Later, Mabel, Webby, Dewey, and Waddles finally made their way out of the pitfall using their grappling hooks and were finally basking in the sunlight.

"Well, that was... not what I expected... at all..." said Dewey.

"Hey, even though we might not found any actual treasure, at least we can say we did learn from the experience," said Mabel, smiling at Webby.

"I wouldn't say that..." said Webby, hiding a surprise. "When Glomgold broke that chest, guess what I found under one of the walls..."

Webby then showed the two another map that was inscribed under one of the walls.

"Wait... what's this?" asked Mabel.

"Guys... that wasn't the real treasure we found," said Webby.

"You don't mean..." said Mabel. "Oh, I smell another adventure!"

"Well, you can count me out of this one! Chickens? Never again!" said Dewey.

Mabel and Webby chuckled and made their way back to the Mystery Shack. As much as they would love to go on another adventure, it was getting late, and it was time for the Ducks to get back to Duckburg. This adventure would have to wait until next time.

Once they made their way inside, they found that not much had changed. Louie was still pretending to give tours, Scrooge had just finished binge-watching Duck-tective, and Huey... had lost his mind.

"Hey, Dewey, Webby!" he said. "Did you guys know that all this time, we were platypuses?!"

"...what?" said Webby.

"Yeah! That explains why we can't fly! All this time we've been living a lie! We've been living a lie!"

"Ruffled hair, twichy eye, a bite mark on the hat... yep, Huey's gone mad," said Webby casually.

"Okay, I think you've been hanging out with the kids too much," said Dewey. "Come on, we better get our stuff together!"

"Platypuses! Platypuses!" Huey chanted.

"I think it's gonna take a while to get Huey back to normal after this one," said Dewey. "Hey Louie! You mind finishing up your tour there?"

"Sure, I was just about wrap up anyway," said Louie, giving Wendy the fez. "I was getting bored of these people anyway... so I take it you didn't find any treasure?"

"How'd you figure?"

"Because by now you would've been writing a song about how you found a treasure all by yourself and rubbing it in my face."

"Aw, that does sound like me."

Scrooge got out of the family, ready to leave.

"That was the twist ending? I saw it coming from a mile away! Five hundred miles actually! I mean, a lost twin brother? Get real!"

"That's what I said!" said Soos. "Kind of reminds me of something though..."

"Well, it was entertaining while it lasted," asked Scrooge. "This shack might be a total lie to people faces... but at least it has entertainment."

"Totally, dude. Totally. Glad we can agree on something!"

So, with the Ducks saying their goodbyes and Mabel and Webby showing off their hooks one last time and giving each other a hug...

"Until next time, grappling hook buddy!" said Webby.

"You bet ya! Bye!" said Mabel back.

...the Ducks were off back to Duckburg. At that moment, Dipper had finally came back.

"Oh, hey Dipper! You would not believe the day Webby and I-"

"What? Me?!" asked Dipper frantically. "I didn't find anything! No secrets here! No siree!"

"Huh?" said Mabel. "Uh, you're acting a bit more... Dipper-y than usual."

"What? No! I'm fine! I'm all fine!... Well, better get to bed! See ya!" said Dipper.

"...Oh, he's definitely hiding something," said Mabel.

And what happened to Glomgold you might ask?

"Agh! Agh! Agh! Finally! Made it out of those blasted chickens!" he said climbing out of the pitfall.

"Mahhh!"

"Don't. You. Dare."

POW!

"Ah! Curse you running gag!"
