Nicole Ann Hotchner, Chapter 1

I guess I should start off with who I am. Well my name is Nicole Hotchner. Yes, Hotchner. I'm 14 years old and I'm a freshman in High School. Many people don't know who I really am or who my father is. I'm not allowed to talk about his job. Why? Beacause he is the Unit Cheif of the BAU. He's known as SSA Aaron Hotchner. Yes, my dads an FBI Agent. While my dad is in Quantico Virginia, I'm stuck in Philadelphia with my mom. None of my friends know who my dad is.
It's a safety hazard on me. When I was in pre-school somebody found out who my dad was and kidnapped me, holding me hostage for 3 days. No food, water and I was beat. Ever since then to my friends, teachers and acquatinces, I'm known as Nicole Smith. That was my mothers Maiden name. I hardly ever see my dad. In a good year, I get to see him on my Birthday. But this past birthday, he couldn't come up to celebrate. He was in Flordia working on a serious case. I understand his jobs extremly important but, I haven't seen him in almost 2 years!
It's now 7:15..I should probably get to school.
I close my journal and grab my backpack dreading the school day that is yet to come. I walk down the stairs and pour a bowl of cereal. "Mom?" I called out wondering where she was. Shes usually awake when I come down for breakfast. Looking over my shoulder I see the door to my moms bedroom door opened slightly. I walk over and open the door. The bowl that was once full of cereal is now shattered on the ground. My mother is dead. There's blood everywhere. The walls and ceiling are painted with my own mothers blood. Tears start running down my face. I run over to the phone and dial the first number that comes to my mind. After 4 rings he finally picks up.
"Hello?"
"Dad?" I say my voice cracking.
"Nicole, are you okay?" He asks the sound of worry dripping from his voice.
"Dad. It's mom..sh-shes dead." More tears run down my face.
"What? What do you mean she's dead?"
"She's dead. There's blood everywhere and stab wounds all over her body. Dad, please come up here. I need to know who did this."
"Okay, just give me 2 hours. Do you have anywhere you can go instead of school?" He asks.
"No. I don't have family up here. I'll go to school just have someone come pick me up when you land."
"Okay. I'll be there soon. And Nicole?"
"Yeah dad?"
"I will get this person no matter what it takes. Now get to school before you're late."
"Thank you. I love you dad." I say "I love you too."
I can't believe she's dead. How am I going to explain this to my friends? They're going to be bombarding me with questions on why I'm crying. Might as well face it now.
I walk into school with tears in my eyes. Why her? What did she do to desreve this? Keeping my head down I head over to the office to inform the principal on what is happening. I knock on his door and I'm called in...
"What can I do for you..." He asks, not knowing my name. Of course he won't know my name.
I've never been called to his office before.
"Nicole. I'm Nicole Hotc-Smith. Nicole Smith." I say almost slipping out my fathers last name.
"what can I do for you Nicole?"
"Has an Aaron Hotchner called you this morning?" I ask, taking a seat in a gray chair.
"Why, yes. Yes there has been. Why does that concern you?" He curiously asks.
"Well, Aaron Hotchner is my father. I'm guessing he informed you on what happen to my mother."
"Yes. I'm terribly sorry for your loss. Your dad says he's coming up to investagate. What exactly does he mean?"
Oh crap. He doesn't know my dads an FBI Agent. Great. No I have to tell him.
"Well my dad works at the BAU, Behavior Analysis Unit, in Quantico, Virginia. He's an FBI Agent. Someone murdered my mom. I found out the hard way." I explain to him in a shaky voice.
"Oh goodness. I'm so so sorry Nicole. Your father also says someone is going to take you out of school as soon as they can. I will inform all of your teachers and make sure they let you have your cell phone out at all times." He explains to me.
"Thank you."
"You're Welcome. I hope you find whoever did this to your mom."
"Thanks." I say walking out of his office.
While walking to my locker I hear my name being called out.
"Nicole!"
Great. More people to say they're sorry about my mom. I take a deep breath and turn around with a fake smile plastered on my face.
"Carrie. Hi." I say as happy as I could.
"I've been calling your name for 5 minutes. What's up with you today?" Carrie, my best friend, asks concerend.
"Uhmm..can I tell you when everyone else is around so I don't have to explain it more than once?" I ask, hopefully.
"Yeah, sure. I'll walk you to your locker."
Great. Now I have about 7 minutes to think of a way to tell everyone. I grab my English books out of my locker and walk over to the benches me and my friends sit at before class.
