The story takes place right after the season 10 finale, after Dean killed Death, the Mark of Cain was removed and Darkness was released into the world. I mentioned before, new characters will be added and thrown in the story and I will bring back several former characters from the show in the upcoming future.
Chapter 100 Defeated
Time had passed since Crowley, Castiel and his demons charged into the mansion and battled Rowena and her coven as Crowley used a spell given to him by the grand coven that put the witches under his control and he ordered them to shoot themselves using witch-killing bullets. Now Rowena is sitting on a chair in the main room chained with a large metal shackle around her neck and smaller shackles around her wrists making her completely powerless again. Crowley and Castiel forced her to use her magic to release Olivette from the cage-shaped blue rays she was trapped in and now she was just standing in the room feeling all smug now that Rowena is now defeated and defenseless. The bloodied corpses of the witches were still sprawled on the floor and Rowena felt sad and so defeated that she lost her whole coven especially her dear old friend Isadora as she glared at her corpse on the floor.
Madame Bess was also now awake and sent to another part of the room to be kept out of the way as she was still under Rowena's servant spell and was just sitting down staring blankly. As for the James the owner of the mansion, he was still in billiard room along with the two domestic help to be kept out of the way until Rowena would call for him using her bell. Castiel checked on them briefly when searching the mansion and they just casually sitting down on chairs with blank looks on their faces in trance-like state. He just left them there as he saw they wouldn't be a problem and Rowena knew it would be pointless yelling for their help. Crowley just stood over his mother looking so satisfied that he now has the upper hand after what she did to him, while Castiel stood next to him with a stern look on is face.
"Okay mummy looks like your totally at the mercy of our hands now, your little coven here is no more" said Crowley all smug.
Rowena just sat there trying to put on a brave front although inside she was quite afraid of what kind of revenge her son will dish out of on.
"So, what I pray are your plans for me my darling son" she said trying to sound so innocent.
"Don't darling son, me after you tried have me killed with your dog spell" Crowely fired back now looking angry.
Castiel just squirmed a bit remembering that encounter of being under the influence of Rowena's dog-spell about to pounce on Crowley until Hannah stopped him and healed him of the spell.
"Hey, I was just doing what I had to survive luv, I knew that you would get yourself out that somehow" Rowena lied.
"Nice to have your confidence in me mummy" said Crowley sarcastically.
"Okay enough of the family drama" replied Castiel getting a bit impatient.
He then walked up towards Rowena and got close to her face.
"All I want to know is where is Sam and Dean, what did you do to them?" he asked now sternly.
Rowena's eyes lit up.
"Oh, the Winchesters, your two idols, tell me don't you ever get tired of being their lackey there, angel boy" she said in a sarcastic wit. But this was just making Castiel more impatient.
"Hey, you have two choices here, you either tell us what you did to the Sam and Dean or …" but Rowena quickly interrupted. "Or what, you're gonna kill me, not likely as you need me alive in order to find your precious Winchesters, luv" she fired back smugly.
"Who said anything about killing you. I was about to say, we will just torture you mercifully until you wish we would just kill you, me and Crowley that is" said Castiel ruthlessly.
"And it would be my utmost pleasure, mummy" Crowley added.
Rowena smirked unphased by their threats.
"I'm afraid that would be pointless as you don't know, I was able to use a spell in the Book of Damned that would make me invulnerable to physical pain. So, you see, you cannot harm me no matter what you do luvs" she said smugly.
Castiel looked even more impatient over Rowena's remark as he knew they needed to find a way they could make her tell them where Sam and Dean are and they can't kill her even if they wanted to now they can't torture her either.
However, Crowley didn't seem affected by Rowena's remark at all. He just smugly got up in her face and said, "Well, if we can't torture you mummy, I can just have Olivette here cast the same spell you did on her and turn you into a hamster. I can just keep you as my pet in a cage like I did her, until you're ready to tell us what we what to know, even then I may just leave you as a hamster and keep you as my pet for all eternity, trapped in that cage feeding you cheese and water every day. I'm sure Olivette here would be more than happy to return the favor you did her, wouldn't you dear" he said smugly as he turned to Olivette.
Olivette just walked up toward Rowena.
"Oh, I would be happy for sure, I'm been waiting for this for a long time coming" she said with such contempt in her voice.
