Explosion on 49th Street – Chapter 2
A/N: Annnnndddd I'm back with another chapter this is the last chapter of this book this is definitely the shortest book I have ever written for this. This is still the 2014 version of tmnt I'm sorry that this book is really short. I have more fanfics on the way so be prepared for that. Let's hope this chapter isn't so cringe thanks to writers block and other stuff *cough cough* old computer.

*With Raphael*
Raphael stepped through the doorway of the balcony door and shut it behind him the sound of roaring flames and the smoke alarm reached his ears. He carefully picked his way across the apartment the floor groaned every few steps. Raph reached the front door where the smoke was the thinnest. Now the fun part was getting to Karai and her goons without the humans seeing him. Raph looked outside the doorway there was a line of people rushing to get out of the building. Raph walked out of the apartment and went up a flight of stairs.
Passing a couple of apartments most of front doors on the third level were missing. As Raph passed apartment 13b (Idk I just picked a number and a letter...) loud voices were on the other side of the door. Raph grabbed his sais and walked away from the door, and hid behind a corner beside 13b ready to attack if Karai and the two foot soldiers were on the other side of the door. The front door of apartment 13b flew off its hinges and hit the railing. Karai and the two foot soldiers walked out. "The turtle is not in this apartment either mistress." The taller foot soldier stated Karai punched the taller foot soldier in the nose. The soldier stumbled back a couple of steps holding his nose. The other foot soldier stood their frightened afraid to say something else that might offend Karai.
"You fools if you actually looked around to freaking apartments we would have found him by now, but no you choose to waste my time by looking in random spots where he couldn't possibly fit!" Karai yelled the foot soldiers flinched Karai huffed and stormed past Raph's hiding spot, with the foot soldiers behind her and went up another flight of stairs. Raph stepped out of his hiding spot and walked to the stair case that Karai and the foot soldiers went up. Karai was half way up the stairs when Raphael's t-phone went off.
Raph quickly pulled his phone out and put on mute and put it back in his belt. The red banded turtle hid behind the staircase, and waited to see if Karai would come down. Not long after Raph's t-phone went off he heard Karai talking to the two foot soldiers. "You two idiots want to make it up to me then make yourselves useful then find that turtle and bring him to me." Karai demanded the two foot soldiers nodded and they went back down the stairs. They paused for a little bit the shorter foot soldier nudged the taller one, and nodded to the place where Raph was the turtle ducked father back in his hiding spot. "Just pretend you didn't see him and continue on."The taller foot soldier mumbled to the shorter one he nodded and they both ran separate directions to "find" the red banded turtle. Raph walked out of his hiding spot and followed the taller foot soldier.

With April and Allea
April's leg muscles screamed for her to stop but she kept running until she reached the building that Raph pointed to. "April…slow….down." Allea called out from behind her April paused for a little bit to let Allea catch up to her. The ginger haired girl stopped beside her and caught her breath. "Why do you have to run so fast we could just walk or do something else that doesn't involve running?" Allea suggested while putting her hair into a high pony tail. "We can't stop now not when Raph is in danger with the foot, and could possibly get captured by them and do pizza knows what kind of experiments to him." April spoke tears blurring her vision.
Allea wrapped April into a tight hug and felt her friend's tears falling down onto her shoulders. 'I don't know what to say to comfort her. Ugh big bro why did you have to leave me your always good with comforting people.' Allea thought she took a deep breath in. "I understand how you feel April my big brother was a in a burning apartment just like yours, and a five year old little girl was stuck in a room he went back inside leaving me by myself. The little girl made it but my brother didn't. I blamed that little girl for taking away the only person that was left in my life." Allea started a few tears leaving stains on her cheeks clearing her throat and continued her voice a little shaky, "I feel your fear for your loved one but I know that he is too stubborn to let some foot soldiers take him away from you."
April hugged a little tighter. "Thank you for everything you've done for me and I'm sorry for your loss." April whispered and let go of Allea they both continued the next few blocks in silence until they reached the building that Raph pointed to. They both dreaded telling the other turtles what happened to their brother. As they reached the top of the fire escape April could hear the hushed voices of Raph's brothers. April squeezed her eyes shut imagining that Raph was there with them and not in any danger of the foot, or in a burning building where hundreds of people could see him.
Allea paused behind April freezing up a little April noticed the other girl's frozen state and squeezed her hand in reassurance. "It's ok these are the turtles that I told you about you know Raph's brothers." April stated as she pushed on Allea's back gently to get her moving again the rest of the turtles. Before Allea could take another step a blur of green, and orange flashed past her and appeared next to April bouncing up and down. "Angle Cakes! I didn't know you had another friend!" Mikey exclaimed taking a closer look at Allea. The ginger haired girl stepped back a little not caring for the turtle getting up in her personal space. "Mikey! How many times have we talked about personal boundaries especially around humans who aren't used to us?" The blue banded turtle scolded and whacked Mikey behind the head.
April laughed a little when Mikey tried to tackle Leo but ended up on the ground. Donnie walked up to the two girls as if looking for someone. "Where's Raph?" Donnie inquired Leo and Mikey paused in their play fight and looked at April as well. Allea reached over and gave April's hand an encouraging squeeze. "Raph is still in the apartment building looking for the foot." April answered trying to keep the tears from falling. The three remaining turtles looked at each other before going into a group huddle.
Allea gave April a sideways hug and rubbed her shoulder. "It'll be ok they'll find him and everything will be back to normal." Allea whispered to April though they both weren't so sure on Allea's own words. April crossed her arms and leaned her head on Allea's shoulder tears slowly falling down her cheeks. The three brothers turned back to the girls. "We are going to find Raph in the building and possibly bring him back but..." Leo paused and looked back at Donnie and Mikey they both nodded Leo took a deep breath and continued, "You and Allea will have to go back to the lair where it's safe." Leo finished April and Allea both started protesting against Leo's statement.
"There's no way we're going to be the minor characters and sit on the sidelines while you three go into the building looking for Raph." Allea protested Leo put a hand up to silence their protests. "Look we can't risk having you two in there when they are clearly after you two." Leo spoke then looked directly at April. "And besides Raph would kill us if you got hurt or captured April." Leo remarked April sighed giving into Leo's reasoning. "Fine I guess." April murmured and led Allea by the arm to the fire escape while the turtles continue with their plan.

