Kakashi's point of view

A handful of snippets to know where on earth Kakashi's brain was in key scenes.

I'm mostly writing this for the pure fun of it. I've been working on the continuation of Sparks; it should be released soon.

The Swimming Incident and Outcast Argument

It was early morning when Guy had challenged Kakashi to a race. Knowing the other man for as long as he had, he knew he might as well get it over with. Guy would never leave him alone until he actually participated. So he raced. He'd never admit that it was a highlight of his week sometimes. It interrupted the drab and painful existence he had with a bit of nonsense and playful fun. At least, as much fun as he could have.

He might have gotten a little carried away as they were racing over the water. They both heard a shout barely seconds after they passed. Kakashi wanted to keep going but Guy stopped and turned back.

"I think that was Walker Tami." He said, horror in his tone.

Kakashi nearly rolled his eyes. What did he care? Guy did, clearly. He didn't know what the Green Beast saw in the woman. Since he met her, Guy had kept going on about how youthful she was. Even remarking how much of an enduring runner she was*.

"We should go back." Guy said. Before Kakashi could even make a counter argument, Guy started sheepishly making his way over to the younger woman.

Kakashi guessed they might as well. After all, he had some questions for the blonde. He had brought his concerns to the Hokage that she was trying to get close to the Jinchuuriki and the last Uchiha for her own gain or purposes. The Hokage had just heaved a big sigh and told him to speak with the blonde himself. The Hokage clearly didn't see a threat present in the woman. Kakashi knew the Hokage was soft-hearted and often leaned towards pacifism. He just wanted to ensure that this issue wasn't going to get worse; for Minato's only son and for the last Uchiha.

As they drew close, the woman was already starting in on them both. She was floating in the water, glaring up at them. From what he could tell, she was wearing clothes instead of swim wear. He guessed she hadn't the funds to buy a bathing suit. The whole situation would have been funny had it not been for the scowl in her face.

"If it's all the same, I'd rather my untimely death not be dealt by drowning. I hear it's a sad sorry way to go." She snapped.

Guy bowed to her apologetically. Kakashi raised an eyebrow - he always thought death by drowning would be more peaceful. There were worse deaths; it was all he could do to wish for a peaceful end when it was his turn.

"We're so sorry! We didn't see you!" Guy apologized.

"Well, one of you is half blind so I can't fault that." She snarked, focusing on Guy. He laughed nervously as Kakashi tried to understand what she was talking about.

Did she think he only had one eye?

"I'm not half blind." He said.

"Ah - then I suppose you've x-ray vision, luv? Should I be concerned?" She countered quickly. Her gaze was challenging and she was far quicker than he thought she was.

He really didn't have the energy to argue with her.

"Maa - what a creative mind you have, Walker-san." He said mildly. He smiled blandly at her, noting that the scowl on her face grew.

Interesting.

She didn't like him smiling at her?

Strange.

Guy laughed nervously once more.

"We were having a contest and just got caught up." Guy said.

"Mm. Well, I can only afford to be one man's punching bag for the day. I'd rather not triple the number."

Punching bag? Who was bothering her?

"Ah! So you found Ibiki! How's it going?" Guy leaned towards her with a bright grin.

Oh. That was right - she was going to try to learn how to become a ninja. Why she chose him to teach her was… it made him question her sanity. She had to be crazy to choose a psychopath like Marino. Kakashi remembered his brief interactions with the man - he didn't miss him at all.

"As well as to be expected. Ibiki has all of the gentle teachings of a tiger with a toothache." She said.

"You picked him." Kakashi said in return. Didn't she know what she was getting into in the first place?

"Indeed. Perhaps I'm concerned about other Tiger's with toothaches with less care about my personal health. Best to know thine enemy and all that." She said in an offhand manner.

It wasn't a bad strategy, but Kakashi could already see the exhaustion in her figure. Her face was flushed still from what he figured was her training earlier that morning.

"That's a great idea Tami! Great way to strategize and prepare yourself!" Guy said. He would have continued on but he was called away. The man in green excused himself and left then and there.

Kakashi watched him go, knowing this was his best time to talk to the blonde about her choice. Although he avoided the two boys (like the others), he still kept tabs on them. He didn't have the energy to help them like he could have - should have.

Kakashi could feel the air turn to hostility as she started swimming back to shore. He stuck his hands in his pockets and followed her. She'd speak up eventually. She did tend to talk a lot.