Rowena squirmed a bit feeling a bit fearful and as she knew she was completely at Castiel and Crowley's hands.
"If I do tell you what I did to the Winchesters, will you set me free and let me just be on my way?" she asked hoping to negotiate.
"You are not in position of trying to bargain with us Rowena, you either tell us where are Sam and Dean what you did to them or else I'll let Crowley do whatever he likes to you" said Castiel now getting even more impatient.
Rowena quickly nodded her head.
"Okay, okay looks like I'm out of options here, so I'll tell you" she replied defeated.
"Good, start talking" said Castiel trying to sound intimidating.
Rowena sighed.
"Well, as you know, the Winchesters held me a prisoner in that house of those two psychic ladies until my dear departed friend Isadora arrived help free me from capture" she said.
"Just get to the point" demanded Castiel.
"Okay, anyway, as you know I told the boys about spell I found in the Book of Damned that would return the Mark of Cain to the last person who bore it" she said as she started to sigh again. "Well, you see that was sort of an exaggeration" she finished.
"What do you mean by that?" asked Castiel.
"I mean I kind of lied, although there is a spell in the book on how to remove the mark, there isn't any on putting the mark back on" she finished.
Castiel looked surprised. "But Dean and Ava told me they had to go to all the way to Portland to retrieve a dragon's heart as part of the ingredients" he said angrily.
"Yes, I didn't say I didn't use a spell just not the one to bring back the mark. The ingredients that I needed was to perform a spell that sent Dean and his red-headed girlfriend someplace far, far away" she said in a cavalier tone.
Castiel face looked even more angry as he got up in Rowena's face even more.
"And what about Sam and Gwen, what did you do to them" he demanded in a gruff tone.
"Oh, them, I just sent them to a nice little place together just the two of them, I'm sure they're happy" Rowena said in relaxed and unphased tone.
Castiel now out of Rowena's face and standing over her with exasperated tone felt a bit of relief that at least Sam and Dean are alive or least he hopes they're still alive as he doesn't know exactly where Rowena had sent them and hope and pray it isn't a dangerous place. But he couldn't dwell on that right now he had to focus on making Rowena bring his friends who are more like family to him back.
"Okay, then right now we are going back to the house, and you are going to bring Dean and Sam back to wherever you sent them" Castiel told her sternly.
Rowena just sighed.
"I suppose I don't have a choice" she told him.
"Exactly" said Castiel.
"Oh, well" she replied trying to act on unphased by all of this.
"But, before we go, you are going to remove whatever spell you have on all the humans in this place starting with the ones in this house, first with Madame Bess" Castiel told her.
"Whatever you say, I'm at the mercy of your hands" Rowena just said with a sarcastic tone which just annoyed Castiel even more but he didn't respond.
Then Crowley who had been silent just standing and observing the interaction between Castiel and Rowena and getting his kicks out of watching his mother be at their mercy along with Olivette finally spoke up.
"Hey angel boy, before we do anything else we need to clean up the mess here" he said looking at the dead bodies of the witches on the floor.
Castiel turned to look at the bloodied corpses too.
"Yes, I know we are going to have to dispose of them first" he said as Rowena just glared a bit sad at the dead bodies of her friends and members of her coven realizing her plans are all over.
Then Crowley turned to Olivette and said, "You my dear are of course free to return to your grand coven as your services are no longer required just like I promised" he told her.
Olivette smiled and walked up to him. "Thank you, I can wait to see my fellow comrades again, although I'll admit I'm bit disappointed I can't take the Book as it would be quite useful to the grand coven" she replied.
Crowley shook his head. "Sorry there luv, the Book is not part of the deal" he told her.
"Yes, I'm taking possession of the book. This book is going to Sam and Dean once Rowena brings them back and they can do to it whatever they like" Castiel added.
Crowley turned to him and gave a fake smile.
"Of course, angel babe" he said although he didn't mean it.
He planned on finding a way of getting that book once they finish their task and bring back the Winchesters. He knew he had to bide his time and play it coolly although he could sense that Castiel really didn't believe or trust him. Castiel then turned to Rowena.
"Now it's time Rowena, you are going to what you have to bring back my friends if you know what's good for you" he told her sternly.
"Sure thing luv, I do what is good for me" she said with a sly grin.