We had a good 30 minutes before class started. I sit down and look at each and every one of my friends. How is it that they all have the same expression on their face? Justin is the first to speak up.
"You okay Nic?" Justin has been my best friend since 2nd grade. Been there through ups and downs.
He's the only one who calls me Nic.
"Well, no.. I'm not."
"Well, you know whatever it is you can tell us." Emily says.
"The thing is..m-my mom," I'm trying my best to get these words out of my mouth without bursting into tears.
"The thing is..my mom, she's d-dead." I finally get it out with tears streaming down my face.
"What?!" Carrie, Justin, Emily, Amy, Steve and Michelle all say in unison.
"I woke up this morning and my mom wasn't in the dining room eating her breakfast like usual.
I called her name out so many times. No one answered! I started freaking out when I saw her door cracked open. I opened her door an-and.."
"What did you see Nicole?" Amy asked.
"My mom. She was just lying there. Lifeless and limp. Blood was splattered everywhere. Stab wounds and bullet shots all over her." I say, finally reaching my breaking point. I hear Carrie whisperer "oh my god."
"Oh, Nic.." Justin says pulling me in for a hug. I let him. Now I'm crying all over his shirt.
"That's just horrible Nicole. I'm so sorry!" Steve says. I calm down and pull away from Justin.
"Sorry." I say pointing to his now tear soaked shirt.
"It's fine. I have gym first anyway." He said.
"Where's your dad? Does he know?" Emily asks.
"My dad is on his way up here with his team." Crap. Why did I just say with his team!?
"Team?" Amy says.
"Uhm, Yeah. I guess I should tell you guys who my dad is. My dad is an FBI Agent. He's a Profiler and he leads a team of Profilers to solve crimes. He's on his way here to solve this one." I say hesitant.
"Wow." Michelle says just as the bell rings. I get up and start walking to my first class.
"Nic! Wait up!" Justin. How'd I know he would be the most worried?
"Yeah Justin?"
"We both have gym first so I figured I'd walk with you." Always thoughtful, that Justin.
"Thanks." He just smiles. The thing with Justin is, he's the most popular guy in the 9th grade, yet, he's my best friend. I guess some things will never change.
Walking into gym I tell my teacher that I wasn't feeling well and she allowed me to sit out.
I sit down on the bleachers and take out my journal and write like theres no tomorrow.
What a HORRIBLE day. First off, it's Monday. A teenagers least favorite day of the week. To top it all off, my mom is dead. Yes, dead. I discovered her body all by myself.
Blood everywhere and her body just lying there. I walked over to her with shakey hands.
Her eyes were just staring up at me. Of course the first person I called was dad. He's on his way up here now with the rest of the team. Telling my friends was really hard. Carrie, Emily,
Amy, Steve, and Michelle said they were sorry and that they'd text me or call me later. Justin, however,
was the one to comfort me. I'm really glad I have him as a friend. The bell just rang. I have to get to English or Mr Llyod will freak. I pack up my belongings and start walking to the gym doors. Jusin was waiting for me. We have all of the same classes. We walk over to English and Mr. Llyod starts his lesson. About 20 minutes into class my phone vibrates. Knowing it's my dad texting me I take it out.
"You're going to get in trouble." Justin whisperers to me.
"It was the principals idea to let me keep my phone on all day. My dad is sending someone to pick me up." I whispered back. He just nods understandingly. It was indeed my dad telling me that a team member of his, some guy named Derek Morgan, will be picking me up. I respond with a simple okay. Minutes later theres a knock on the classroom door and I know it's for me. Mr. Llyod opens it.
"Yes?" He asks.
"I'm SSA Derek Morgan. I'm here to pick up Nicole Hotc-Smith." He says, almost saying Hotchner.
"SSA? As in Supervisory Special Agent?" Mr Llyod asks.
"Yes" He answers showing him his badge.
"Okay, Nicole!"
"Yeah, Mr. Llyod?" I ask.
"You're free to go." He says in his annoying voice.
I tell Justin that I would keep him updated and I say bye. Walking over to the door I see Derek Morgan smiling at me with a sincere smile.
"Hi." I say kinda shy. Why must I be shy!?
"Hey there. Ready to go?" He asks with his smooth voice.
"can I go to my locker and get my things?"
"Of course. Lead the way." He answers.
