Lincoln died. He saved someone but he still died. Now he has to work his way back to earth by proving he's a true hero. Maybe he'll bring some friends back with him though? He will if the angel Leni has anything to say about it. Of course as always this is a Lincoln x Harem with lots of girls from throughout The Loud House as monster girls and humans both. Lincoln Loud in the Monster Girl World

I own neither the loud house nor the Monster Girl Encyclopedia. I merely own the plot of this story. That said as with all my stories this is an adult story. It's rated M for a reason and I hope you enjoy. This will be an alternate world where monster girls rule and Lincoln will have to find his way through this world, though there will be times he may return to Royal Woods we'll see anyway that said enjoy and let's begin.

Chapter 1: A Heroic Death and an awakening in the MG world

Lincoln Loud was walking down the street listening to music. He was a six foot tall white haired young man with blue eyes, a chipped bucked front tooth, a muscular build, and a kind heart. He was currently wearing an orange polo, blue jeans and orange and black sneakers. As he walked he started to sing along to the SMOOCH song playing on his phone. He yawned then turned off his music as he heard a cry for help. He turned toward a nearby alley and saw a girl struggling against three guys. He reacted instinctively. He ran into the alley and punched the first man in the face knocking him back, then kicked the second and kneed the third. The three glared and said "If you lay down and let us beat the shit out of you we might just let you live, but the broad is ours."

Lincoln glared and said "Fuck that. I'd rather die than let you degenerates hurt a beautiful young woman. I was raised to be a gentleman and as such I can't let scum like you do whatever you want." He was punched in the stomach and grabbed from behind. He growled headbutting the person holding onto him causing them to let go and cry out with tears in their eyes. He glared and said "I see you don't want to talk, so we'll just have to fight." He glanced at the girl and said softly so only she could hear "Run while I distract them." She nodded and ran off as he was punched again then he kicked the goon back and leaned on the wall wiping the blood from his face.

The leader of the goons said "You got spunk, fucker. It'll be fun to break it along with your body." He rushed at Lincoln and punched him in the stomach then kicked his legs out from underneath him. Lincoln fell onto his back and let out a soft breath of air then rolled to the side as they tried to stomp on his face. He growled and got up then headbutted the leader breaking his nose. The leader stumbled back holding onto his broken schnoz and said "Get him you idiots." They'd become so angry and focused on Lincoln they didn't even care about the girl anymore. Lincoln smiled and hoped the girl had called the police after she got away but he was more focused on his fight. He coughed up a bit of bloody phlegm then jumped back as two thugs rushed him, one from the left the other the right.

He slammed their heads together and pushed them away then got into a stable combat stance wincing from the pain in his side where he'd been kicked earlier. He turned around just in time to get punched in the stomach and kneed in the face feeling his own nose crunch. He shook his head spraying snot and blood everywhere then looked up and kicked the goon in the testicles. The goon fell over holding himself and Lincoln kicked him in the head while he was down knocking him out, only to be grabbed on either arm and restrained. He struggled but it wasn't enough to get free.

The goons turned him so he was facing their boss who said "So think you're hot shit, eh buddy?"

Lincoln smiled and said "Hotter than you are shit head." He winced as he was punched in the stomach twice then punched twice more in the kidneys from the two holding him. He coughed up a wad of bloody phlegm and spat it in the leader of the goon's eyes. The man growled and Lincoln said "Damn you guys hit hard for assholes. I should have brought some back up but at least I stopped you from getting to rape that young woman."

At his words the three looked around seeing the girl was gone and that their fourth compatriot who was supposed to be their look out was on the ground unconscious. They growled and the boss said "So you got the chance to play the hero. I bet you're really proud of yourself. Well it's a good thing I don't mind playing with fish food before I feed them. I'll just have to take what I was going to do to her out on your face and stomach."

Lincoln smiled a bloody grin daring him to try it. This pissed off the leader who punched him across the face causing his eye to swell shut. He spat in the man's face again and the man said "I guess you think this is some defiant little shit what with all the spitting but we both know you're not walking away from here alive. Brad give me your switchblade, I think it's time I carve this fucker up like a stuck pig." Lincoln knew he brought this on himself but he just couldn't help but smile thinking he'd saved the girl. The smile pissed off the goons who started beating his back with their free hands as they're boss grabbed the switchblade and stabbed it into his shoulder.