With Raph
Raph paused as he rounded another corner and looked around. 'I could've sworn he went down here.' Raph thought as he continued looking for the taller foot soldier that he had been following for the last couple of turns. Raph drew his sais out prepared to fight in case someone from the foot was actually down this hallway. Raph felt like he was in those horror movies where the person that splits off from the group gets killed from behind. The turtle shivered at the thought of dying that way. As he continued looking a figure in the doorways of an apartment looked after Raphael the taller foot soldier stepped out and stealthily followed Raph.
The taller foot soldier had his fingers just a hair away where his stun baton was. Raph paused feeling the air shift in the hallway he looked over his shoulder expecting to see someone behind him. The taller foot soldier held his breath in the shadows of a potted plant as the turtle looked around before moving on. The taller foot soldier exhaled and signaled the smaller foot soldier to attack the turtle now. The smaller foot soldier nodded and let out a battle cry a pair of nun chucks held high above his head.
Raph whirled around and blocked the nun chucks with his sais struggling to keep the nun chucks in the air. Raph looked over to his right another idiotic foot soldier was hiding behind a potted plant. "Why don't you come out and fight instead of hiding behind a plant like a coward." Raph grunted and threw the smaller foot soldier into a wall. "I don't think you'd like what I have in store for you." The taller foot soldier hissed as he stepped out of the shadows of the plant.
Raph narrowed his eyes and gripped his sais tighter waiting for the taller foot soldier make his move. The taller grabbed his stun baton and ran at Raph with a battle cry Raph blocked his move with his sais, and kneed his opponent in his stomach. The foot soldier stumbled back a little holding a hand over his stomach and ran back at Raphael with the stun baton on. Raph ducked under the stun baton and uppercutted the foot soldier underneath the chin taking the foot soldier off his feet.
The smaller foot soldier groaned and shook his head he put a hand on his head and drew it away. Blood stained his hand and he tasted blood in his mouth from probably biting his tongue when he hit the wall. He looked back at Raph and the other foot soldier fighting. The foot soldier grabbed his nun chucks and ran up behind Raph and hit him over the head.
Raph crumpled to the ground releasing his hold on the foot soldier his world fading into darkness.

A/N: Well this was the final chapter of this book I'll leave it up to you guys what happens next with your imagination. And mainly because I'm too lazy to continue with this story T-T. And with that all a side we need to talk about something I've been bugged about in the PM's I got two PM's a couple of months ago and they we're hitting on me. And I'm sorry if it's you that I'm embarrassing but I need to get this out there. Apparently my new Fanfic name still makes me seem that I'm a boy when I'm clearly not I am a girl. Let me put this out there I am not a boy I am a girl so whoever was sending me those PM's and hitting on me please stop. Once again I'm sorry if this is you who sent me the PM's I had to get it cleared up. And on another note I put a poll up on my account on what fanfics I should do more on this account.