I head over to my locker and grab my coat and my backpack. Sighing I put my coat on and Derek grabs my backpack for me. I whisperer a thanks and he just smiles. we walk into the office and he signs me out. Literally seconds later, we walk towards the exit of the school. Leading me to a huge black SUV he tells me I can get into the front seat. I sigh and put on my seatbelt.
"Where are we going?" I ask.
"I was told to take you back to the Philadelphia Police Department. Your dad is there." He answers back.
"Okay." I say. I look out the window as we pull away from the school.
"Hey, you okay?" Derek asks concerend.
"Yeah, why?"
"Well, your crying." I put my hand to my face and there are tears flowing down my cheeks.
"Sorry." I say.
"No need to be sorry. I know what it's like to loose a parent. My dad died when I was little." He said.
"Sorry to hear that."
"Thanks. I'm Derek by the way." He says, introducing himself.
"Do I have to call you Agent Derek or anything along those lines?" I ask hoping I wouldn't have to.
"Of course not. Your Hotch's daughter. Wow. I can't believe he has a daughter." He says while driving. Were on the highway now.
"He never told anyone?" I asked, stunned.
"Nope. He really loves you Nicole, he was just trying to keep you as safe as possible."
"So I wouldn't be kidnapped again" I whisper. At least, I thought I whispered.
"You were kidnapped?" Derek asks.
"Yeah, when I was in Pre-school. Not many people like FBI Agents." I say with a little laugh.
He smiled. "I know what you mean. Do your friends know?"
"They do now." I look back out the window realizing that we were now in the City. I just can't wait to see my dad.
Derek opens my door for me and helps me out of the SUV. He grabbed my backpack and leads me into the Police Department. I see a lot of officers and people with guns. I look at Derek and he tells me to follow him. He leads me to a room with five people I've never seen in my life, sitting at a long table. I look up and there's a cork board with my moms picture on it. Tears threaten to fall down.
"Nicole, This is the team." I hear Derek say. He points to a pretty lady with straight blond hair.
"This is Jennifer Jareau."
"Call me JJ." She says smiling and shakes my hand. Then Derek points to a heavier set blond with outrageous clothes.
"This is Penelope Garcia."
Penelope smiles at me and pulls me into a hug. I hug back kind of awkwardly. Derek then points to a women with straight brunette hair.
"That is Emily Prentiss."
"Hello Nicole. Nice to fianlly meet you." She said with a sincere smile. He then points to a guy with black hair and a goatee.
"That guy over there, that's David Rossi." David shakes my hand and gives me a smile. Then Derek points over the a tall skinny guy who looks a little young to be apart of the BAu.
"And that is Spencer Reid." Spencer just smiled and waved. I waved back.
"Where's my dad?" I ask just wanting to see him.
"He's talking to the lead officer. He'll be here in a few minutes." JJ informed me.
"Thanks." I say. Derek pulls out a chair for me and I sit down in the middle of him and Penelope.
About 5 minutes later, my dad walks in. I get out of my chair and just embrace him in the biggest hug ever, tears falling. He hugs back and we stay like that for a few moments. Pulling away, my dad hands me a tissue.
"You okay?" He asks me.
Sighing I say, "Not really." He just nods understandingly.
"I see you met the team." I nod my head. I walk back over to the chair I left vacant and sat back down.
"Okay guys, as you know Nicole's mother was murdered in her home last night. I have CSI over at the crime scene now."
"Should we be heading over to the scene?" JJ asked.
"Yes."
I leave my seat and grab my backpack. I follow my dad out to yet another black SUV, dreading to go back to my house.
Sitting in the back of the SUV with Spencer, I decided it'd be a good idea to text Justin. I text him a simple hey.
'Hey, how are you?' He texted me back.
'Could be better but my dad's here now' I told him.
'Thats good. if you need anything txt me. don't hesitate to call either.' he texted back 'I definitely won't. thnxs. bye(:'
'good luck :)' I turned off my phone after we said bye. I looked out the window and sighed, hoping this would all blow over soon. Once we came to an abrubt stop, I knew we were back at my house. Taking a deep breath I stepped out and just stood there, looking at the house where my mother was murdered.
"You okay?" I heard someone say. Turning around I realize it was Spencer Reid.
"Never better." I say sarcastically.
"I know this is hard, but we might need you in there. You don't have to go into your moms room if you don't want to." He told me.
