*I still don't own Loud House or Star Wars: The Old Republic*

What's Happening on Earth

Ever since Lincoln Loud joined the Empire of his own accord, things have gone downhill rather quickly for the Loud Family. Namely for one Lynn Loud Jr. and her possible sports career. But I suppose she deserves it.

It all started going downhill when Lincoln left the planet Earth for good. He'd obviously gotten sick of being treated like bad luck because of his family being too damn superstitious for their own good, and the good of those around them, and he was especially sick of being forced to live his life in a squirrel suit because they all thought he was only good luck when wearing it. So, before leaving, he asked the Sith Lords who found him if they could have some imperial soldiers send out letters from him to a couple of close friends of his in order to explain to them what had happened.

They agreed, and the letters were delivered without incident.

Needless to say, the recipients of these letters and their families were absolutely appalled by the actions of the Louds. They all know that nine out of the ten sisters could be destructive and quite frankly a royal pain for Royal Woods, but they didn't think that they'd stoop so low as to treat their own brother in such a disgusting manner. The first to confront the Louds was Lincoln's best friend Clyde.

The bespectacled boy was angrier than a shaved Wookie after reading Lincoln's letter and immediately cut off all ties with them, even finally getting over his almost obsessive crush on Lincoln's oldest sister, Lori. Which is a good thing for him, honestly, as it means he won't lose gallons upon gallons of blood through his nose every time he sees her.

Which is quite a disgusting sight, to be honest…

Next to cut off their ties with the Louds were the Santiagos, who hold family in high regard and would never even think about alienating one of their own. Especially not for a reason as stupid as saying that the family member is bad luck! They packed up their stuff and moved to Mexico about a month later, and Bobby officially broke up with Lori for her role in what she did to Lincoln, who was something of a surrogate little brother to him.

Oh, but the misfortune that would befall the Loud Family didn't end there.

Once the school board got wind of what happened to Lincoln, especially about how Lynn had threatened him with her bat to get him to go to her game, drastic measures were taken.

Lynn was kicked off of every single sports team and was blacklisted from ever joining any others. Naturally, this caused the highly temperamental sore loser of a girl to lash out while claiming that it was all Lincoln's fault, which only caused her to be arrested and sent to juvenile detention. Lori was kicked off of the golf team and was soon ostracized by those who were once her friends. Along with the rest of the student body.

Her sisters faced similar outcomes for their actions. But out of all of the Loud Sisters to have been faced with such terrible consequences, the only one who was never blamed or seen in a negative light was little Lily Loud. After all, she was just a baby at the time and didn't understand what was going on at the time. But she did understand one thing, and that's that her big brother was gone for good. The poor dear cried herself to sleep many a night after Lincoln was gone.

That was six years ago.

The heat from what they did may have died down ever since that incident, but aside from Lily, the Louds still aren't the most well liked family in Royal Woods. Lori, Leni, and Luna have all moved out and are living on their own while the rest of the sisters are still currently living with their parents, who are still filled with deep regret for what they did to their only son. And really, why wouldn't they feel any regrets? They basically allowed themselves to be swept up in the craze of superstition and their son suffered for it.

Not to mention the fact that their youngest daughter, Lily, now five years old, doesn't talk to anyone around the house more than she has to. It seems she hasn't forgiven them for what they did to Lincoln and she's still trying to find a way to get into contact with her big brother.

Overall, life has gone pretty bad for the Louds after Lincoln's departure. But little do any of them know…

...It's going to get so much worse.

***To Be Continued…***

I'm sorry this chapter took so long, but I honestly couldn't think of any real dialogue to give to the characters in this chapter. Which is one of the reasons why it's so short. Still, I hope you enjoyed it anyway. See you all next update!
