Nathan's POV

Having only just arrived at Forks Washington, I wasn't prepared to be meeting my Father TODAY!

I took a deep gulping breath of air, and hurriedly went upstairs to shower.

As the warm water washed over me I gave myself a small pep talk. "It'll be good to meet him" "Maybe there are other wolves like me". But it didn't help calm me much.

I got out of the shower, wiped the steam from the mirror and brushed my teeth.

"Do I look like him" I wondered aloud. Mum had told me whenever I asked I looked like him. Some things were obvious, like my rosette coloured skin, or almost black hair, but I still wondered.

When everyone was ready we all piled into Mum's small car and started heading towards La Push. The twins were excitedly talking about the scenery as we drove. Then sudden Mum stopped the car.

There was several large men standing in front of the car, staring at Mum and the twins. Like I wasn't even there!

The tallest middle man stepped forward. "Your kind isn't welcome here".

We all shared glances. Mum pressed the button and rolled down the window "We're here to see Jacob Black". She tried to sound confident but I could tell she wasn't.

The men all looked at each other "Who's asking?" "Bella Swan".

The men looked like they were speaking with there eyes, and then the leader nodded.

"Very well, but you will be supervised on these lands". Mum nodded and started to drive again.

The air was tense now. No one spoke the rest of the way.

Jacob's POV

I was packing away the dishes from breakfast when a car I didn't recognise pulled up out the front of my place... being followed by Sam Uley, Paul and Seth. Curiously I go outside.

It can't be good news if the pack is following them. Luckily Dads already gone round to a friends place for the day.

As if in slow motion the back door of the car opens. A young teenager who looks almost identical to me but with lighter hair and dimples gets out of the car. His twisting his hands in a nervous gesture.

And then I'm hit with the bitter sweet smell of vampires.

I crouch a little. My instincts telling me to protect this stranger, this boy.

I turn and "... Bella?" This must be a dream. I hadn't seen Bella since her father's funeral, twelve years ago!

"Hi Jacob" Bella says shyly. I'm glad that hasn't changed.

Bella walks around the car and brings me into an awkward hug. I go to breath in Bella's sent, but it's all vampire now. "When?" "Why?" I stutter.

Bella smiles, but doesn't answer the question.

She gestures towards the car "Jacob, I'd like you to meet my three babies". Bella gestures first at a young girl with brown/ red wavy styled hair, "This is Elizabeth" the girl interrupts "Call me Liz" with a almost musical voice. "And this" Bella gestured towards the pale boy "Is Anthony", this boy, obviously the twin of Liz stretched out his hand to shake. I awkwardly shake his hand, eyes narrowing as I feel a pulse.

And then Bella gestures towards the final person, my look-a-like. "And this is your son, Nathan".

And if I was human I would faint.

I distantly hear "Holly shit" come from Seth.