"I know. Thanks." I walk up the front steps and walk into the living room. How did this house go from being my safe haven into a crime scene in the matter of seconds? Feeling dizzy I take a seat on the couch and close my eyes. I feel somebody sit next to me and I open an eye to see who it is.
"How yah holding up?" Emily Prentiss asked me.
"I'm trying to be strong, but it's not working for me. How did this place go from being safe and happy to dangerous and bloody in seconds?" I ask her, tears blurring my vision.
"I don't know, sweetie. Anything can happen to anyone. Good or Bad." She told me. I just sighed.
"Where's my dad?"
"He's in your moms bedroom." She informed me. I get up from the couch and head for the bedroom.
"Are you sure you want to go in there?" Emily called out to me.
"I have to face it some time don't I?" I say. I slowly walk over to the door to the crime and walk in. My mothers body was still lying on the bed. Walking over to my dad, I see that the window near my moms bed was shattered. I guess that's how the murderer got into the house.
"Dad?" I say.
"Nicole, you shouldn't be in here." He tells me.
"It's okay. I found her, I feel I should be here." He just hugged me and walked me out of the bedroom. He leads me to the couch and we sit down.
"I have to ask these questions, even if you are my daughter." "Understandable."
"Have you noticed anything.. strange in the past few months?" He asks me. I think.
"Come to think of it, yeah. Everyday when I left for school and came home, there was this red volvo just sitting outside of the house. I figured there was a new neighbor since the house was up for sale. But at night, the light in the car was on. I never knew why though. I just figured it was some kind of timer." I inform him.
"How long has the car been there?"
"About 2 months until this morning. After I got off the phone with you I waited for the bus and I realized the car wasn't there anymore. Why?" I ask worried.
"Well, your mom might've been stalked Nicole." He tells me. Stalked? What?!
"Oh my goodness. How did I now realize this before? I should've known!" I say, mad at myself.
"Don't get mad at yourself Nicole. You didn't know. It's okay." I sigh.
"You're right. Dad?"
"Yeah?" He said.
"Where am I going to stay? I don't think I want to stay in this house." I tell him.
"I will get you a hotel room. You'll have us to keep watch on you at all times. You'll be much safer that way. At least for the time being." I tell him that I was going to grab some things and that I'd be down in a few minutes. I walk up the stair case to my room. Grabbing a duffel bag, I throw as many clothes I could fit into it. I grab my laptop bag and a pillow. Sighing, I walk out of my room and down the stairs. Once downstairs, I see that my dad isn't done with investigating so I sit down on the couch and just take in what has happened in the past 7 hours. Derek Morgan walks towards the couch and sits beside me.
"I see you're not staying here." He says pointing to my duffel bag. I nod.
"Yeah. I just don't feel safe here anymore. I just want this to be over!" I say.
"I don't know who did this and why they did it, but your mom didn't deserve it. Hotch told me all about her. She seems like she was an amazing person. I wish I could've met her."
"She was. She'd drop what she was doing in a heart beat just to do something for someone. No matter what it was. She truly was the best mom a girl could have. I don't know what I'm going to do without her." I say, voice cracking.
"Your dad is a great person. He'll take care of you." He tells me. I smile. My dad walks in and tells us that we could go back to the Police Department. I grab my bags and head for the SUV.
Back at the Police Department I sit on a small couch they had in the confrence room. The team found some things, Spencer said that there were murders recorded with the same kind of wounds and break ins. He said some other things, but the words were all too big for me to understand. All I know is that the person, or unsub, who did this has already killed about 2 other people. He was a murderer and my mom was one of his victims. I rolled my sweatshirt into a ball and placed it on the arm rest of the couch to use as a pillow. I don't know why I was so tired, but all I wanted to do was sleep. Once I hit that sweatshirt pillow I was in a deep sleep.
"No! No! Don't hurt her! If you need to kill someone, kill me! Just don't hurt my mom!" I say to a guy in a ski mask.
"Too bad I don't want to kill you. I want you to watch your mom die." He tells me. Seconds later I hear a gun shot and tears stream down my face as I scream and cry. I couldn't do anything to help her.
"Nicole."
"NO! Why Her?!" I scream.
"Nicole!" I realized someone was shaking me. It was all a dream. A horrible nightmare. I wake up to see my dad standing over me, the team behind him. "What happened, Nicole?" My dad asked.
