The story takes place right after the season 10 finale, after Dean killed Death, the Mark of Cain was removed and Darkness was released into the world. I mentioned before, new characters will be added and thrown in the story and I will bring back several former characters from the show in the upcoming future.

Chapter 93 The Day Begins Again in the Underworld

Dean and Ava both woke up now cuddled together in each other's arms inside a small cave in the deep woods. They were both completely undressed and Ava's hair which was pinned up before is now unpinned and hanging down her shoulders as she rubbed her eyes and looked up at Dean who is now awake and facing her giving her giving his little grin.

"Morning Sunshine, hope you slept well after last night" he said in a sarcastic tone as neither of them new if it was morning on not.

"I surprised either of us were able to get a good night sleep all considering" replied Ava with a smile of her of her own.

Then she was the first to move her body away from Dean and then sat up still rubbing her sleepy eyes.

"Yes, I know I kept you up all last night and I might say you enjoyed it remember?" he replied with a Cheshire grin.

"Hey, I think I was the one that kept you up night and you were begging for more" she replied teasing him back with a sly grin herself.

Dean just moved his arms and crossed them while placing his hands underneath his head as he kept smirking.

"That's not how I remembered darling seeing you were screaming the whole time like a girl" he replied.

"Hey, there I wasn't that loud" Ava fired back while she was rubbing her long air trying to get rid of the tangles.

"Loud enough" said Dean with another smirk.

Ava just stopped rubbing her hair and just gave Dean a playful smack in the arm as Dean gave out a little laugh. They both had to admit to themselves that despite being trapped in this hellhole, this thing between them was the best thing that came out of it. When they had sex for the first time four days ago, Dean was surely scared Ava would back out at the last moment like she did before knowing that the commitment thing meant something to her, but she surprised him when she wanted to keep going and they just gave into their feelings and desires and did the deed right there underneath that tree.

It was great, passionate and just real hot and something Dean had wanted to do for quite awhile now but, he was a bit wary of pushing Ava knowing about her feelings on sex and wanting a relationship. He feared if he urged her again, it would just push her further away and despite missing Sam, he had to admit he found himself looking forward to having her around. He was also thrilled that after their had sex that first time, she didn't pull a suddenly "this was a mistake we shouldn't do this again" kind of thing, which also worried him when they were done.

Instead she didn't have any regrets about their sexual encounter and even told him she didn't know how long they would be stuck in the underworld together so it made her realize how tired she was of holding back her feelings for him and worrying about the outcome and just wanted to live for the moment now that it's just the two of them against the odds in this place. Dean was so thrilled to hear that now he doesn't have to worry about tiptoeing around his desires for her but a part of him is worried if she will feel the same way once they get out of this place as he just knows in heart they won't be stuck here forever at least he hopes they won't.

But he doesn't even want to dwell on that just live for moment and enjoy their time together growing closer to each other which includes great hot sex and for the past four days and now they are in this little cave in the woods and spent time having more passionate sex.

"Okay, Romeo it's time to get up and get dressed" replied Ava still grinning.

"Oh, do we have to Juliet, I could lay here with you and your naked ass forever" said Dean.

Ava just gave out a light quick laugh.

"Yes, we have to Mr. Horndog, we need to keep moving remember if we ever want to find our way out of this place" she replied.

Then she got up and walked over to where her clothes were somewhere in the back as Dean just turned his head to watch her naked body as she picked up some of her clothes and soon started putting them back on one by one. Dean just sighed and finally got up himself going over to where his clothes were which were next Ava's and reached over and started putting on his clothes as well standing right next to Ava. Neither of them was shy about seeing the other naked by this time as it didn't phase them anymore.

Other than their sexual trysts, they spent the days getting to know one another even more. Dean learned that Ava's birthday was April 13 making her an Aries woman, that she was 31 years old, she was 5'6 in height. In addition to the anti-demon possession tattoo, she also has what is usually called a tramp stamp tattoo of a heart with eagle wings hanging out each side and the word love in the middle on her lower back and she's also learned more details about him too and the sex just made them feel even more drawn to each other.

