Guest2: I am glad you like my paring for this story; as for the sword and the shield, they are inspired from a game called Dungeon Siege 2 with a little bit of personal twist. I will try to be more careful with the grammar in the future. I hope you will like the plot I have in mind for the future.

Let's start
As Bell and Lefiya entered the restaurant, they were welcome by Ryu, who was happy to see Bell, but her happiness turned into jealousy when she saw her crush with another woman and elf none the less 'Bell, do you have a thing for elfs?!' thought the blond elf.
"Ryu-chan, a table for two please" said Bell with a smile since he liked seeing Ryu very much.
"Ok Bell, fallow me" said Ryu as she led the two to an empty table; "here" continued the blond elf as she pointed towards the table.
"Here we go Lefiya-san" he said, holding Lefiya's chair.
"Thank you" said Lefiya as she sat down 'He is a real gentleman, not bad Bell' thought Lefiya.
"No problem" said Bell as he sat on the other side of the table.
'Are they on a date? No, I know Bell loves me as much I love him, but we can't be together because this will make Syr very sad and I was hoping Bell would move away from me to her; hopefully he is not. But, if Bell and this girl are on a date, that means he is moving on from me. That is what I wanted, right? Then why am I sad about it? Maybe I am just imagining things and she needs his help or she is a new member of his Famillia and I am jumping to conclusions' thought Ryu as she watched Bell and Lefiya, but she paid more attention to the boy.
"Ryu-chan, can you bring us the menu?" asked Bell with a smile.
"Of course Bell, I will bring them in a minute" said Ryu as she looked at the tow customers.
"Thank you, Ryu-chan" said Bell with a smile.
"No problem, now excuse me" said Ryu as she left the two alone.
"Um, Bell-san I am curious, what level are you?" asked Lefiya as she broke the ice.
"I am not very strong, but I have reached level 5 a few days ago" said Bell with humility.
'Strong and modest, that will help us with the mission' thought Lefiya.
"That is good, but do you have any magic?" asked Lefiya as she wanted to know more.
"Yes, I have 2 types of magic: Fire bolt which I can cast instantly and Argonaut that needs to be charged before using it and it bust both magic or physic attack which I choose to use" said Bell with a smile.
'Very interesting, a chantless magic can be very useful and a bust up skill will be very useful against the demon lords of elements and Derek, but I must not think too much ahead, we first need to get The Tear of Souls, I hope you can pass the trials Bell' thought Lefiya.
"Very good Bell, what kind of weapons and armor do you use?" asked Lefiya.
"I use light armor because I like to move fast in combat; as for weapons, I use two daggers that were given to me by my goddesses; as they grew with me, they can only be used by me. A white dagger that has only physic effect and receive enchant from my strength attribute. And a black dagger that has magic power which allows me to cast fire bolt through it directly inside the enemy's body causing big damage and pain" said Bell as he exposed his weapons to the young elf princess.
'Bell must be very important to his goddesses since she went to this extend to give him this kind of special weapons; it is like she is in love with him. No, she is genuinely in love after how she looked at him and talked to him at the meeting, but clearly he is not and I don't think he even knows she is in love with him, I will not interfere I just want Bell's help to end the war and free the trapped souls of my parents friends and innocents' thought Lefiya.
"You clearly can handle yourself in a fight" said Lefiya with a small smile.
"Thank you" said Bell with a smile.
"Here you go miss, Bell" said Ryu as she gave the two the menu.
"Thank you" said Lefiya.
"Thank you, Ryu-chan" said Bell with a smile.
"I will let you decide, I will be back in a few minutes" said Ryu as she was about to leave, but Bell stopped her.
"I will take today's specialty" said Bell with a smile.
"Same" said Lefiya as she looked at the waitress.
"Ok, something to drink?" asked Ryu as she looked at Bell.
"Just water, thank you" said Bell with a smile.
"Same, thank you" said Lefiya with a smile.
"Perfect, it will be ready in about 20 min or half an hour, enjoy yourselves, until then excuse me" said Ryu as she left Bell and Lefiya alone.