Lincoln held back a scream and said through gritted teeth, "You have the strength of a newborn. I didn't feel a thing." The man screamed in rage and stabbed him in the other shoulder. Seeing his taunts anger the man Lincoln laughed and said "Is that all you got? I thought knives were supposed to dig deep not barely hurt and make a man feel like he is getting acupuncture." The boss roared in rage and kneed Lincoln in the testicles then stabbed him in the thigh. Lincoln winced and said in a breathy voice "Ha that didn't hurt, I've been kicked harder by a two year old."

The man snarled and stabbed him over and over getting Lincoln to make a quip with each stab until his entire body was coated in red. The man snarled "WHY WON'T YOU DIE!"

Lincoln smiled slightly and said "Because as long as scum like you is around I have the will to live." When the goons let go of his arms he dropped to his knees. He knew his body was shutting down but he had to at least knock these guys out for the cops. He got up and headbutted the leader then punched him in the stomach with his badly lacerated arm, then slammed his head into the wall as his vision turned bloody. The only thing keeping Lincoln going was adrenaline and pure will at this point. The other two saw their boss taken out and tried to run only for Lincoln to knock them both out before falling flat on his face and seeing his blood pool all around him.

The woman came back with the police and he said "Oh good you got the cops. I don't think I'm going to make it miss, so can you tell my parents, Rita and Lynn Loud that I died a hero?" She nodded crying and he said "Hey, hey hey hey, don't worry about me. I'm going to a better place. I did a good deed that's all that matters. If there is anything besides the afterlife maybe I'll come back some day and be able to do it all allover again. Wouldn't that be something? Most people only dream of being heroes I got to be one for a day. Can I get your name though, because I think I'm starting to pass out."

The woman smiled sadly and said "I'm Fiona, Fiona Rogue. I can't thank you enough. If somehow you survive this I would like it if you would come visit me at my apartment in Great Lakes City." Lincoln smiled and nodded his eyes closing a second as his head nodded down. He shook himself awake and Fiona said "What's your name?"

Lincoln smiled and said "Lincoln, Lincoln Loud. I hope you have a good life Fiona. I'm glad I could save you from being raped. Sadly I think I'll have to take a rain check on meeting again. However if I ever do come back or anything I think we can make a day of it. After all if I have my say, I will never stay dead." The girl giggled at that and smiled. He grinned and said "There we go you look better with a smile, Fiona. I honestly don't know how I'm not dead with all I'm bleeding out, but I can feel my grip fading. I think the adrenaline is the only thing keeping me awake. I guess, I guess I'll see you in the next world Fiona, or if I get another come around maybe we can at least be friends in that life. Thanks for getting the police and thanks for agreeing to tell my parents I died a hero."

After saying that Lincoln's eyes started to lose light and Fiona said "No thank you Lincoln. If there's a place for heroes, you'll definitely go there. Good luck in all your future endeavors and thanks for saving me." Lincoln Loud died that day with a smile on his face. However even as the life faded from his body and his mind shut down, he was being awoken in another place.

******************************The After Life*****************************************

Lincoln woke up in a white room, with clouds all around and a gold light shining down. He sighed and said "Of course, I died." Crying sounded from somewhere nearby and Lincoln followed it to see a five foot eleven inch tall blonde angel with blue eyes, a white robe, white wings, and a halo. He smiled and said "Hey it's alright. No need to cry." She turned to him and saw who he was then ran into his arms and burst into tears holding onto him for dear life. He blinked and said "What's wrong, and why do I feel like I've known you all my life miss?"

The angel sobbed more and said "I'm sorry Linky. I'm so sorry. I was supposed to look out for you but I screwed up. I didn't think you'd get into any trouble that you couldn't handle but I was wrong. I'm sorry Linky. I'm your guardian Angel Leni, Leni Loud. We share the same last name because I was formed out of the goodness in your heart and soul. I like totes need to be strong for you but watching all that made me sick."

Lincoln stroked Leni's hair and said "Easy Leni, Easy. It's alright I'm here now and I didn't feel most of it after the first few stabs the adrenaline kept me from hurting too much, ok?"