However, neither of them would be able to exactly determine their feelings for one another, it wasn't love at least not yet but it wasn't just simply physical attraction either, their was some genuine feelings of affection to one another, a real bond and connection as the two are able relate to one another. After getting dressed, Dean once again tied his long-sleeve checkered shirt around his waist and Ava did the same with her sweat shirt since it was still quite hot in this underworld. Ava then pinned her flame red hair up once again with the bobby pins for safety reasons and Dean was a bit disappointed since he preferred her with her long hair down.

They soon started on their journey again as they exited the cave and began strolling along the woods just like they been doing since they arrive. Their destination was to find Hades the king of this creepy place himself in hopes that he will help them out of this place and back into their own world. Ava had been studying mythology of the underworld knew plenty about the Greek god Hades who is the king of this world who accordingly the lore lives in a castle and they just have to find it even if it means circling this entire world.

"So, what are we going to this Hades this supposed ruler of this utopia from hell if he even exists that is, 'Hey, we got transported in our nightmare kingdom by a witch, can you please send us back to our world?" Dean replied sarcastically as they trailed along the woods.

"First, it is well known that Hades rules over the Underworld and if we find his castle, the only solution that is reasonable is to ask him to send us back to our world if that's possible, plead on his mercy if we have to" Ava said.

"Okay Miss Intellectual, but the thing is we don't even know where to find this Hades or his castle, we could be going in the wrong direction for all we know and I don't think there is anybody here we could ask for directions certainly not those creepy zombies we saw when we first got here" Dean replied.

"Hey, I didn't say this would be easy, I guess we have to search around this place no matter how long it takes. I remember a map I once saw of the Underworld in my college course, the castle was located way down south of this place and from what I can recollect we are heading south of this world as of right now" Ava said.

"But that could take forever, months" replied Dean a bit exasperated.

"Well, hopefully we won't have to be here that long if your angel buddy manages to find Rowena assuming she escaped which is likely she did and force her to bring us back which is what you said" Ava pointed out.

"Yeah, I know I said that and I still know that Cas will come through for us and get us out of this nightmare, no matter how long it takes" Dean replied with confidence.

"Well than I guess we don't have too much to worry, I mean if we can survive by the time that happens" said Ava.

"We'll survive, I'm sure of that" Dean said.

Just then, they heard a slight sound and Ava quickly jerked her head around looking about her surroundings still worried about more strange creatures popping out and surprising them like before. When she saw that there was nothing she just turned back to Dean.

"Oh boy, I still get used to the sounds, I'm always worried that another one of those beasts will jump out and pounce on us" she told him.

"Just keep you cool and don't worry about the small sound too much and in time it won't freak you out so much" said Dean.

"How can you get used to all of this?" she asked him.

"Remember, I told you about my time trapped in Purgatory for a year to be exact where I had to fight dangerous monsters all the time" he said.

"Oh, that's right, still can't believe how much you and your brother went through other the years far more than any hunter I ever knew" said Ava.

"Lucky, I guess" Dean said sarcastically.

After walking far about a while they managed to make their way to another river. They both were tired and needed to rest up a for a while since both their legs were aching a bit from so much walking that they stopped near the river for a few minutes. Ava bent down to rub her ankles a bit as they were both a bit sore, then she and Dean looked into the river that was dark and looked somewhat dirty with a few dead leaves floating in it. It resembled a swamp more than a typical river which somewhat disappointed Ava who began thinking about taking off her clothes and bathing into the water since she was feeling quite dirty and sweaty.

"Well, nice place to take a swim" said Dean jokingly as he glared into the dirty river standing next to Ava.

"Uh, what I give to just take off my clothes and take a nice bath into the nice cool and clean water, if only" replied Ava with a slight sigh.

"Yeah, I give anything to watch you do that" said Dean with a grin.

Ava responded by giving him a playful tap on his arm with a smile.

"Seriously, I haven't had a wash since we got stuck in this hellhole and I probably stink like a skunk, plus the fact there isn't anything for us to do in this rotting place other than walk around forever and dodge those creatures that might pop out I guess it's a good thing we don't get hungry or thirsty or we've starved by now, but I could probably eat a horse just out of boredom" said Ava now a bit serious.

"Well, I wouldn't say there wasn't anything to do here" said Dean with a sly grin and Ava grinned right back.

"Besides that horndog" she replied back.