"I had a nightmare. The murderer grabbed me out of my bed and pulled me into moms room. She was sound asleep. He told me to keep quiet. I saw a gun in his hand and I realized he wanted to kill one of us. I told him to kill me not mom. He said that he wanted me to watch mom die and then I heard a gun shot an-"
"It's okay Nicole, it was all a dream." my dad said hugging me. I settle down and excuse myself to go to the bathroom.
"I feel so bad for her." Emily said. She really did. A fourteen year old girl shouldn't have to go throught this.
"I know. She doesn't deserve it. But we all know this world is a cruel place. Anything can happen to anyone." Spencer said.
"All I know is that we need to find this guy so Nicole can be at peace and feel safe." Aaron said. Of all of the cases he's done this one has hit him the hardest. It was his own daughter this was happening to. He had Sharon, his ex-wife and Nicoles mom, move Nicole and her to a good neighborhood in Philadelphia to be safe after what happened 9 years ago. Now someone was stalking Sharon and they killed her, letting her own daughter to find her body.
"So we know this guy has a red volvo. Can we get Garcia to see how many people have a red volvo in the Philadelphia area?" asked Derek. Garcia, on a video chat, said,
"Already on it." This, Aaron knew once he got on the plane this morning, was going to be a long night.
As I walked back into the confrence room I saw that the team was hard at work trying to figure out who comitted this crime. I decided to give them some space and I decided I'd make some calls. I called Emily, Amy, Steve, Michelle, Carrie and Justin in a 7 way call.
"Hey guys." I say.
"Hey Nicole, how are you?" They all asked in unison. I swear, they're robots.
"I'm holding up. Sorry I took so long to call you guys. It's been a long day for me." I feel bad for calling them so late at night. It was 11:30pm and tomorrow was a school day.
"It's fine. We understand Nic." Justin said.
"What's going on though?" Michelle asked curiously.
"We know that my mom was stalked. I have a question for you guys." I tell them.
"What's up?" Steve said.
"Do you guys know anyone in the Philadelphia area who owns a red volvo?" I asked them.
"My neighbor, Felix Paul, does." Emily said.
"Thank Emily. That might've been really helpful. I'll keep you guys updated and let you know when the funeral is. Thanks for being here for me." We say our goodbyes and I go back into the confrence room.
"Dad..?" I say.
"What's up Nicole?"
"I just got off the phone with my friends and, I know I shouldn't get into this, but I asked them if they knew anyone in the area who owns a red volvo and Emily said that her neighbor did. I don't know if that's helpful or not." I inform them.
"What's the neighbors name?" Asks David Rossi.
"Felix Paul." I say.
"Felix Paul has a criminal record, Hotch." Spencer said.
"So, that was helpful?" I ask.
"Yes, very. Where does Emily live?" Derek asked me. I tell them where she lives and they head out the door. Guessing they're going to Felix Paul's home, I went over to where Penelope Garcia was stationed.
After I knocked on the door, I was invited in. Wow. There are a lot of computers in this small tiny room.
"Hi Nicole. What's up?" Penelope asks.
"Hello. My dad and his team left so I decided to come see you." I tell her.
"Are they interviewing someone?"
"Yeah, some guy named Felix Paul." I inform her.
"He had the longest criminal record. How'd they know to interview him?"
"My friend Emily lives next to him and he owns a red volvo." I say.
"I hope he's there." She says.
"Same." Sighing, I sit next to her and we just start talking about random topics. Mostly about TV shows. Until her phone rang.
"You've reached the beautiful computer genius, how may I assit you today?" I laugh. She's funny.
"Okay, do the neighbors have a license plate number?" She asks who ever was on the other end of the phone.
"Okay. The car is at a home on Love Lane in the city. Yes, exactly. Call me if you get him." She hangs up the phone and I look at her questionally.
"The home of Felix Paul had pictures of you and your mom. Pictures of your house and your moms work schedule." She tells me.
My hand absent mindly goes up to my mouth and tears are running down my face. The neighbor of one of my friends was my moms stalker!
"Oh My God." Was all I could say. Penelope pulled me into a hug and said that the team was on their way over to a house he's outside of right now. I just hope they get this guy.
Three hours later, the team come in with an odd looking guy in handcuffs. I walk over to my dad and ask him who this guy was.
"Nicole, this is Felix Paul..The guy who ki-killed your mom." Tears fall from my face and I look over to the guy. He was staring at me.
"Dad, why is he staring at me?" I ask.