"Don't you have defenseless women to threaten somewhere?" She snapped.

'Oh, done pretending that didn't happen, huh?' Kakashi thought to himself with a sliver of satisfaction.

"But you're my favorite, Tami-chan." He said merrily. She was acting like he went out of his way to torment her. He didn't. She was just there.

"Oh goody me." She scoffed. She must have realized he wanted to talk because she turned around and floated on her back as they made their way to shore.

Well, he didn't want to leave her disappointed.

"Why did you befriend those two?" He asked bluntly. Might as well get this over with. He wanted to get to reading and start on dinner. He found a new recipe he wanted to try out.

"Which two? You'd best be specific, luv. I befriend a great manner of people. The best way is to not threaten them with bodily harm, by-the-by. Tends to work out better." She replied cheekily.

"Uchiha Sasuke and Uzumaki Naruto." He said, he wasn't about to get distracted by her attitude, "The Hokage said to talk to you."

"Ah. So you reported me." She said lightly. His gaze snapped to hers and he saw a triumphant grin there. He'd admit it - he didn't think much of her before this. He had thought she was a coward.

"Well?"

"I can't imagine why you would care. They're two boys on their own. They've no one and their village let them slip through the cracks. One is the outcast, and the other everyone refuses to help because of politics. What care have you for two Orphans?" She questioned him instead.

What had that to do with anything? She was avoiding answering his questions and he couldn't stand it. So he started to begin to use Killing Intent just to make her uncomfortable.

He was pleased it worked. However her answer wasn't what he was expecting.

"Naruto is an utter sweetheart, albeit a rather loud one. And yet he's treated like garbage. He's alone and no one to even be his friend. It's no wonder he pranks the village. It's probably the only attention he gets. I can't just allow that to slip by. It's absolute cruelty. And Sasuke - imagine living in the very home you saw your family die in. I can't imagine what that boy is going through. The very least I could do is offer him a reprieve on his terms." She snapped as they reached shore and she started to climb out.

That stopped him in his tracks. He didn't expect her to bring up that. He stood there remembering when he had found his own father dead in the home they lived in. How he had to clean up the blood himself after the morgue took the body. How every day after that he had to push himself and keep going. The only friends he had after that had made him be their friend. But they never did open their home to him in return. They often just appeared in his yard. Same as Guy; he still just showed up. Guy had forcibly become his friend (Kakashi was grateful but it was exhausting at times). What she was talking about - it sounded nice. It sounded great - to have a friend who would be there, be open and kind. Somebody who didn't expect him to do great things, but was supportive when needed.

The idea itself? It was… it was like the first day of spring after a hard winter. It had been winter for a long, long time.

It was then Kakashi realized she had been talking as he zoned out and focused on her once more.

"I'm sorry, did you say something?" He asked, pushing his thoughts away.

"Oh, indeed I did. I asked you out to the local upper class tea house. Although I doubt you would make the list - they frown on raggedy men in masks entering their establishment. Bad for business I'm afraid." Tami said in a snotty tone with a flirty look.

That was when he realized the woman in front of him didn't like him and she clearly didn't think much of him at all. Wasn't that just life? Kakashi would have laughed if he could have. Instead he gave her one of those smiles she seemed to hate and leaned down. He was tall enough to be able to leer over her if he wanted to.

"You couldn't afford me." He said and left.

Might as well put her in her place. Kakashi knew she had to find a Jounin to leave Konoha or become a Ninja. He was sure the only reason she was becoming a ninja was to get the clearance to leave and find her home. He didn't need her. Tami? She needed them a lot more.

However, the interaction still didn't answer his questions….

After Kakashi left, it still bothered him. He barely got his answer as to why she was around the boys. So he did listen into their conversation at the Ichiraku Ramen cart.

It was as if she was a surrogate mother - asking about their day at school and what they had learned. Sasuke didn't talk much but Naruto informed her cheerfully about his recess and how much fun he had playing kick the can.

She didn't seem to focus on their budding skills as Academy Students - more focused about their growth as people, as children. She teased them playfully about girls, and Sasuke only scoffed. She wasn't trying to impose her will on them at all.

Nothing was out of place. Even when Naruto left for the night to return home and Sasuke stayed with the woman to talk more.

The little boy wanted to know why she lied to him about some monster she had made up. She had gotten into a small verbal spar with the boy using logic and reason to justify her choices.

