capable of doing that?", the fifth spirit asked curiously.

"Yeah, of course he can do it.", he said positively while looking at the dark clouds.

"You better hold on to me tightly. We're gonna blow it away now.", he said.

"Ready Reyv?", the tempest wolf howled in response. "Lets do this." Grey positioned his hands infront of him, made a circling motion with it, and met them at the middle. His first three fingers are up while his ring and pinky finger are pointed down in each hand, his right hand over the other.

The winds started to rush towards the magical beast, as if he's summoning them. The fifth spirit noticed that mana is gathering around Reyv. Elsa then grabbed more tightly to the prince realizing he wasn't joking around about holding tight. Then, a large blue magical circle emerged in front of them and another layer of gray circle following throught it when Grey made his gestures.

"Invoke.", Grey called in a whisper, inaudible to the fifth spirit.

A sudden large swirling winds came out of the magical circles and approaching the dark clouds.

"Ahhhhhhh..ahhhh..what are you doing?", the fifth spirit screaming from the bursts of winds.

"Blowing it away, what else?", he replied loudly to make sure she can hear him.

Elsa's hair was blown away by the recoil of the rushing winds. She was holding and embracing more to the prince so she won't fall hundred meters above the ground.

Few seconds later, the rushing winds stopped and things started to calm down. Elsa trying to calm hersef down from the windy experience. She opened her eyes widely and saw the clear dark skies above Arendelle. The fifth spirit was glad that the dark clouds were now gone.

"That was a little stronger, than the last time we did that Reyv. You didn't hold back, did you?", the wolf made a small howl in reply and wagging his tail indicating he was satisfied and excited about what they did.

"But that was dangerous, y'know. If it wasn't me, things could go out of hand.", Reyv still wagging his tail and barking at his partner.

"You just don't listen do you.", the wolf just barked in response.

"Well, I guess its fine. Nephiria's curse is now gone anyway. I could call this as a success.", Grey seemed satisfied with the outcome and put her hands around his chest in a proud manner.

"What...did..you...just do?", Elsa asked unsurely.

"We just blew it away.", he plainly said.

"I know that.", she made a slight slap across her face by his plain answer.

"Ughhh, could he be more dense?", she mentally confused and frustrated.

"I mean what did just happen...before.."

"Ahh...okayyy, I get it. You wouldn't know about that. What we did was called...uniting magic.", Grey now seemed to understand the question and explained it to her.

"Uniting magic? What's that?", she asked.

"As the name suggests, it's a magic ritual that allows two entities to merge their magic into one. Although in our case earlier, Reyv was the one who used more magic and on my end, I was mending and controlling it. This guy lacks restraint after all.", he continued while rubbing his hands on the wolf's fur.

"Thats...amazing... really amazing. I..don't..know what to say. You blew those clouds away.", she said with a tone of amazement.

"Can.. you...teach... me that?", Elsa continued shyly. She seemed desperate to learn it. No one could blame her, she might use it sometime in the future.

"Unfortunately, I can't."

"Care to tell me why?", she said, a little disappointed.

"Uniting magic can't be learned. Even if you try to learn it for years, you won't be able to master it."

The fifth spirit a little saddened by what the guy just said. Elsa was hopeful she could learn something from the prince. Standing and doing nothing when her love ones are in grave danger is the last thing she wants to do. The sad expression on her face didn't go unnoticed by Grey. They continued their journey and the castle of the kingdom is approaching nearer.

"Don't get upset with it. I'm not finished yet. Its still possible for you."

"Huh? Really?...how?", her ears perked when he heard that and bombarded the prince with questions.

"Relax.", he started. "Uniting Magic happens when you and your partner have fixed goal in mind. A reason to act. A resolve to achieve something where both of your are in sync."

"Goal?...a reason to act?...sync?", these words filled the fifth spirit's mind.

"In simple words, it only happens when you form a deep bond with someone and when truly trust that person. Enough that you'll risk your life.", he finished with a empathetic smile.

"So, you have to form a deeper bond to someone...that you trust with your life? Is that the case for you and Reyv?, she asked.

"Yeah, we've been through a lot with this guy.", he smiled genuinely.

"For some reason, I can only use a little portion of my magic and I don't really know why. I hope we don't face any problems while I'm in this state.", he continued with his thoughts while looking at his hands.

"What seems to be problem with me? Reyv already replenished his magic, but for my case, its almost nothing. I can't protect them if I'm like this. I have to do something.", he exhaled with this thoughts.

