The final bell screamed and students filled the hallway. Luz was at her locker, putting her Abomination textbook away when someone snuck up behind her. They wrapped their arms around Luz's waist and gave her a kiss on her cheek. Luz giggled.

"Hey, Amity."

'Hey, Luz. I missed you." Amity said.

"Amity, we literally had Abomination class two minutes ago."

"Well, it was a long two minutes."

Luz couldn't help but laugh at her girlfriend's antics, ever since the incident in the human realm Amity's been sweeter and more protective of her. Luz turned around and they shared a sweet kiss.

"Are you going to the game?" Amity asked.

"No, I unfortunately have to go work. I'm helping Lilith try and cure Eda's curse. You should go though. Boscha would appreciate that, and Willow, Gus, and Skara will be there too."

Amity looked kind of upset, but she understood how important it is to help Eda. Luz walked out of the school and right over to the Emperor's Coven headquarters. The Guards open the doors to her and she can't help but enjoy the royal treatment. Inside are Lilith and Eda, talking about anything that could've caused the curse.

"We both know it happened when we kids, so did you have any enemies back then?" Lilith asked.

"That list would be as long as your arm. We both know I had several people wanting me dead by the time I was six." Eda said.

Luz knew this was going to be tough. At the Grudgby field, Boscha was getting ready for the final game of the season.

"Another win, another trophy."

She ran out to the field to begin the game. The whistle blew and the ball was tossed. She went for it, unaware that she's in someone's sight.

"Lily, I don't think that getting a list of all my Ex's is going to narrow down who cursed me." Eda said.

"Well, Luz and I think it's a good place to start."

Luz came in with a scroll of all the people Eda dated. She unrolled it and it rolled all the way out the door and down the hall. Lilith and Luz just looked at her with their mouths open.

"What?" Eda said.

"Edalyn, you're unbelievable."

The game was tied at 7, Boscha and her team line up for another play when a loud 'Bang' was heard throughout the field. Boscha looked down and saw a blood covered bullet. She picked it up and her hand started shaking. She looked at her leg and saw a bloody hole. Another bang was heard and another bullet went through Boscha's side. She fell to the ground, pain finally starting to make way through her body. Everyone looked around to see where the bullets came from while medics came to get Boscha off the field. As they were doing that, they got shot through the chest. Everyone saw a group of men in black on the field and started to panic. The men raised their guns and started to fire. At the Emperor Coven's headquarters, A guard ran towards the trio.

"Emperor Lilith, there's an attack at the Grudgby field!"

"Amity's there." Luz said.

"We need to go!" Lilith said already running out of the room.

They made it to the field in time to see the men surrounded by bodies. Luz drew a spell circle and vines came up and wrapped around the men. Eda and Lilith looked at Luz and came to the same conclusion. She was angry. Luz ran up to the men and pulled off their masks. Luz looked around and saw Amity, her arm injured. Luz looked back at the men and hit them square in the jaw with her fist. She walked over to Amity to see if she's okay. Eda and Lilith looked surprised at Luz's sudden outburst. It wasn't like her to punch someone, let alone knock them out with one hit.

"Amity? Are you okay?"

"L-Luz? Ow, my arm hurts."

"Don't worry, you'll be fine. I'll make sure of it. Where's the other's?"

"Willow and Gus managed to lead a lot of people away, Boscha's been hit twice, I honestly have no idea where Skara is."

"Okay, I'm going to try and heal you."

Luz made her spell circle and healed Amity the best she could. The wound healed a little, but her spell isn't able to fully heal it.

"Why won't the spell work?" Luz asked herself.

"Maybe because it's a human weapon that caused it." Lilith said, "There's an old legend that witches are unable to use healing spell's when injured by human made weapons. I always thought it was a myth."

Luz thought about that for a minute and came to a realization, she knew someone that could help out Amity and Boscha.