None of it caught his attention until she said this:

"My goal was that you would know that any time you needed help I would be there. Even if you needed to say it was me who needed the help. Because, by-the-by, I care more about how you're handling your situation than how others perceive me." Tami said.

The honesty in her voice - Kakashi didn't doubt her.

"You don't care?" Sasuke asked. Kakashi was right there with him.

"Not a stitch. I'd rather be known as the crazy woman down the way who believes in imaginary kitchen Gremlins than know that you are alone." She said happily.

Kakashi had never heard her sound like that. She was just mean to him. Snarky, scared or dismissive. There was a playfulness in her tone he hadn't heard before. It was sweet.

"Why?" Sasuke asked.

"Because, once upon a time I was alone. Someone stepped in. So, I'm stepping in for you too. And Naruto, of course." She responded.

So that was why.

That was why she was helping them out. Because they were alone. He imagined she knew a little about that, at least being in town. Konoha wasn't the most welcoming or accepting village to exist. He knew it first hand, having seen Might Duy's struggles as well as his father's. Even the whispers about how cruel he was to Genin fresh out of the academy.

Kakashi bowed his head. He had his answers. He wished he could explain why he wasn't quite satisfied with his findings. But he was sure she wasn't a threat. Probably she was just a foolish woman.

Probably.

The Meeting at the Dango Stand

Kakashi didn't see the blonde woman for some time after that. He barely even saw her in passing; maybe a flick of platinum hair from the corner of his eye, but that was all. She wasn't around. It wasn't until months later that he saw her. She was sitting with Kurenai, Asuma and Guy. The man in green had just tried to pull him over for a snack. Kakashi's first reaction was to continue on and ignore them.

That was when he noticed Tami lean forward and hiss at Guy under her breath. Kakashi didn't even know why the two were friends. The woman was rude to Kakashi, and the last time he saw her interact with Guy she was waspish to him.

He was curious. Maybe she and Guy had a thing? Guy did say that he saw her running often enough. And he did get updates about the blonde from Guy as well. The woman in question was wearing that strange black jacket he had seen her wear the first time he saw her. He could faintly hear her as he drew close.

"Guy, me and that man do not get along. I would be forever grateful if you would just stop." She said lowly.

Kakashi couldn't help but lean in over her shoulder and speak beside her ear.

"Who don't you get along with?"

Tami jumped, squeaked and turned to him so fast he nearly thought she would hit him by accident. She didn't, but he gave her that smile she seemed to not like. He didn't know why he felt pleased with himself but he did. He leaned back, getting out of her personal space.

He almost felt like he was getting back at her. He didn't know what she did wrong but it felt good.

"Kakashi! We were just talking about you! Come! Sit! I'll get you Dango!" Guy said excitedly.

"I don't like sweets." Kakashi answered honestly. He saw a range of emotions he couldn't name flicker in the woman's eyes as she pointedly ignored him.

"Tami isn't having anything! Join us for the company." Guy carried on.

Kakashi wondered once more why Tami was even there. Why with those three? Was there something going on with her and Guy?

"Tami is actually leaving. I've bigger fish to fry and all that. I'll leave you to your general comradery." She said and stood up in a flash, plucking off imaginary dust from her jacket.

Of course she was leaving. Of course. Kakashi barely even got a chance to even understand what was going on and she was running away again.

"Don't leave on my account." He said.

Finally she turned to him, her arms crossed as she regarded him coldly. He felt a little bit of satisfaction, having her finally look him straight in the eye.

"If you've something to imply, it's best to spit it out. As said - I've things to do." She said flatly.

"Maa - so combative, Walker-san." He sighed.

"Perhaps I rather just be straight to the point than play mind games."

Mind games? Was that what she thought he was doing? He wasn't.

"I don't know what you're talking about." He said with an eye-smile.

"Mm." She turned away from him to see the others. "I'll see you around, gentlemen. Kurenai - you had best come back in one piece. I'll be very cross if you don't."

"I'll try my best, Tami." Kurenai said.

Kakashi watched on, wondering if she'd ever even look his way again. When she did, she only quirked her eyebrow at him

"Patches." She said before she left. He watched her as she went - she wouldn't even look back at any of them.

Patches? Was that what she was calling him? What a strange name to call him - he didn't even wear…. Oh. She was making a play on his namesake.

'Cute.' He thought sarcastically.