"I know what you mean, I could use a good vacation after all of this, just pick up and lay back and not have any worries. I'm telling you one thing, when we got of this place, which we will and deal that vixen Rowena and find a way to lock Darkness once and for all, me, Sam and Adam are taking that vacation, a long vacation that's for sure" he replied with confidence.

"Sounds nice" said Ava.

"Of course, if you want you could join us, I mean we wouldn't mind the company and after everything you've been through because of us, I think you deserve one too" replied Dean a bit awkward like a shy school boy.

"Thanks for the invitation, I'll have to sleep on that" she replied as she glared at him with a smile and he glared back.

"Okay, sleep on it as long as you like" Dean replied.

Then Ava smile faded and she looked a bit serious again.

"Okay, I think we've rested enough, time to get moving again" she said.

"Yeah, just when we were having some fun" said Dean sarcastically.

They were prepared to leave the river side and started walking again when they heard a sound that stopped them in their tracks.

"What was that?" asked Ava curiously as she looked about the area.

"Your guess is good as mine" said Dean.

They heard the sound again and they turned to face the woods.

"It sounds like some kind of bird" said Ava.

"I don't know any birds that makes that sound and I don't think we want to find out" said Dean who was also started to get nervous and reached into his pants pocket where he had his knife.

The sound got louder and seemed nearer as they continued to look about and saw nothing.

"I think we should get going now" said Ava but before Dean could respond a huge bird-like creature that appeared half bird and half woman.

It was almost human size with an almost human face and arms though it's face was pale as a ghost and it had bird eyes, it's head was covered in dark feathers rather than hair. Its arms were also covered in dark feathers and it had bird hands and claws. The human-like legs were also covered in feathers with bird's feet and was flying in the sky with huge wings. The creature was howling with a monstrous like noise showing its sharp animal like teeth and it look quite grotesque in appearance and dangerous as it was flying towards Dean and Ava who just looked up at the creature in awe.

"Son of a bitch, what it the dickens is that thing!" cried out Dean who just stood there with his mouth open.

"Oh my god, I think it's what they call a harpy" cried out Ava who was standing next to Dean with the same shocked and scared look on her face.

"A what?" Dean yelled out turning to her.

"A harpy, it's a creature that is half- bird and half-human or woman, I learned about that too in Greek mythology" cried out Ava.

"Gee, you and my brother should really get together and compare notes about your geek knowledge but right now think we better split before bird woman here makes us her lunch" replied Dean.

With that, they both started running into the woods as fast as they could as they harpy continued to fly above them chasing them into the woods crying out that loud noise. As Dean and Ava were running even faster, the harpy started flying even faster as well and seem to be gaining on them until the creature was straight above them and started to lower herself getting closer and closer to them. Just then Ava tripped on something in the ground and she quickly fell landing on the ground with a thump and gave a little yelp as she had hurt her left hand in the process. Dean who had been running slightly ahead of Ava quickly turned around to see Ava on the ground and was prepared to run back to fetch her when that harpy with great speed landed down close to Ava as if it was about to attack and Ava tried to roll away but it was too late.

As Ava moved prepared to get up, the harpy swung its left paw with so much force and struck Ava hard in the face it's claw leaving quite a scratch on her face and knocking her to the ground with a good thud rendering her unconscious. Then using both its front and hind claws, it grabbed a hold of Ava's legs and waist and soon the creature was lifting her unconscious body off the ground flying into the air. Dean ran as fast as he could towards the harpy to stop it from taking Ava but he wasn't fast enough and by the time he got to the spot, the harpy was carrying Ava higher and higher into the air. He jumped up in an attempt to grab at Ava but the creature was too fast for him and within seconds it was flying higher into the air and started flying away into the sky carrying Ava who was body was limp.

"Ava, Ava!" yelled Dean as he tried to follow where the harpy was flying off with Ava.

Dean kept running after the creature shouting Ava's name but after a while the harpy flew further off and Dean couldn't keep up to where it was going and he was forced to stop in exhaustion. Now catching is breath, he just stood there in shock and disbelief as he watched Ava his companion in this hellhole being carried off and feeling so powerless that he couldn't save her and now that thing could have taking her to God's knows where and likely make her it's snack.

What really hit Dean was the fact that Ava was gone and he may never find her or find her alive and he couldn't save her and now for once since he arrived in this place he's all alone. He never felt so sad, scared and lonely in his life.