ELSA'S POV

As I keep listening to his words, the more I seem to trust this guy.

"He's not that bad.", I thought.

However, I noticed his frequent small pauses, its like he's in deep thought. I wonder what he's thinking about.

Could he be thinking about really important? ...About the demon or...about..me? No..no..no...I really have to stop with these thoughts. Why should I care what he's thinking about. He's not worth it. At the back of my mind, I think this is so frustrating, I really want to know. It bothers me when he's like that. He should tell me... I really sounded like his wife?...Wife?..Wife? Whats wrong with me? I mentally snap out of my thoughts. My face is deep red from those ideas. I'm beyond embarrassed. I should real-...

"We're here.", I was interrupted by the guy I'm riding with.

"Finally. I can see my family.", I forgot my earlier thoughts and focused myself in seeing my dear sister. I miss her.

We landed outside of the castle and I can see the dark spots that landed on the ground. Its so thick now, I wonder how long was this going.

"Don't worry, these things vanishes in a few hours. Just be careful not to step in one.", he assured me.

"Oh, okay. That's a relief." I exhaled deeply to clear my anxiousness.

"Just to be safe...", I waved my hands and froze the ground, and the walls completely so that we won't worry about the dark spots.

"Wooohhh, sweet. That's pretty handy.", he commented.

"You're welcome.", I said with a dignified tone.

"I wasn't thanking you."

I immediately made a little slouch by his comment. This guy really, any time in the future, I just wanna freeze him. He keeps making fun of me.

I ignored his comment and proceeded to walk. Then, my eyes were caught on the two figures of my companion. The huge spirit wolf is glowing white and is shrinking.

"What the-", I was suprised by the sudden transformation. Reyv returned to his earlier little form. I was caught up with his cuteness when he made a little kicks to his ear to get rid of itchiness.

"Tired, little guy? You can rest for now."

Reyv barked in response. Grey kneeled down and get him up with his hands. He lifted him up in the air and put the little puppy in his head.

I can't describe the image in front of me. It's adorable when he puts Reyv to rest on top of his head. They look so perfect.

"Let's get going.", he said afterwards.

"Right.", I ignored my thoughtand simply nodded to him.

"We walked for a few minutes to reach the doors of the castle. When I opened it, I was greeted by my late father's official guard, General Mattias.

"Your Highness.", he said while giving a little bow. He immediately noticed the guy behind me and his reaction was not I hoped for.

"Who's there? Put your hands up in the air.", General Mattias declared commanding his soldiers and unsheathing their metal swords to the stranger. They surrounded Grey fully armed with swords and their respective shields.

Third Person POV

"No, stop he's wi-..", Elsa hurriedly said but was cut off by one soldier.

"We got this, your highness. Please get behind us.", he said.

"It's not that. He's with me.", the fifth spirit exclaimed but the soldiers didn't hear her because the dark cloaked guy is provoking them with an evil smile.

"Well, well, well. What do we have here? You sure you can protect your former Queen from me, humans. You're a hundred years early to even have the right to challenge me. But, I'll entertain you, so now...Come at me!, he declared to the soldiers while emitting an evil aura.

"What is he up to?", she thought.

A soldier shouted his battle cry and attacked Grey by swinging his sword diagonally, he easily evaded it and pushed the soldier forward and landed on another. They were unbalance and fell on the ground. Clanks of metals can be heard when they hit the ground. Another soldier attacked him from behind and his eyes widen and was shocked when Grey received the attack and stop it with his bare hand. The fifth spirit was also suprised by such a feat.

"He's amazing.", she whispered to herself.

Grey was simultaneously attacked by the guard infront of him and he was a little surprised by his skill. He kept evading the slashes of the guard.

"They have decent guards, after all.", he told himself. He lowered his body and grab the hilt of the sword and kicked him away. The guard flew with a little distance. Grey was holding back quite a bit after all.

"Nice try, but your sword is too light.", he said.

"Not by the literal weight of the sword but the weight of your resolve. Is this the extent of their abilities?, he thought.

"Hey, hey, is this all you got to offer. I can barely call it a warm up.", Grey keeps provoking them. The soldiers were all down and General Mattias was the only one left.

"How dare you mock us. Know your place, young man. We are the Queen's Guard. We will protect the royal family to our last breath.", General Mattias said while emitting a vicious aura.