He would have stayed with the others but - again- he wanted to get home. His source for entertainment was gone so he had no reason to stay. He went home as soon as he could. Icha Icha was calling his name.

If he was honest with himself - which he tried to be - the only reason he went over was to talk to her. She didn't seem to like it and she didn't seem to like him.

The Run Away Genin

So Kakashi was now partnered with the outsider newbie Genin. He could already hear the snarky remarks from other Jounin and Chunin how he was a glorified babysitter. None of them had the gall to say it to his face, but he heard it in whispers around street corners.

To top it all off, he saw Guy earlier that morning wearing a black jacket and a blond wig. He had a feeling he knew who was behind it.

He might have been a little bit late when he showed up for their scheduled meet up - but she was worse.

She wasn't there. He stood there for a good five minutes trying to figure out where she was. Did she leave? Was she taken? Maybe she got lost? Or maybe-.

That was when he saw her through the window of a nearby shop, browsing teas.

No. She was shopping. Kakashi held back his irritation and entered the store.

"Ah! The man of the hour." She said with a wide sparkling grin. Kakashi hid his ire and smiled back at her.

"Sorry, sorry! I got held up. There was an old woman who needed my help." He said. It wasn't the truth - but he did enjoy responding as if he was Obito. It felt like he was still there with him - even if it was only his eye. Together they could see the future.

"Ah, well. I hear there's a great many in Konoha. It's always nice to see the disabled helping the disabled." She said. He could feel his eyebrow twitch in irritation.

"I thought I told you we would meet at the bridge?" He asked. Where had she been? Didn't she know it was only right to wait for him?

"I was. I arrived on the dot at 7 am. And then a certain someone wasn't there." She said with a long sigh. She then tapped the side of her cheek as if in thought, "I then grew concerned. My, this man was half blind-"

There she went again.

"I'm not half blind." He interrupted but she kept on going.

"-and I grew oh so worried. So I decided to check the nearby ditches - after all they're so easy to fall into when you're a cyclops. So I looked and - oh! They've blueberry lavender." She replied. He scowled and had to argue with her to put down the tea.

He nearly had to push her out of the store after that. It was ridiculous! What had the council done to him!?

What was worse was Tami herself even after this!

He asked about Guy's behavior after that. She explained she had no idea, dismissing him, his concerns and how Guy was being.

"Oh, don't you even start. It's not my fault he has a man-crush on you. I was trying to get him to stop wailing." She had said.

Kakashi only could mutter man-crush under his breath. What on Earth was wrong with her? It got even worse.

When Guy showed up, pretending to be Tami herself, she joined right in and seemed to egg him on. That, paired with how dismissive she was earlier made him start guessing who she was and what she was meaning.

Disgust rolled through him. Was that who she was?

He thought she had at least some principles. She showed who she was with those boys, but all he could see now was how dismissive and rude she was. He couldn't believe it!

"Don't ever make fun of Guy again." He suddenly snapped. He couldn't take it anymore.

"Excuse me?" She asked as if she was completely innocent. Kakashi just stared her down. He said what he said. He meant it. He didn't need two paragraphs to explain himself either.

"Guy is my friend. I'm not making fun of him, I'm joining the fun. He's a delight. You on the other hand - well, I'd rather be partnered with Guy. For as much as I'm off kilter around him at least I can trust him." She said to him, rising up to her toes to get some height on him. She finally turned around in a huff and left.

Kakashi watched her go and turned his head.

Maybe he was the one a little out of line. He shouldn't be letting her get under his skin like she was. He didn't know how it even happened. He was just concerned she was causing the only remaining friend he had grief and he couldn't take it. It might not have been the only reason. Maybe. He couldn't figure it out.

Finally he let go of his anger and calmed down. Kakashi had to be rational.

The Flirt that Wasn't

Teaching Tami to finally jump from tree to tree had been exhausting. Kakashi was getting to know her better and understand her moods. She more often than not kept him guessing. He didn't know what ran through her mind half the time or even why she did what she did. He'd never worked with a more obstinate person before - including Obito. While the cases, as she called them, were often stress-free and without drama (she didn't challenge him there and would willingly work with him) their general teamwork outside of that needed work.

His biggest concern?

Her flirting.

She still flirted. She called everyone love. Everyone. The coy looks she would send him, the mischievous look in her eyes. It was ridiculous.

She hadn't been so bad lately. They had gotten lunch and were eating it. Kakashi had hoped that being around her a little bit more would ease the tension between them and he'd understand what was going on.

