CHAPTER 30:
AUTHOR'S NOTE: Hi, everyone, new chapter...please leave your comments and reviews. Thanks.
"Potter, as soon as you tell us, we will let you go!" The blonde man said softly.
James had just revived from a major concussion, he had fainted from the torture. He looked like a complete mess. His face was scarred more then ever. His clothes were all covered with blood. He hadn't eaten in what felt days.
"I am tired, Potter!" The Blonde Death Eater told him, "Tell me, and be done with it!"
"Come here..." James slowly said, "Come closer." His voice was fragile and cracking.
The man stood right next to him, and bent down to hear what he had to say.
"Check the address out from the post office."
His voice was weak, but the sarcasm was still intact. He was showing off all the muggle words he had learnt from Lily in the past few days.
"Maybe the mailman will tell you."
James's eyes were swollen, and darkened around. He wasn't able to see the exasperation, or the angry guestures made by the Death Eater, but just the sound gave him satisfaction.
"Listen to me!" The Death Eater grabbed him by the collar wet with blood, "Tell me now!"
"No, Blondie, No," James's head was swaying on the seat, his hair pulled up by the dark haired man. "HEY! Not my beautiful hair,"
"I give up," The Blonde death Eater went towards the door, "Maybe if he's starved a few more days, then he'll talk."
The other Death Eater followed him. James had no idea how many days had passed. It was dark room, where no natural light could reach. But it had been a few weeks. Sienna had arrived at the Potter Manor. The other Marauders and Lily were looking for him. Dumbledore had many people of the Order looking for James Potter. Who had suddenly gone missing.
"Hello!" A Dark haired girl dragged her trunk inside the Potter Manor, where Lily was sitting with a map pulled out in front of her.
Lily looked as if she hadn't slept in looked up.
"You must be Lily Evans!" The girl was almost 14 years old.
"Yes," Lily stood up, "And you are, Sienna, I suppose!"
"Yes." She sat down on the sofa in front of her, "Where is James?" Sienna asked.
"Sienna, I have some bad news," Lily's eyes looked darker.
Sienna interrupted, "Oh My God, you look like a raccoon, What happened?" It was Sirius who was standing at the door, Sienna had turned to greet him at the slam of the door.
"Hey, Sienna!" He hugged her.
"James, Sirius, where is he?" Sienna stared at him, then moved on to Lily, "He said he would pick me up, two weeks ago in the letter."
"Sienna!"
"Will someone tell me something?" Lily was surprised at her anger.
"Sienna, James has been missing," Lily broke the news softly.
"Missing? Since when?" The teenage girl demanded. Her eyebrows went up.
"Two weeks." Sirius sighed, and sat down on the sofa, with his head in his hands.
"Two weeks?!" Sienna was shocked, "Why didn't you tell me?"
"What was there to tell? Sienna." Sirius said slowly, "We have been looking for him, every minute, every day, every hour, since two weeks, no trace."
"You could have at least mentioned it!" Sienna had tears in her eyes. "Just told me once,"
"We'll find him," Lily told her, "We'll find him, Sienna, I promise!"
Sienna Black was sitting on the couch, tears running down her pink cheeks.
James could see a little out of his left eye. There was a pin on it. He tried to waver it from the table by his foot.
"Ah!" The pin pricked in his foot, and he jabbed it his toe.
James brought his foot closer to his hand, and took the pin out. He put it through the lock hole, and ran it through the hole. Again and again. What seem like hours, when the lock clicked and the chains fell to the floor.
James felt for a doorknob, around the room. He swung it open. And went outside. He might have walked for just a few minutes. He could feel people looking at him. He was bruised and scarred all over. His clothes were bloody. James couldn't walk anymore. He collapsed to the floor. Hit his head on the side block, and fainted.
It was Muggle London.