"This guy...he's different from the others. I can't sense any lie behind those words.", those thoughts formed a smile on across Grey's face.

"Then...you better protect them.", Grey said and launch his own attacks to the man.

General Mattias had a hard time parrying his attacks.

"This guy...his attacks are really heavy but I don't sense any animosity behind them. He's strong. But I won't lose. I've got a duty to protect the royal family.", he thought and attack the white haired guy. He screamed at the top of his lungs as he keeps attacking him.

The two kept exchanging attacks. Grey was smiling as he keeps fighting as if he was enjoying this. Of course, it is unnoticed by the other guards but Elsa took a glimpse of it.

"You can do it, General."

"Take him down."

"Just a little more."

The other guards just cheered for their commander. Hoping he would defeat him.

"It seems we have quite an audience here.", Grey said to General Mattias.

"Yeah, it's time to end this.", the general replied.

They took a step back and put some small distance between them. A brief pause passed by, the general raised his sword and ready to initiate his last attack. On the other hand, Grey stared at him and positioned his stolen sword pointing to the ground in a lower body stance. A water drop in the fountain can be heard and the two took this as a signal to attack.

General Mattias was high above, ready to forcefully swing his sword down while Grey with very serious guy took the low road and ready to lightly slash him. This was now getting really out of hand.

"STOP IT, GREY!", Elsa screamed at him to stop their fighting.

However, the clash of attacks can't be halted now, it's too late to stop. Grey heard Elsa's scream and saw her worried face for a moment. Instead of aiming for his abdomen with the back of the sword to not injure his opponent, he immediately changed his aim. The moment seemed to slow down and he heightened his senses. He saw the general's sword going at him, ready to slice him up any second now.

Instinctively, he hardened his grip at his sword and aimed for the general's sword instead. He hit the middle of the sword, metal clashing sounds can be heard in an instant, and after the clash Grey's whole body spinned using his feet with the frozen ground to maintain balance. Frozen mists can be seen because of the abrupt friction with his footwear and the ground.

Everyone's who's watching them had their eyes widen in shock and mouth hanged at what they witnessed. The general's sword snapped in two. They can't believe what they just saw. It was purely incredible and unbelievable to those who didn't see it in general kneeled in defeat. He just sat on the ground.

"I lost?", General Mattias said.

"Yeah, you lost. Now...you'll...", Grey approaching him and raised his sword up in the air.

The general closed his eyes and ready to accept his fate. Grey's sword aimed at him and struck his sword to the ground beside him.

The general quickly opened his eyes wondering how long will the sword struck his body, but it didn't arive. Instead, he was greeted by a pat on the shoulders by the man who just defeated him.

"I like you.", Grey said still patting him at the shoulders smiling widely.

"What? What are you.. ?", the defeated general still confused about the situation.

Elsa approached nearer to the two to make her presence known.

"General Mattias, I deeply apologize for his rude behavior. I was not expecting him to do that. This is Prince Grey Neverfallen of the ancient northern kingdom, Aether. He's here to help us.", Elsa explained in a queen like manner to the general while giving a deadly look to a certain prince whose just whistling ignoring them.

"I apologize, your highness, for our sudden behavior. This seems to be a misunderstanding on our part.", General Mattias replied and making a slight bow together with the other guards to the former Queen and her companion.

"Is he the one the elder troll, Pabbie, was talking about, your highness?", he continued.

"Yes. He agreed to help us with our situation.", she replied. She shot an angry look at the silver white haired guy.

"What you did was totally out of hand, my prince. It looked like you were about to kill him.", she declared.

"No, I wasn't... I was just sizing them up.", he reasoned out.

"You shouldn't have provoked them in the first place."

"They started it. I just played along."

Elsa was mad about the situation but a little relieve with the outcome of the fight. She can't believe the prince did that.

"Right, I should apologize too.", Grey said. "I'm sorry for causing a scene."

"It's quite alright, my prince.", the general said.

"Just Grey, I don't want to be called prince.", he made a little laugh when he finished talking.

Elsa on the other hand was not pleased with Grey's actions.

"He keeps on having excuses. Its like I'm having an argument with a child.", she place her hand to her head as if she was having a headache.

"Wait, Pabbie is here? I've never seen the little guy for a long time.", he said out of nowhere.

The general approached and said something to the fifth spirit, completely ignoring the Prince's remark. The general whispered to the former Queen. Elsa was shocked with the news.