That was when he saw it. She was flirting again.

Tami's gaze darted past his shoulder to somebody behind him. He saw the mischievous look in her eye once more as she glanced away and pulled her hands up and elbows braced on the table.

Kakashi scoffed to himself, eyeing her with distaste. She was going to act that way in front of him now?

"Would you please stop flirting with everyone." He said. He watched as she made a face and turned to face him. Her hands dropped to the table, and when her gaze met his; he froze. He saw fire in her gaze. Her eyes were half-lidded, her mouth was the tiniest bit open with a playful grin on her face. His mouth went dry.

She stood slow, her hand sliding against his jawline like he was made of fine crystal and by touch alone she drew him in. He couldn't stop it - he didn't want to fight what she was doing. He was pretty sure he knew what was going on. Should he stop it?

He didn't want to. He wanted to see where this ended.

Her free hand slid up to his chest. He could feel the pressure of her palm on his jacket. He couldn't even think. His gaze darted to her lips for a split second as she played with his jacket zipper. He could feel the heat rise to his face and his heart beating hard. It was difficult for him to even breathe normally.

Her face was getting closer to his. He would have done something had he not been so stunned. Instead, she bypassed his masked mouth to whisper into his ear. It was more intimate than he gave books credit for.

"Oh, Kakashi-kun~" She whispered, her fingers still fiddling playfully with his jacket zipper. He was fighting the growing urge to pin her to the table and kiss her, "were I flirting, you'd know it."

He jerked back. Realization hit that he'd been played and he vanished. He had to get distance and get away. He hid in a nearby tree, trying to gain back his breath and sanity. He ran a shaking hand through his hair and glanced over to his partner who he had left. Was she as bothered as he was?

She didn't look like it. She was sitting back down to finish eating like nothing had happened!

He uncovered his Sharingan just in case. He'd be able to at least tell if she was breathing as heavy as he was.

No.

She wasn't bothered at all. And the man he thought she was flirting with behind him was a child. She hadn't been flirting at all. Kakashi bowed his head and swallowed heavily. She wasn't - she hadn't even been flirting with him if she considered that flirting. What was she trying to do? Seduce him?

As the day wore on and he finally returned to finish their missions for the day - she never brought up what happened between them at lunch. She even kept her distance (which he was thankful for). He did his hardest to remain calm.

But he knew he was going to get dreams because of her stunt.

And he did.

It made life a little bit harder for him for a while. Working with her while he had dreams of how he wanted that interaction to end. The positives were that she wasn't as flirty after that. And she never said a word about his reaction to what she pulled.

But all it did was show him exactly why he thought she was a flirt.

She wasn't; not like what he had thought she was. Sure, she was playful and joked often, but it wasn't because she was a flirt. She was social.

Kakashi realized he thought she was a flirt because he was the one attracted to her. It had nothing to do with what she was doing. It was him.

At least he knew.

He could guard against it. He didn't have to like her much more. Surely she'd make it easy on him; after all she didn't like him.

It was then, after he toned down his attitude that he realized she didn't like him because of his attitude. Finally having peace in their partnership and knowing he had to work together with her, he did the only thing he could - keep her distant.

It was, after all, for the best.

The Night that Kakashi Knew He was in Over His Head

Kakashi and Tami's partnership was going well since the Chunin exams. She had been doing much better and was growing into a fine Kunoichi. He was proud of her - even though she wasn't making his life easy. He was trying to keep her distant but she kept doing things that interfered with that. Like telling him stories or her next ploy - shoulder massage.

Kakashi had no idea what she was planning even after she pulled out a chair and patted the cross bar for the back.

"Right then. Sit." She said.

What was she planning on doing? He didn't want to sit yet - he had to take a shower and get ready for the next day. The hot water from the shower-head was calling his name. Stress from Danzo trying to bother her, and other memories plaguing him had kept him up at night.

"What?" He asked, glancing from Tami to the chair and back again.

"You're carrying far too much tension. Shoulder rub." She said as if that was an everyday thing.

He could feel the blood drain from his face. He couldn't - he wouldn't. He was already attracted to her! It would have been the final nail in the coffin. It was bad enough she'd look at him like - like he was important to her. Like she really cared what he thought.

"Aaa- Tami-chan, I think…" He stuttered, trying to move around the chair. "I really think that's a bad-"

She scowled at him and tried to stop him from escaping.

