Hello everyone! This is my first try at writing a fanfic though I've had the idea a long time ago. I hope you enjoy the story and feel free to comment or give me ideas for the story. Constructive criticism is also welcomed! Rate and reviews are greatly appreciated! Enjoy!
Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto or any of the characters except my OC. If I owned Naruto, I wouldn't be writing this. XD
On the streets of Amegakure, a woman, wearing a black cloak that covered her body except her head showing blond locks tied in a ponytail, walked splattering water with each step since it had just stopped raining in the village. Following closely behind her was a male with the same black cloak who had raven locks swept to the left side adorning his hair. Both were quite while walking along the streets and showed no signs that they were together or knew each other. They kept on walking on the wet streets until they reached a less populated part of the village when the woman in front stopped walking prompting the man behind her to stop to. The blond turned on her feet and faced the man, she looked at him straight in the eyes as if wanting to tell him something she had forgotten to tell the man. The male just stared back at her light brown eyes with his own grey eyes, waiting for what she was about to say and knowing that whatever it was he had to listen and do what he needs to do.
"Ryuu," said the woman referring to the raven-haired man
"Wait for me at the gates. I have something I have to do." Said the female to Ryuu with a tome that told him it was an order, not a request.
"Hai, Yuki-sama." Replied Ryuu to the blond and bowed slightly before he continued to walk towards the direction they were walking, which was the direction of the south gate of the village.
As the man walked away, Yuki turned to her right and walked towards a narrow and dark alley and halted after making sure that she was hidden from prying eyes. She crouched on one knee and placed a hand on the wet ground and closed her eyes. She gently spread her chakra just enough to so that she can sense her surrounding but not too strong that anyone would notice. Years of doing it made it easy as breathing for her, and if she said so herself, she was an expert when it comes to spreading chakra to sense your surrounding while remaining unnoticeable and hidden. She was just covering a good 10 kilometers when she sensed the spike in chakras that she felt earlier and prompted her to stop. The spike of chakra told her that there was a fight going on and one was already low in chakra. Her rational and logical part told her to ignore it and just go as it wasn't her business but, her medic side told her that if she did not check on the battle scene, someone was going to die which made her feel guilty. She retracted her hand from the ground, wiping the rainwater and some dust on her hand to her cloak. She still stayed in the same crouched position and her facial expression though it was hidden in the dark, told that she was in debate of what to do. Standing up, she told herself that she should follow her logical side and started walking out of the dark alley.
"Tsk." She clicked loud enough for her ears to hear and then made a sharp turn to her back, causing some water to splatter on her ankle length cloak and to her bare toes that wasn't covered by her black sandals and run silently and stealthily towards the fighting scene.
She knew she was going to regret what she was doing but she also thought that no matter which she chooses, she'll regret both. So in the end she chose to run to the fight scene and help whoever that was who was quickly losing chakra right now because if she would have any regrets, and she had a lot, she would just choose the ones where she knows she tried to do something good or bad. She'll just have to find out.

Everything was dark and he was slowly sinking in the dark abyss, but he didn't feel scared. Instead he felt at peace knowing that he can leave everything to his pupil, whom he knows for sure as the child of prophecy. He closed his eyes ready to journey into the next life when suddenly he felt being pulled and the next thing he knew, he was awake and was staring at grey ceiling. He was still a bit disoriented from the sudden brightness that seeped into the room probably from the window, he thought.
After adjusting to the brightness, he was finally able to get a grip of his surrounding and could her the faint sound of beeping machines that he would often hear in a hospital. Though he wondered why there were those beeping when he was dead. And he was slightly confused as to why he was in a grey room when he expected to be sitting on a grassy field looking at a blue sky which is what he thought afterlife would be but who was he to say anything. It was his first time after all.
So, he scanned the room with his eyes and saw that he was in a room with grey ceiling and walls, with a door to his right, a small drawer beside the door. His eyes swept from the right to the left side of the room and saw some medical equipment that he recognized, after being admitted to the hospital for more often than he'd care to admit.
'So that's where the noise was coming from.' He thought when his facial expression changed into a confused one and then a realization dawned on him.
'Wait a minute...' He did a double check on the apparatus and traced were the tubes were leading and it was then that he saw and felt, that the tubes were connected to him and that he was wearing an oxygen mask.
'So that is why I can feel something covering my mouth and nose. How did I not realize that before?' he thought to himself and it was then that he felt the soreness from his body.
'If I am connected to these things and can feel pain all over my body, then that means that I am in a hospital or somewhere and I am alive. But where? And why am I here in the first place? I was sure-' His thoughts got cut off as the door opened signaling someone was there. He felt cautious and was on high alert, and was ready to sit up when as he turned his head to the door, he saw blond locks.
Dun, dun, dun... Who could this blond be?! Find out on the next chapter :)
And that's the first chapter! I know it's short but I will try my best to make longer chapters if you want. Rate and review are highly appreciated! I hope you enjoyed it! And if you didn't, we'll thank you for reading anyway!
Also, feel free to leave comments or suggestions on the story, my writing style or the grammar and spelling. I don't know how often I can update because college just started for me but I will do my best to update regularly! Second chapters in the making so look forward to it! Until the next update, see ya!
