What do you get when split one person into four, scatter the pieces across four dimensions and thrust them into entirely different environments to each other?
Do you expect them to develop into the same person they were before?
Will they inherit traits from their forgotten original, or became blank slates, ready to be filled in?
Are they still whole?
Can these fragments even be considered people at all?
Perhaps most importantly...
... how will these fragments interact now that they've been mashed back together again?
And what consequences will that have for the world?
It takes Yuya, Yuto, Yugo and Yuri quite a bit of time to decide who will take the lead. (After all, now that they've committed, might as well go all in.)
You see, all four of them have entirely different styles when it comes to performances. While only Yuya and Yuri explicitly acknowledge they're putting on a show, Yugo and Yuto have just as much of an inherent flair for drama. Which causes a bit of a problem when trying to choose who will act as Zarc. Yuya's the most obvious choice, given their similarities, but he has a hard line where to stop with "maniacal, world-destroying" part of the act.
Not just him, Yuto and Yugo both firmly refuse to cause any actual damage, beyond what already happened. Yuri pouts for a bit, muttering under his breath how they were "no fun". before agreeing.
Now all they had to do was begin and hope for the best.
