[A/N:] This is my first actual fanfiction, and is born from a dumb idea I had awhile back, so any feedback, good or bad, is greatly appreciated! If you think I portrayed a character wrong, or if I did anything else wrong, please, please, please let me know! [A/N Over]

Jonathan's head hurt.

That was the first thing that he noticed upon waking up.

And it hurt a lot.

When he opened his eyes and saw nothing but white, it definitely didn't help him, so he immediately closed them again.

...

Only to then immediately reopen them once he had processed what he saw. And he was met with, once again, nothing but white. He had also noticed he was also laying down on a pure white floor. Jonathan went to stand up, only for his legs to give out when he tried.

He laid there for what felt like hours, though he knew it had only been a minute or two, when he began to hear what sounded like voices. Realizing he hadn't bothered to actually look in any directions other than directly up or down, he turned his head towards the noise, and was shocked to see not one, not two, 16 other people, almost all of which dressed a good portion of odd, to say the least. And was even more shocked to notice that a few of them bore a resemblance to him, one in particular looking almost exactly like him, especially with the Joestar birthmark on the base of their neck, a purple star.

One in particular, however, stood out from the rest, with blonde hair and a face that, despite being noticeably older and sharper, Jonathan could never forget.

Dio.

Jonathan also saw that his body bore a star on the base of his neck. Which could only mean that he had done the one thing that Jonathan hadn't believed Dio was capable of, when he closed his eyes for the last time, or so he thought, on the ship that he and Erina had been on.

Dio had stolen his body.

Attempting to get up as quickly as possible before Dio could proved fruitless, as Jonathan's legs still wouldn't cooperate, leaving him to do nothing but glare at Dio for the better part of 2 minutes as he, along with the other people in...whatever they were in, slowly woke up. He couldn't crawl, either, as his arms felt too weak to do anything but prop himself up into a sitting position.

Attempting to use Hamon breathing to heal his arms and legs helped slightly, but still wasn't enough to effectively move. Fortunately, it seemed that Dio, along with everyone else, was having the same issue as him.

It was then that Jonathan started to look around more, deciding that trying to remove Dio from existence via intense glaring wasn't a viable option. Aside from the mass of people, there was nothing that stood out in the...wherever they were.

It certainly wasn't a room, it was far too big for that, and there were no defined walls or ceilings he could see, and as far as he could tell they were basically floating in place, until he saw what appeared to be a large rectangle in the distance. Further focusing on it led Jonathan to believe that it was a door of some kind, and decided that it would be a good idea to make his way to that door as soon as he could move. After getting acquainted, and...reacquainted… with the other people near him, of course.

Jonathan suddenly felt his strength slowly returning to him, and judging from the sudden amount of movement from the others, he could tell they had too. Slowly moving his legs, he prepared to stand up, when he suddenly heard...a good bit of yelling.

"DIO!"

"JOTARO!"

"GIORNO!"

"DIAVOLO!"

"JOTARO?"

"KIRA YOSHIKAGE!"

"J-JOSUKE?!"

"Wait, Giorno?!"

"Hey, who's that over there?"

All names that, save for the obvious, were completely and totally foreign to him. Deciding now was a good time to get involved, Jonathan made his way towards the group, and noticed that almost all of them appeared to be only teenagers. He was also surprised to see that Dio and another, mostly black donning teen were, aside from standing about 6 feet away from each other, suddenly appeared to be rather confused about something.

"W-Why isn't Star Platinum coming out?!"

"I-Impossible! I can't bring out The World, either!"

Star Platinum? The World? What are those supposed to mean? Jonathan couldn't see anything wrong, aside from the confusion over where they are.

A good distance away, a pink haired man and a good chunk of the group seemed to be having similar problems.

"King Crimson! Do something! A-Anything!"

"Gold Experience Requiem won't come out! Someone help me out here!"

"Aerosmith wont come out, either!"

"Spice Girl! Help me, already!"

What are these names? 'Spice Girl'? 'Golden Experience Requiem'? Are these some sort of abilities they possess? Jonathan's Hamon seemed to be working perfectly fine, so why aren't their abilities working for them?

"Killer Queen!"

"Crazy Diamond!"

"The Hand!"

Jonathan figured that it could possibly be a bad idea to get in the way of all these people, so he decided to stand back and try to figure out how to get them all to calm down. He'd noticed that a few of them had resorted to fist fight, though apparently their attacks were completely unable to harm each other. The rest of the group had seemingly either noticed this or had tried the same, and began to instead yell a seemingly infinite amount of insults at each other.

Eventually, after about 5 minutes, everyone had seemed to calm down, albeit most were rather reluctant about it. Jonathan figured a good few of these people were enemies to each other, so it may be a good idea to try to separate them all into their own groups. Most of them were either talking with what appeared to be their own friends, or were talking with people they hadn't met. Most likely, they were all trying to figure out where they were. He'd also noticed that a few of them had taken notice of his presence, though had been too caught up with all the yelling and had seemingly forgotten about him. So he decided to go to them instead.

"Everyone, may I please have your attention?"

That seemed to do it. Most of them turned their heads towards him, and got quiet, probably hoping for some explanation. Dio, in particular, seemed shocked at his presence, and Jonathan gave him a glare in response to his surprised expression.

"Now, I...don't know who almost any of you are. Nor do I know where we are. However, as I am sure some of you have also noticed, there is a door over in that direction…"

He pointed towards the door in question.

"...and I think that we can all agree that that's probably our best chance of getting out of here. So, would anyone like to follow me through?"

Everyone seemed to think that was right, and various voices declared they would follow, or at least silently agreed.

"Sure, why not?"

"Can't hurt, right?"

"I was hoping someone else had seen it…"

"Jonathan…"

"Well, if everyone's ready, I say we should make for that door as soon as possible."

And so, they did. All 17 of them, with Jonathan leading the way, headed for the door.

Somewhere, in a room lined with all sorts of machinery, with various humanoid automatons, all with faces made of what appeared to be porcelain, going about various tasks in the room, a single person was hammering away at a metal sphere, with wings attached to the sides and a single, rounded camera lens in the center, and what appeared to be a sort of gun on the bottom of it. And as they hit it, perfecting the sphere with each strike, a white light flew from the hammer and into the sphere's wings, and started to flap, faster and faster, until the speed was akin to that of a hummingbird, it's lens focused on the person, and it floated up to the eye level of it's creator.

"There we go..."

"Another drone, fit for the arena."
