Amazon Rain forest

(Kowalski's POV)

The North Wind's Jet was parked in a clearing next to The Super-plane. Our GPS device suddenly beeped and we all saw two markers on it. One marking the clearing we were in the other marking a clearing and watering hole 20 miles from here. Apparently the Robo-team had already completed the course while we were flying over. Those annoying overachievers and that's also unfair I thought all teams have to be present before starting.

"Welcome to the Jungle Teams," Rockgut said, "It's time for the Survival challenge. This untouched piece of Jungle Paradise was randomly selected for this contest."

"On your GPS is your destination a clearing on the other side of this nature preserve. In addition to the natural hazards we have placed 'surprises' that you have to survive or defeat. Careful when you reach the river the midway point. There are no cameras filming you today just the one at the other side."

"What happens when we get to the clearing," Private said.

"Yell Jumanji," Rockgut said.

"Really?" Private said.

"No I was being sarcastic," Rockgut said.

"Like we would ever plan that blasted game," Skipper said.

"Is Jumanji... real?" Private said.

"That's above your Pay Grade Private," Skipper said.

Private of course failed to notice the board game appear next to him. He also failed to notice the sound of jungle drums. I grab the box and threw it into The Amazon.

"Not today," I said as the wooden box floated away.

"Now Robo-team successful survived all the trials and scored 1 point meaning they now have 109 points. 1 point may mean different between winning and losing in a contest where every point counts."

"118 points," I whispered.

"73 points," Eva said.

"Begin!" Rockgut said blaring his airhorn.

We rushed into the forest and instantly several markers appear on the GPS. We rushed to the 'start' marker the forest swallowing the clearing we came from. The Jet and Super-plane sped past overhead to meet us at the next clearing.

"So what's the first Surprise..." Classified said.

A time portal opens up and a T-Rex step out and roars in our faces. We tried to go the other way only to hit a force field.

"Looks like forwards the only way," Classified said.

The T-rex roars and charges. We jumped out of the way as the T-rex impacted the force-field. We ran the T-rex recovering and chasing after us. Rico hacks up a tranq gun and fired knocking out the T-rex. The T-rex fell to the ground and fell asleep it's snoring shaking the forest. Another Time portal opens the T-rex falling into it.

We rushed to the next marker and got shot at by a waiting tank. Rico hacked up his rocket launcher and fired down the barrel destroying the tank. The next two markers have us fighting Tigers and crossing the river while being attacked by a mechanical bull shark. The Markers then split one path for North Wind and one path for us.

"See you on the other side Penguins," Eva said.

"Not if we see you first," Skipper said.

"I predict that the challenges will only get..."

"You will be deleted!" a Cyber-dalek screamed as it fired cyber-blasts at us.

We were too busy dodging the Cyber-dalek to notice the dead Saber Tooth hidden behind a rock.

"Delete! Delete! Delete!" the Cyber-dalek screamed as it continued to blast us.

"Duck!" Skipper said.

"I hate to see what The North Wind is facing," I said.

It screamed delete one last time only to get blown up by a cyber-grenade.

"Nice one Rico!" Skipper said.

Rico just croaked a scratchy, "thank ya" as we approached the next marker.

"Exterminate! Exterminate!" The Special Weapons Dalek screamed it's indicator light spinning.

"Special Weapon Dalek!" I shout, "get down!"

Rico hacked up the Dalek-slayer as a massive blast rocked the Jungle. The Special Weapon's fired it over-sized weapon and fired again. Two more over-powered blasts knocks us off our feet and obliterated a rock.

"Exterminate! Exterminate!" It screamed again as a massive tree exploded in a column of fire.

Rico powered up a shot on the Dalek-slayer as the Special weapon Dalek fired again.

"Look out!" Skipper said as a tree got it's roots destroyed and fell.

We jumped out of the way as the Tree smashed the Dalek.

The Dalek exploded without another exterminate as the tree crushed it. We backed away from the now burning dalek and trees. We then rushed past a deactivated robotic dragon unaware of it's presence. We past the next marker and were confused when nothing approached. Suddenly a Pentron Heavy Assault Unit burst from the foliage. And fired upon us lasers flying as we dodged them.

"Pentron will be avenged!" the over-sized robot screamed as lasers fired at us.

"I thought we destroyed them all!" Private shouted.

"Apparently we missed some," I said.

"Great," Skipper said.

Rico fired the Rocket Launcher and blasted a hole in the robot's chest.

"Oh no," The Robot said as it fell over and deactivated.

"Next Marker," Skipper said as we rushed over to it.

"This one doesn't seem so..."

A laser blast hit a tree causing us to duck. A turned to see a advanced looking Cyber-man with a long flowing cape and a weirdly ornate golden collar. The Symbols on the collar looked oddly familiar and very flow-y and circular.

"You will be deleted!" The Cyber-man said, "For the Time Lords!"

"What...what did it say?" I said.

"FOR GALLIFREY!"

"Gallifrey?" Skipper said.

"FOR ALL OF TIME AND SPACE!"

"DELETE! Delete! Delete! Long live The Cyber-masters!"

"Cyber-masters?" Private said.

"I have a theory and it's terrifying," I said.

Rico fires The Cyber-gun causing The Cyber-man to fall to the ground.

"Nice one Ric..."

Suddenly the Cyber-man exploded with golden energy and stood up, "Regeneration complete!" it said.

"No it's a Time Lord that was converted into a Cyber-man!" I said.

"Rico," Skipper said, "Hit him eleven more times."

Rico blasted the Cyber-man eleven more times until we reached it's thirteen regeneration. Rico then blast it for the twelfth and final time when it tried to get up. But then to our horror it regenerated again and stood backup.

"Unlimited regenerations thanks to The Timeless Child!"

"The who?" I said.

"Not important," Skipper said.

"Blast him!" Skipper said.

Rico fired The Cyber-gun again the Cyber-man fell again. The Cyber-man then started to regenerate again.

"BLAST HIM AGAIN!" Skipper said.

Rico fired at the Cyber-man again while it was still regenerating and it fell over dead.

"Dead," I said scanning the cyborg, "You killed it before it could get to it's next body."

"Final Marker... this way," I said.

"Move out!" Skipper said as we approached the final marker and could just see the clearing.

"Looks like there's nothing here," Skipper said, "On to the finish marker!"

"Exterminate!" The Supreme Dalek's voice rang out as a Dalek ship descended.

"Oh great," Skipper said as laser blasts rained down from above.

"EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!" As the barrage intensified.

"Retreat!" Skipper shouted as we rushed towards the clearing.

The blasts continued until we exited the forest. The Dalek ship suddenly stopped and then reversed course.

"Odd," I said, "Daleks don't just give up."

"Daleks?" Classified said, "what are you talking about there were no Daleks."

Rico hacks up a damaged Special Weapons Dalek gun and drops it at Classified's feet.

"Really?" Classified said, "We just battled prehistoric creatures and nature themed robots."

"And a huge fire-breathing robotic dragon," Short fuse said.

"Oh come we wanted to fight that," Skipper said.

"Congratulations," Rockgut said, "you survived the Wild obstacles we left for ya."

"Now at the end of today's third event," Rockgut said, "The Penguins are still first with 118 points, Robo-team is second with 109 points, and North Wind is still last with 73 points!"

"Now let leave the jungle and get to the last event of day 2," Rockgut said, "The Hacking challenge!"

"Well I think you got this one Kowalski," Skipper said.

"Elementary Skipper," I replied.

"In your dreams," Eva said.
