Rob sat in the class, noticing some of the students looked a bit tense. Gumball and Darwin just smiled normally. Rob went back to his thoughts. He had studied the school for a while in his villain days. The nurse always knew when a kid was lying about being sick or just paranoid, so there was no faking sick to go home. So he had to think of something else. He didn't know if this would work but he thought it was worth trying.

"Miss Simian!" Rob called, dancing around with his legs crossed, hoping she would be tricked. "I need to use the bathroom."

"Fine, just come back on time." Miss Simian said.

Rob left the room and many of the students sighed from relief.

Rob went through the halls, hoping nobody would see him. Rocky was there, but he was busy listening to music and focusing on mopping.

Rob eventually found his way to the outside where everyone usually had recess. He remembered watching Gumball and Darwin trying to escape the yard back in elementary school with a huge chain reaction, but he thought better. He climbed the chain link fence then jumped down. And that was it, he was free.

Rob wondered what he should do until the end of the school period. He just did what most kids would do, first he played in the park, he fed the ducks some of his sandwich, skipped stones, and then later he went to get burger and fries at Joyful Burger. Thankfully Larry didn't question why he wasn't in school, he always assumed he never went there.

Four hours later, Rob went home. He was satisfied with what he did. He would probably do this every day. He used his key to open the door and he saw his mom, looking slightly worried.

"Mom, are you okay?" Rob asked. Rita gasped and hugged him tightly.

"Thank the stars you're okay!" She cried as she held his face. "Were you lost? Did you get hurt?"

"Mom, I'm fine…" Rob said, slightly annoyed.

"The principal said you didn't come back since you went to the bathroom, did you get into trouble?" Rita asked. Rob sighed and decided to fess up.

"I escaped, because nobody likes me! Nobody ever liked me, I used to be a nobody… and now I'm a monster!" Rob looked at his hands then facepalmed "I got sick of everyone reminding me of that."

"Rob, you're not a monster." Rita out her arm around her son. "You just made some mistakes."

"I can't believe you still love me after all I did." Rob said.

"Of course I do. No matter what you do, you will always be my boy." Rita said. "We can move schools if you want."

"Thanks mom." Rob said as he hugged his mom. "I'm sorry."

"By the way…. You're grounded." Rita said.

"What?"
