(Skipper's POV)

Techno Music filled the air as Rockgut walks up to a podium, "Welcome to The Hacking Challenge! Your challengers!"

"From Team Penguin... Kowalski!"

"From North Wind... Eva!"

"From Robo-team... uh... Agent-bot C!"

"Their will be three rounds where the challengers will... hack into a password protected computer..."

A spotlight lights up a computer.

"...Open A electronically locked vault!"

A Vault door will different security measures and alarms is lit up.

"And change the wallpaper of a secured computer in the middle of The Pentagon that is connected to The Internet through a secure connection... and secured behind a AES encrypted firewall."

A screen showing the camera feeds of three offices with three two factor authentication protected computer turns on.

"The Challengers will race to be the first to accomplish each round's task," Rockgut said.

"The Last one to complete the first round will be given a disadvantage in round two. The Last one to complete round two will be eliminated. And in round three the last one standing will get 50 points!"

"If a Team's Representative is eliminated their team must leave the competition space with that team member! Any team that loses this will lose... a team member!"

"What!?" Classified said.

"That right the two losers will lose the team member that competed in the hacking event for 24 hours!"

"So you better not have selected someone you need tomorrow," Rockgut said.

"Now let's begin!" Rockgut said.

ROUND ONE: Basic Computer, with Standard Firewall, password protected

Kowalski, Eva, and Agent-bot C rush to the three different computers. Eva plugs in a North Wind spy phone, Kowalski plugs in his smartphone, and Agent-bot C plugged itself in.

Eva started to hack her computer while Agent-bot C eye's started to flash. After a few moments Agent-bot C had logged into the computer and the desktop popped up. Kowalski made a few taps on his phone and the Computer's desktop popped up. Eva was tapping away...and tapping away...and tapping away. A Error message appeared on the computer and The Blue Screen of Death appeared.

"You wreaked my computer!" A agent shouted.

"Then you shouldn't have volunteered," somebody else muttered.

ROUND TWO: Bank Vault with multiple Security systems.

"Let's see," Kowalski said, "deactivate the magnetic alarm, the motion detector, the heat detector, and break through the key-card scanner, the pin-pad, the voice recognition, the retinal scanner, and the thumbprint scanner... and the electronic lock. Easy."

Eva had one wing tied behind her back as her disadvantage as she studied her vault door.

"Begin!" Rockgut said as Kowalski pulls out his smart phone.

The Agent-bot went up to the vault... blared out some binary code and all the security measures deactivated and all the authentication measures glowed green. The electronic lock clicked open and the vault slowly opened. Eva was second rapidly typing in her device the vault flipping open a few seconds later. Kowalski tapped the wrong thing and the vault locked as multiple screens flashed red and various alarms goes off.

"ELIMINATED!" Rockgut said as the third screen showing a Pentagon office went black

ROUND THREE: change wallpaper of Pentagon computer

Eva tapped her spyphone as she concentrated on her hacking. The Computer on the screen flashed a warning message and went into Lockdown.

"Hacking attempt blocked!" The computer's screen said, "Please enter the administrator's pass-code to unlock this computer.

Agent-bot C's eyes stopped flashing and the computer on screen rapidly shifted through different wallpapers. It stopped at wallpaper of a T-rex bursting through a wall. Agent-bot C then logged the computer off.

"Agent-bot C is the winner! 50 points! 159 total points for Robo-team."

"Also Eva and Kowalski are now not allowed to compete with their teams for 24 hours!" Rockgut said.

"At the end of day 2 Robo-team is first with 159 points! Team Penguin second with 118 points! And North Wind is last with 73 points! The Submarine combat, Aerial combat, capture the flag, and SPACE events could help North Wind and Team Penguin surge ahead... or put them further behind!"

"That's all for today... see you tomorrow!"

The Camera clicks off and Rockgut turns to Classified and Me, "Alright make sure your teams get their rest tonight... there going to need it!"

"Trust me," Rockgut added as he walked away.

"Kowalski, Eva," I said as we walked out, "see you on Day Four."

"So what do we do in the meantime?" Eva said.

"You're intelligence officers... do some... intelligence," I said.

"Should we..." Eva said.

"Save it," Kowalski said, "I'm with Doris now."

"The Dolphin?" Eva said.

"I don't see me complaining about your relationships," Kowalski replied.

"SO what do we do?" Eva said.

"Do you trust this competition?" Kowalski asked.

"No," Eva said.

"Something isn't right about this year's Elitist of the Elite Awards," Kowalski said.

"So you think it's rigged to Robo-team," Eva said.

"We need to get to the bottom of this competition," Kowalski said, "and not being able to compete for 24 hours is an excellent time to do some... intelligence work."

"So you think it's rigged?" Eva said.

"Yes or at least I hope," Kowalski said, "because I have a terrible feeling that something darker is going on."

"Well we're not going to know for sure... unless we look," Eva said.

Kowalski and Eva failed to noticed the glowing red eyes that were watching them...