He walks over to Felix and says "Why exactly are you staring at my daughter? The daughter of the women you killed just a day ago." Felix hesitated to answer but then said, "I love Nicole. She's so beautiful. She smiled at me every morning when she waited for the bus. She loves me too. Don't you Nicole?" He asked me.
"I don't know who you are! You killed my mother! I smiled at you once!" I say tears soaking my face.
"NO! You love me and I love you! That's why I killed your mom! So we could be together alone in that house!" Felix told me. Derek looks at the guy disgustingly and takes him away. For good. I stand there shaking violently and my dad comes over to me and embraces me in a hug.
"Nicole, he's gone. He can't hurt you anymore. It's all over. I promise." My dad told me trying to get me to calm down.
"But mom is still dead! Where am I going to go?! I don't have family here!" I say to him confused and angry.
"You will move to Quantico with me. There's no other choice. I know you have friends here, but they will visit you and you will visit them as much as possible. I promise." He told me. He kneeling down to look me in the eyes. I just nod and take a deep breath. Derek comes back in and informs us that he is going to be in jail for a very very long time.
I woke up the next day in a hotel room. I don't know how I got here, but I'm glad this was all over. I just had a few things left to do in Philadelphia before I move to Quantico. I get dressed in purple and black, my moms favorite colors, and fix up my hair and make-up. I hear a knock at my door and I open it up to a sincere smile of Emily Prentiss.
"Hey, Nicole. Your dad asked me to come see if you were ready." She said.
"I'm as ready as it gets when your going to your mothers funeral." I say sadly. She gives me a sincere smile and we walk down to the lobby. I walk over to my dad and he grabs my hand giving it a squezze. We get into the Black SUV and head over to the church for the viewing. We enter the church and my dad and I stand near the casket. The first person to walk in is Justin. He walks over to me and embraces me in a big hug. I hold onto him and cry. After about 4 minutes we detach.
"I'm so sorry Nic. You don't deserve this to happen to you. Your mom was the best person I've ever known." He tells me.
"Thank you Justin. I don't like how today is the last day we'll see each other for a while. But I promise to be up here for your birthday in September. Even if I have to have a body guard with me." He laughs a little bit which makes me laugh.
"I don't doubt you won't. Just as long as your safe, I'm happy." I smile at him and hug him once more. Many other people who I've never seen come up to me and hug me, giving me their condolences. They're probably people my mom knew very well. The first person of the team to come up to me was David Rossi. He gives me a hug.
"I'm terribly sorry about your mom. I'm also sorry she had to die this way."
"Thank you David. Thank you for finding the guy who did this. It means a lot." I say. He just smiled and went over to my dad. Next was JJ.
"I'm sorry about your mom, Nicole."
"Thanks JJ. And thank you for helping out with the case." I say.
"Anytime." She smiles and gives me a hug. Penelope walks up to me and embraces me in the biggest hug ever.
"I'm so so sorry Nicole! I hope she rests in peace." She tells me.
"I know she will. She knows I'm with my dad now and that I'm as safe as can be. Thank you Penelope." Emily walks up to me next.
"Sorry about your mother. I know you two were very close."
"Thank you Emily. I just hope that me and my dad have the same bond my mother and I had." I say. Spencer walked up to me after my talk with Emily.
"I know you've heard this all day long, but I'm sorry about your mom." He tells me.
I smile. "Yeah, I have but, it's okay. Thank you for helping with the case. It means a lot. And I hope I can come to you whenever your not busy with work for help on school work, since I'm moving to Quatnico." He smiles.
"Anytime." He hugs me and goes over to my dad. Derek was the last to come up to me.
"Hey, Nicole. You okay?" He asks concerend.
"Yeah, I will be. thanks."
"Just remember this, you can come to me for anything. Whatever is bothering you, I'm here for you." I smile. "Thank you so much Derek." I hug him.
After a long 3 days, I'm ready to hibernate! But I know I have to pack up all my things and get them onto a moving truck. Sighing, I go into the house my mother was murdered in and start packing up anything I can find that I want with me. Walking into my moms old room, I pack up all of her jewelry. This room will never be the same, no matter what. After everything was packed up and ready for Quantico, I get into a SUV and my dad drives to the private jet the BAU owns. Once in the jet with the team, I put my iPod on and lay down, ready for the 2 hour flight ahead of me. I'm going to miss my friends so much, but starting over in a new state and in a new high school with my dad, will be the best thing for me. I'm officially Nicole Ann Hotchner and nothing can or will change that.