Leni nodded and said "I know Linky. I was born the moment you died. I was supposed to be born before you were so I could watch over you, but your light was shrouded. I don't know why. I like totes can't believe you're here though." Lincoln raised an eyebrow and she said "Oh like wait, you probably want to know where here is, don't you?" Lincoln nodded and Leni said "This is the plain of waiting Linky. It's a place where souls of the courageous are given a chance to rest before moving on to another world or if they're really lucky being revived in their own world. You have a special place Linky because you can be revived in two world. You can either go home, because your brain's not dead dead, or you can go to another plain of existence and eventually work your way home with all your old abilities and some extras."

Lincoln blinked and asked "What kind of extras Leni?"

She smiled and said "All kinds. Like you could totes be super strong, fast, and smart. Or you could be totes charischastic."

Lincoln blinked and said "Do you mean Charismatic?"

Leni blinked and asked "Isn't that what I said?" Lincoln just sighed and motioned for her to go on. She said "You could be a magic person, or a hero. You wouldn't be able to become a demon lord, at leas I don't think you'd be able to be a demon lord, because you were a hero in life. Like I don't even know if you'd want to be a demon lord. It totes would clash with your style."

Lincoln chuckled and said "I don't think I want to be evil in my next life Leni."

She smiled and clapped saying "YAY! Linky wants to stay being a hero. I mean the world's you have available to you kind of have their own takes on Demon Lords, but the one that I think you'd like best Linky has a Demon Lady who everyone calls the demon lord. Honestly I think she's just lonely." Lincoln chuckled and nodded then stretched and Leni said "So would you like to go to that world, your eternal paradise, or back to earth?"

Lincoln thought about it and said "Could I eventually go back to earth if I do whatever is needed of me in other worlds?" Leni nodded and he said "Then I'll go to this demon lord's world. What's the name of the world anyway Leni?"

Leni smiled and said "It's like totes called Listeria. It has two types of sentinels humans and monster girls." Lincoln blinked and wondered why the land was called Listeria. Leni said "That's the planets name Linky, not the continent. The continent the demon Lord lives on is Aria and the other continent is Zipangu. There's all sorts of islands, smaller continents but those are the main two in the west and east. Now you need to pick your powers Linky. Although I can slip one in I think you'll like, if you'll let me."

Lincoln nodded and said "Sure Leni. I think I'll choose enhanced charisma, enhanced intelligence, enhanced physique, whatever your giving me and enhanced healing." Leni grinned and he said "I take it you like my picks?"

Leni nodded and said "Like Totes. Linky's going to be the full package. I guess I can give you a hint, don't turn down the monster girls if you want more power Linky. If they come on to you then you need to dominate them completely. I mean if you don't they'll make you their husband and stop you from traveling the world. The only way to get back here or back to earth besides dying is by using a portal. I can like Totes visit you on Listeria, but it will take a while for me to finish forming a physical form. I kinda only have my spiritual form right now. Also can you like try to save the gods and goddesses of Listeria while your at it?"

Lincoln blinked and asked "Gods and Goddesses?"

Leni nodded and said "Ya huh, they are like scattered across the world. Maybe you could even take the grail quest while you're at it. Anyway Linky our time's up your body is formed and you'll be waking up shortly. Can I give you something for good luck though?" Lincoln nodded and she kissed his cheek saying "Thanks Linky, now time to wake up."

***********************************Listeria****************************************

Lincoln woke up in a cabin. He immediately felt the affects of the skills he'd chosen. Starting with his body becoming well built, still lean but more muscular, almost like a swimmer or Olympic runner. His mind was flooded with information and he moaned as it all compiled and expanded his brain. He groaned more as he felt the entirety of something called the monster girl encyclopedia enter his mind courtesy of Leni. After that he held his forehead groaning softly and muttered "Dear gods that hurt." He also had knowledge of all the languages spoken in this world. Though they would sound like English to him he knew to the people he was talking to he'd sound like he was speaking their language unless he deliberately chose a language. He rubbed his head as he sat in bed in nothing but a pair of boxer briefs made of leather.

Getting up he pulled on leather breeches, an orange tunic, and strapped the sword he found leaning against the foot of his bed to his back. He drew the sword and saw it was some kind of energy weapon. He wondered what that mean and if this world was making other space worthy weapons. He sighed and stretched then popped his back and twisted at the waist. He bent down popping every joint in his body including his fingers then got out of the cabin after eating a slice of bread and some cheese. He walked outside and looked up to judge the time. The sun was just starting to rise to the east so he muttered "Ok, so the sun is rising in the east, good to know. Did Leni give me a map?" He walked inside and dug around in the trunk at the foot of the bed then pulled out a pack, filled to the brim with supplies, a pair of water skins, and pulled on a pair of brand new leather boots made from the hide of a doe.

