Notes=In this fic, Hattori is jealous of Kaito because Kaito is also Shinichi's rival(shinichi seems to care more about Kaito as a rival at times)so he beats and rapes Kaito to try and show the theif his place. He's been doing that since the 14th movie in this fic. After awhile Shinichi takes the antidote and is back to himself. In this fic, Kaito finally has enough and writes a heist/suicide note in code saying why and everything that Hattori did but knowing only really good detectives will solve it.

Chapter 1=A Note

Kaito P.O.V

I shivered terrified and was now sick and tired of everything. I sighed and wrote a note...my final note in code. Hattori was too pig-headed as a detective to know what it meant. I smiled as I sent it. He had somehow found out that I was Kid and was pissed that Meitantei liked me as a rival apparently so...

-Flashback-

He rammed himself in and out of me dry grunting in pleasure. I screamed in pain wanting to die by then. Hattori had gripped my sides holding me still so I couldn't move as he did this. At times he would handcuff me and gag me. I sobbed as he finished up and then beat and kicked me and soon I was left bloody and broken.

-End of Flashback-

I smiled sadly. A jewel was being shown but I had little care for it. I sighed now useing this as a excuse to let someone...anyone know and to end it. With that I got ready for the heist.

-Later-

Kaito P.O.V

A fancy party of the Suzuki's was held first. I wore a suit first and was myself. Better to be me than anything. "Kudo-kun this is my neighbor Kuroba Kaito. He sometimes helps me and my men by giving us tips as a magician." Keibu said. I was then shakeing hands with Kudo Shinichi. I then saw he was the one solving my heist note.

"Nice to meet you Kaito." he said. I was quite. I had explained everything in code. How I was being beaten and raped, how a critic was jealous of another and how I felt like I couldn't handle it now. I put up my poker face and smiled. "Nice to meet you too." I answered.

I knowticed Shinichi still held my hand which had dark bruises from being handcuffed last time. It would hurt to do this heist. After awhile I left to perform as Kid and got the jewel and made made it reappear in Keibu's hand. I sighed watching the sky on the roof. "I solved your note just so you know. Told Uncle Kogoro since he used to be a cop and he's looking more into it."

Shinichi said. I was quite. "You're talking about a fellow detective Meitantei. Arigato though." I said and flew off. Now for my suicide.