Upon hearing the general's news, Elsa hurriedly ran towards the doors and to the corridors of the castle.

"Hey, Snowflake. Where are you-", he was left hanging with a puppy on top of his head by the fifth spirit.

She didn't bother breathing for air as she run past the stairs leaving his companion behind. Finally, he reached the room where the Queen and Kristoff resides. She bursts the doors open and saw her sister with tears in her eyes and a pale bedridden Kristoff who look so lifeless.

"Elsa, thank goodness, you're back.", Anna said wiping her tears off.

"What happened?", she asked worriedly.

"There were dark spots falling from the skies and Kristoff warned everyone to stay on their homes. A man got hit by it and Kristoff went to rescue him. When he arrived inside the castle, a dark spot from the man's dress landed and now he's cursed.", Anna narrated sadly while still crying.

"It's fine, Anna. Come here.", Elsa immediately pulled her sister to a hug to comfort her.

"I don't know what to do if something bad happens to him, Elsa.", tears continuously run down his face.

The fifth spirit looked at Kristoff. He looked so much in pain.

"...Nephiria's curse..will...slowly kill the body.", the words of the prince replaying in Elsa's head.

"Don't worry, Anna. We got help.", she said assuring her sister.

"What do you me...wait..did you find him?", Elsa just smiled at her sister.

"You did it, Elsa. That's great news. Pabbie said that the prince might be able to do something for Kristoff.", Anna recalled.

"Where is he?", she continued anxiously.

"I left him downstairs. Wait here, I'll call him up.", the fifth spirit replied in a hurry.

"There's no need for that your majesty, I'm here.", a foreign presence entered the room.

"So, you must be Anna.", he declared with a proud voice.

"How do you kno-", she was immediately cut off before she can finish her question.

"Right, Queen Anna. Forgive me for the informalities, your majesty.", Grey corrected himself and making an apologetic bow.

Grey was now scanning the room. He can't find a certain troll anywhere in the room.

"Where the hell is he? Oh well, I can look for him some other time.", he thought.

The Queen marched towards the guy and grabbed his hands.

"Please, save Kristoff.", Grey was a little suprised by the Queen's action. He regained his composure and took a look at the lifeless state of a man lying on the bed.

"I'll...take.. a look..at him.", he agreed with the Queen's sudden request. He can't really reject her. Her eyes seemes desperate but still full of hope and sincerity.

"Its pretty hard to refuse when someone ask with those eyes. You're a pretty lucky guy...Kristoff. A beautiful queen who treasures you so much. What a luck.", he mentally thought.

"Thank you.", was all Anna could say to the prince.

Grey walked nearer to the patient and sat on an available chair next to the bed. He quickly examined Nephiria's curse on his body and it wasn't a pleasant sight. His flesh is starting to rot and dark spots are everywhere now in his body. It's climbing up to his neck. He has a high fever and chilling inside out. His body is sensitive to touch.

"He's been like this for 3 hours now, right? He's one heck of a tough guy.", Grey asked them.

"Yes, he's in so much pain right now. I can't stand it. Please do something.", the Queen replied sadly. Tears started to form in her eyes again. She was immediately comforted by her dear sister.

"Don't worry, he'll be okay because we're gonna move fast. I'm gonna remove the curse from him.", he said.

"Can you do that?", the fifth spirit asked.

"Of course, I can, snowflake. It's me, afterall.", Grey replied full of confidence. Behind his confidence, he was a little hesitant about the idea because it's gonna hurt him like hell. However, he still gonna go with it.

"It's my responsibility, after all.", he whispered to himself.

"If you're so full of confidence and joke around like that, I think you can.", she replied amused by his remark not aware of the hesitation behind the prince's voice.

"You still got another person who's the same boat as this guy right here, right? Bring him here.", Grey exclaimed.

"Yes. He's in the other room. Bring him here.", the Queen said to his attendants.

"Y'know, we could do what you're about to do to Kristoff to the other room.", Elsa pointed out.

"Well, I'm gonna remove their curses all at once from their bodies, just in case. Its my first time to do this with Nephiria's curse, so I'm taking every necessary precaution.", he explained.

"All right.", Elsa just replied. "What does he mean by 'just in case'?", she thought. She was worried with how the prince said it. The fifth spirit can't seem to rub off her uneasy feeling about this.

The door opened and it revealed a familiar troll and the other man who got Nephiria's curse. Grey stood up and approached the elder troll.