He walked outside looking at the map and muttered "So there's a town to the north. Great. It seems to be about a day's travel according to the map so I should start now and see how things go." He shouldered the bag again then started to the north humming and leaving his sword over his left shoulder so he could draw it with his right hand. As he walked he heard the birds, bugs, and other animals letting out calls. He smiled enjoying the nature and muttered "I wonder what Leni did to me that she wants me to mate with monster girls for."

Lincoln yawned as he walked feeling like it had been forever since he'd last slept but decided to keep going as it was more fun to enjoy everything during the day. As the day progressed he heard the sound of creatures moving around him and muttered "I wonder if I'll run into any monster girls." As he walked he thought about the things Leni had told him about this world and the knowledge she'd uploaded into his head. He knew that Incubi and Heroes were just regular humans who had their limits removed. He realize he must have been a hero since his own limits had been removed by Leni and smiled slightly thanking the ditsy blonde in his mind.

After a few hours he stopped for a lunch of jerky and cheese then blinked as he heard singing nearby. He got up and followed it to a nearby lake where a woman was bathing. He waved to her and said "Hello there, I'm Lincoln, Lincoln Loud. Nice to meet you. Can you tell me how far away from town we are?"

The woman turned to him and smiled then waved back and started to approach. As she got closer he noticed a horn on her forehead and said "Wait, are you a mamono or monster girl?" She nodded and he said "Cool, it's nice to meet you as I said before I'm Lincoln."

The monster girl left the water revealing her equine lower half and said "Nice to meet you Lincoln I'm Jordan." she had long dirty blonde hair tied into a braid going down her neck, a white horse's body, a moderate sized chest, and purple eyes. She studied him and said "Are you an adventurer?" He nodded and she said "Wonderful. Can you tell me some stories of your adventures?"

Lincoln blushed and said "I've just started out so I don't really have any adventures to talk about just yet. Though you can come with me to town if you want." She smiled and he said "You have a pretty smile." Jordan blushed and waved him off making him laugh and say "I'm serious Jordan, you have a beautiful smile."

She laughed and said "Lincoln you're a charmer. Are you sure you're not trying to take my chastity?" Lincoln blinked and shook his head in the negative. She smiled and said "Good, I mean you're already on the right path but I don't know you at all so I think it would be odd to get off to something like that out here in the free cities."

Lincoln blinked and said "The free cities?"

She nodded and said "The free cities are a territory where Mamono can grow and live with humans. I'm the daughter of a mamono human couple. My father's a blacksmith and my mother's a florist. They have been trying to set me up with the son of my father's colleague but he's interested in a friend of mine who is a kama itachi."

Lincoln blinked and said "A sickle weasel?" She nodded and he said "I thought they normally traveled in families of three."

She nodded again and said "Yup, he's attracted to her and her two sisters. They moved here from Zipangu with their parents when we were all five. We're seventeen now, how old are you?"

Lincoln shrugged and said "Twenty one." She stare ad him surprised and he said "What's up Jordan?"

She smiled slightly and said "Twenty one and you haven't been picked up by a monster girl yet with your looks, you must be strong." He blushed and shook his head. She giggled and said "Ah are you quick to make blush Lincoln?" He shook his head and she said "Sure seems like it." He sighed and stared at her finding her beauty sensual and mysterious. She caught his look and said "Don't get too attached Lincoln." He nodded and stretched then ran his hand through the hair on her flank making her blush this time.

He blinked and said "I'm going to guess that I kinda did something too forward?" She nodded and he said "Sorry Jordan. Didn't mean to make you embarrassed. So why are you about eighteen hours out from town?" She laughed and he said "What?"

She smiled and said "For me it's about a five hour ride back to the outskirts of town. For you it's another ten hours of walking or seven running unless you're really fast and don't need to stop." He grinned at that and she said "I like you're smile Lincoln." He chuckled and she said "Seriously it makes me think of the heroes of old."

