LILY KILLED JILY, Or Did She?
CHAPTER 10
AUTHOR'S NOTE:
"So we are going home!" James was standing over the bedside, and stuffing his stuff into a trunk. "Come on, Padfoot!"
"You are so excited," Sirius thumped him on the back.
"Yes! I mean you guys are coming to stay over, turning seventeen is a big deal, plus you just moved in," James was very excited, moving around the dorm room. "I am free, you know, from all the girlfriend drama."
"Yes, our big boy is turning seventeen this summer!" Remus slapped him on the back.
"So, you are coming with me," James pointed to Sirius, "And the two of you, in two weeks, alright!" Remus and Peter nodded their heads.
He took out many things from the drawers and just dumped them in to his trunk.
"So...Jamsey!" Sirius stood beside him, a snickering smile on his face. "What happened between you and Lily?"
"Nothing!"
"Really?" Remus snorted. "Then why is there a cat fight outside, Mary and Lily?"
"Why?"
"For what I heard you and Lily were outside in the common room last night!"
"Yes, we were," James sat on the side of the bed, "But she was trying to ask me something, but I was sneezing so much, so she gave me a potion."
"So that was it?" Sirius looked at him disbelievingly. "So why is Mary being crazy?"
"I don't know," James ran his hand through his hair. "She gave me a sleeping potion, and then I didn't know, I was sleeping,"
"Then I should conclude, Mary is crazy!" Sirius said in a matter of fact tone.
Remus pushed his head with a pillow.
"Let's go!"
The Marauders dragged their trunks out, and went downstairs. James came downstairs, when it was almost empty. For Alice, Marlene, Lily and Mary stood together. Apparently Mary wasn't mad at Lily anymore. But she clearly hated James now. He found that out, when Mary gave him a loathing look.
"Yikes!" Sirius said out loud.
James jabbed his elbow in Sirius's chest.
"You should ask Lily what happened?" Remus told him.
"And get more of these!" He pointed a finger at Mary's face, who still displayed an angry look.
"Right, Maybe you can ask her when she's alone!" Peter piped up.
"Wormtail's right."
"Let's go!" James stepped outside.
James and Sirius stood in front of Godric's Hollow, with their trunks. Mr and Mrs Potter stood in front of the doorway, with a lot of luggage around.
"Mom, Dad," James asked as Mrs. Potter hugged him, "What's happening?"
"We are leaving!"
"Why?"
"The Death Eaters are after us!" Mr Potter told him, "We are moving in to a muggle town."
"Why didn't you tell me?" James ran his hand through his hair.
"We didn't have the time, we were arranging some place to stay." Mrs Potter explained.