"You've aged, Pabbie", he told the troll while smiling. The trolls eyes widen in suprise and immediately calmed down.

"You look the same as ever, my prince.", the troll replied.

"It's great, you're doing fine now."

"Its thanks to you, my prince. You freed me from those monsters after all and you taught me that not all humans are the same. Right now, I'm serving the Queen of Arendelle and her family.", Pabbie sincerely said.

"That's good to hear. You don't have any grudges at all now.", Grey relieved upon hearing his old friend's story.

Their reunion was quickly cut off because the man that the attendants are carrying is coughing out blood and started to scream in pain. Kristoff is starting to do this too but kept holding it in.

"I doubt he will last like that.", he thought.

"Kristoff.", the Queen said his name.

"We better hurry. Put them on the floor side by side and hold them down.", Grey demanded.

The people in the room hurriedly obliged and did what the prince asked. Grey sat in a squat position between the two cursed bodies. He extended his hands and touched their curses.

He immediately felt a slight burn against his palms. Then, he proceeded to remove their curses.

When Grey did, his body started to give off strange streams of white blueish light and so so is the insignia in his right hand started to glow up. His eyes turned red, and tried to concentrate more in the task at hand.

"What's happening?..."

"...Woah its beautiful"

"...What are those lights?

"What is he doing...?"

The people in the room randomly asked those questions. The fifth spirit noticed that the dark spots of the cursed bodies started to move and recede. What Elsa find strange is that, the dark spots are flowing to Grey's body.

"What is he doing? Is he aborbing the curse...moving the curse to his own body. If thats the case then he will get the curse instead." Elsa's uneasy feeling earlier became a reality when he saw what the prince is really doing. She can see that he was having a hard time and starting to sweat.

After a few moments, the light subsided and curse marks of the bodies were now gone. Kristoff is good as new and so is the other man. He started to gain consciousness and Anna helped him to get back up to his feet. The Queen was crying now out of happiness.

"I thought I will lose you, Kristoff.", she said.

"What does Elsa always say at a time like this?", Kristoff pondered. "Oh, yes. That's right, you'll always have me.", he continued and hug the beautiful queen.

"Thank you, Prince Grey, for saving them. I can't thank you enough. I don't know how to repay you with this.", the Queen said.

"Don't mention it. I agreed to your sister's request and helped you. This is just the beginning of that deal.", he said while trying his best to stand up straight. Earlier events must have took a toll on his body. He's beginning to sweat as if he was hiding his pain. Everyone was leaving the room to give the royal family and their visitor some space.

"No, let me do something for you, please.", the queen insisted.

"I'll think about it.", he said to make the queen stop with her demands. He is still loopy. She earned a light hug from the queen and broke away.

"Y'know, I have one in mind actually.", Anna started with a devious smile.

"What do you have in mind?", Grey asked weakly.

"You can always marry my sister."

"WHAAAAATTT?"

"ANNAAAAAAAA!"

Both their reaction were priceless. Their mouths were literally hanging. The Queen now laughing with all her might. The fifth spirit embarrassed by her sister's words. Her cheeks were a little red and she can't just look the man in the eye. On the other hand, Grey was hiding his reaction with a poker face to not let them notice it. His cheeks were a little red.

"Don't even kid about it.", he continued struggling to stand up on his own.

"Yes, Anna. Its not polite to make jokes like that.", Elsa scolded her sister.

"Oh, come on. He's perfect for you." Anna playing the matchmaker between the two.

"Come on, Elsa. He looks gorgeous.", she whispered to her sister.

"No, there's no way it will happen.", the blonde woman replied. "And plus, he's not interested in me...is he?", Elsa thought looking at the guy who just save her sister's fiance.

The rest of the people in room were oblivious of the prince's condition. He was acting all loopy and his body temperature is starting to rise. He walked slowly and struggling to keep balance.

"You would take her right, prince Grey?", Anna continued to tease her sister. Elsa was blushing more. She shyly turned to the prince direction to see his reaction but he was just walking slowly towards them.

"What's the matter, Gre-", the fifth spirit didn't finish her words and the guy with a little wolf on his head fell down on her shoulders and judging by his weight, they crashed the floor really hard, anxiety and panic rose to the sisters when Grey just lost consciousness. He's breathing heavily and burning up.

"Grey...Grey...wake up...heyy...Grey", Elsa kept nudging him but he won't respond.