Lincoln smiled and said "Glad it helps you feel better. So how about we run back toward town and talk along the way then when I can't run any more we can rest for the night and eat?" She nodded humming and he asked "Can you only eat vegetables?" She nodded and he said "What about cheese and bread?"

She chuckled and said "I can eat anything as long as it's not meat Lincoln. Alright?" He nodded and she smiled then broke into a trot with Lincoln in hot pursuit. They talked as they ran, Jordan going slower than usual so Lincoln could keep up with her and feeling her heart flutter at the strong male who seemed to only see her as a friend just yet. She hoped he'd one day see her as more but she knew his type or at least the type he seemed like, he'd probably have a harem before he turned twenty five. She wondered if she'd have a problem with that and cursed being a unicorn because she knew that unless Lincoln somehow had a way to preserve his purity in her eyes at least she'd turn into a bicorn if they did get together and he was seduced by other girls.

Lincoln saw the look in Jordan's eyes but didn't know what it meant so he kept his mouth shut and silently wondered why Leni told him to mate with lots of monster girls. It wasn't like he could gain part of their essence in any way other than becoming an incubus, right? He shook such thoughts away and started running faster keeping up with Jordan's front legs rather than her rear now. She smiled at him and he said between pants, as they'd been running for about two hours, "What...are...you...thinking...about?" Jordan just waved him off and they faded into a companionable silence. After another hour Lincoln couldn't run anymore and he collapsed causing Jordan to stop.

She smiled and said "You lasted a while Lincoln. We're about a third of the way to town. If we just continue at a walk till Dusk we should be about halfway there." Lincoln nodded and got up then the two started walking at a sedate pace. Jordan studied him and said "Lincoln do you want a harem?"Lincoln sputtered and blushed and she said "I knew it. You're one of those guys who likes playing with ladies hearts."

Lincoln shook his head and said "No I'm not, just my guardian angel said I needed to sleep with every girl that was willing. Wow that sounded a lot better in my head." Jordan snorted and he said "I'm serious her name is Leni, and she said I had a special ability that involved sleeping with monster girls. I don't know what kind of ability it is but I don't want to die out here so I'll use everything at my disposal. You aren't really mad at me are you Jordan?"

She sighed and muttered "No, I kinda figured you'd be the type to sleep around. Promise me this though you won't play with anyone's hearts." Lincoln nodded and swore that he'd never play with a maiden's heart making Jordan feel a little better. Jordan sighed and said "Want to know more about the people you'll run into in town?" Lincoln nodded happy to change the subject and she said "Well you have the baker, the tavern owners, the inn keepers, the two florists besides my mom, dad and the other three blacksmiths, the guard, the bounty hunter's guild, the adventurer's guild, the merchant's guild, and the banker's guild. The entire town answers to Lord Ashwaine."

Lincoln asked "Is Lord Ashwaine a good lord?" Jordan nodded and he said "Great. I would hate to have my first town I visited angry at me for fighting with a jackass lord. Also do you know anything about a grail?"

Jordan blinked and said "You're looking for a grail?" He nodded. She said "Just a grail or the grail?" He raised an eyebrow questioningly and she said "There is only one grail talked about in legend and that's the holy grail. It was said to be lost a long time ago and that it can purify the land. It's also called the wish granting cup. Many have searched for it, but no one's found it yet. It's said the grail will choose a champion and have them face multiple challenges and rescue the grail maidens. Each maiden will have her own challenge for the champion to prove his worth to the Grail's virtues. If you're looking for the Holy Grail then you'll have to go to the temple and see if the grail will send you a vision."

Lincoln sighed and said "Of course Leni would assign me a quest right off the bat. I should have known that dying as a hero wouldn't be enough to earn me the right to rest." She raised an eyebrow questioningly and he said "Talking to myself sorry." She nodded and they both yawned as the sun started to set not realizing that while they'd been walking and talking the day had passed. They made camp and started a fire then Lincoln shared his rations with Jordan since she hadn't packed anything as it was normally a quick run home after using her favorite pool to bathe. She smiled and thanked Lincoln then they both went to bed. As they slept Jordan was visited by a certain someone in her dreams...

I hope you enjoyed this story and that little cliffhanger will not last long. I'm already working on chapter 2 so be patient after that if I feel I've written myself out then I'll switch to my other monster girl loud house story, before going back to Lincoln's Return and Lincoln's Loves.