"It's just a shoulder rub, luv. Nothing to it. I've done this before." She tried to convince him. That didn't help. He didn't want to think about who else she'd given a back-rub to! She wasn't letting it go though.

"Listen - if you're just concerned about my being that close to your neck - I'll take my weapons off. No one's here - no one will see a thing. You've nothing to be concerned about. I won't even bring it up again." She bartered.

Where had she gotten that idea? It was kind of cute for her to think he was worried about her harming him. Kakashi was worried about something far different. But he could tell by the way she stood there she wouldn't let up until she got what she wanted.

Tami could be as focused as Guy sometimes. When she had an idea in her head, it was easier to let her get it done with than interrupt her. It often took him twice the time to deal with her and the situation then.

"You aren't going to let this go, are you?" He asked in exhaustion.

"Why? Am I that apparent?" She grinned at him, "sit down. It'll be over before you know it."

Kakashi groaned lowly and made his way to the chair. He sat down heavily and stared at her from the corner of his eye. She was doing this on purpose, he was sure of it. Did she know?

No. She said that she didn't evaluate him. So he was at least free to think and feel what he wanted without worrying about her picking up on it.

"Right then. Half the job is done. Do tell, how do you think I'm going to be able to work through that flak jacket? The sweater though-" She paused, studying his form. Kakashi bit back another groan, stood up and began tugging off his flak jacket.

He was sure she'd start in about his sweater sooner or later. He just wanted this over with! He pulled his sweater up over his head and tossed it over with his things.

When he sat back down, he sent her a dark look. She had cleared her throat and glanced away for a moment, seeming uncomfortable. She started it. He didn't know why she was even acting like she was embarrassed. She seemed to be studying his form for a moment, glancing at his tattoo to the scars that littered his exposed arms. She moved to stand behind him and he leaned back in the chair.

"Right then. So, just so you are aware - I'll be working here, right here and there." She told him, pressing her thumbs in strategic locations. The base of his head, the base of his neck and his shoulders.

She started, but it took him some time to try to relax.

"I'm not going to mess with your mask-shirt, luv." She said. She must have noticed he wasn't relaxing.

"I know." He grumbled.

It took him time to relax and accept that she was working on his upper back. She was able to pinpoint his problem areas and after a while he loosened up. The woman he loved was giving him a massage. He was an idiot to not at least enjoy it while it lasted. He breathed out slow, just enjoying being there with her. She continued working on him for a long time and he just soaked it in.

When he finally felt her pull away, he continued to just lay there. He needed the moment to compose himself and get up. He felt so loose that he didn't want to move yet. Apparently she thought he was asleep. His eyes were closed and he was breathing very deeply. She gently took his arm and pulled it over her neck. She helped him up and took him to bed.

Kakashi thought that would be the end of it.

"I am sorry about this. I'm sure you rather not have a partner in your business. You can be upset with me later, if you'd like." She said softly. He did his best not to tense. Was she going to go for his mask? Why would he be upset with her?

If she tried to take his mask off he'd stop her last second. It was pure curiosity that stopped him from grabbing her hand.

With more care than he deserved, her fingers slipped through his hair and she tugged off his headband. He fought to not stiffen and give himself away. He didn't expect it but it wasn't unwelcome. He figured she had folded it up and placed it beside him. From there she picked up his hand and started to tug his glove off. Her fingers grazed against his, and her touch lingered for a moment before she pulled off the other glove. His shoes were next and he couldn't help but jerk in surprise. He didn't think she'd be that familiar with him. It didn't bother him, but… it wasn't expected.

She pulled the covers back over him tenderly.

He didn't know how to react. It was probably for the best he pretended to sleep?
Maybe. Maybe not.

AN: I hope you guys enjoyed this. I would have included some of this in the original story, but when I began Sparks I initially wanted it to be purely Tami's POV - which was way too limited with the range of the story. I am working on the next part to Sparks. I have the epilogue done, and the first chapter is nearly ready to be posted.

Sparks is being edited a little bit, so there's some minor changes as we move forward. But as they come up in Part 2, I'll try my best to notate them. I hope you guys are safe, having fun and enduring this COVID situation well.

* Guy knows Tami sings as she runs. He just hasn't said anything about it. A handful of people know, but they really don't care. Contrary to her opinion, most of the ninja really don't care that she can sing. Just because she believes that most look down on her, that's not necessarily the case.