'Why is she angry? Is she thinking that I am on a date with Lefiya-san? I need to clarify that later with Ryu-chan' thought Bell as she watched Ryu going to the kitchen.
"What about you Lefiya-san? What can you do?" asked Bell as they resumed their conversation.
"I am an archer that uses a magic bow that allows me to use elemental arrows like fire, ice and more. As for my skill, I can use Star fall, a skill that makes a great number of light stars fall from the sky to an area" said Lefya as she explained to Bell her powers (AN: imagine Tyrande from Warcraft 3, I know that Lefiya is a mage in the original source, but I made her an archer because I like the idea of mele Bell and archer Lefiya, plus in Dungeon Sedge 2 one of the companions is an archer)
'She is decently very good at fighting and the fact that she can use magic arrows and a skill that attacks a zone is a plus; good Lefiya-san, I am impressed. If you were an adventurer, you would have made it very far here' thought Bell.
"Wow, that is very impressive" said Bell with a smile.
'Good, he didn't think I would be a burden, a lady in distress that he needed to save at every danger. Though I don't think I can do much against the demon lords that will be his fight and I hope you can do it Bell' thought Lefiya.
"Thank you" said Lefiya as she wanted to say more, but after all she didn't.
"Now that we know about each other's powers, why don't you tell me about the Temple of Pure Souls" said Bell as he wanted to pan how to take this first trial.
"Ok, what do you want to know?" asked Lefiya.
"Well, for starters, where is the Temple of Pure Souls? I want to know how long is going to take us to get there" asked Bell, as he thought helping Lefiya would be the hardest thing he had ever done, but he felt inside him that he needed to do this. Why, he didn't really know yet, but he hoped that at the end of this journey, he would understand the reason why.
"Nowhere and everywhere, it exists in a different dimension, but the temple can be summoned with this key" responded Lefiya as she showed Bell the key.
"Huh, how? You can summon the whole temple?" asked Bell as he was a little confused by this.
"No, just a portal that teleports you inside the temple" said Lefiya as she realized that both her first explanation and Bell's understanding were wrong.
"Ok then, when we get the party, we can summon the gate and go there" said Bell as he hoped that his goddess can enlist the help from the other gods as she said she would do.
"There is a problem with your plan Bell-san, in the temple can only enter one person, the pure soul that wants The Tear of Souls and you don't have to worry about enemies, you will have to face the 9 trials of the soul; when that is done, you either lose your soul or win the stone. That's all I know and I am sorry I forgot to mention this at the manor, but I got sentimental about everything that I lost" said Lefiya as she explained everything that she knew about the Temple of Pure Souls.
"It is alright Lefiya-san, I will do the trial and succeed because everyone counts on me; besides, I want to save everyone that I care about and protect them from this war that sooner or later will reach this place and for the innocents as well and for those who are suffering as wondering souls because of this dam sword" said Bell as he imagined his loved ones suffering in this war and he was not going to let it happen.
'Impressive, even if he can lose his soul, he is still going to do the trial in order to defend those he care about and, even more impressive, that you want to help a complete stranger that you just met because she needed your help, you truly deserve the title of a hero and a pure soul, I hope we can become friends and finish Derek. After that I hope I can help you too when you need me, Bell-san' thought Lefiya.
"Really, thank you Bell-san, it means a lot to me. Now we can start the trial wherever you are ready" said Lefiya as she hoped that the trail wasn't going to take long.
"Then I say we eat here, go to take your things from the in, settle them home and then we start the trial. How does this sound to you Lefiya-san?" said Bell with confidence.
"I like it, is a good plan, let's do that and after you came with the Tear of Souls we can go and cheek on your goddess, hopefully the gods' meeting will be over until then and we will know our team mates by then" said Lefiya as hoped was starting to grow inside her as Bell nodded at her response.
"Here you go, enjoy" said Ryu as she came with the lunch.
"Thank you, Ryu-chan" said Bell as he smiled at the blond elf.
"Thank you" said Lefiya.
"Excuse me" said Ryu as she left the two enjoy their lunch.
'I wonder if I should ask Ryu-chan to join us on this journey or not' thought Bell as he watched Ryu going to the kitchen.
As they started to eat, both wondered what the future would bring.
