"So who is it?" Andrew asks as the two walk down the corridor on their way to lunch.

Jeanine holds the books to her chest a little harder and swallows. "No one. I don't know why everyone has this idea." she dismisses Ansrew's question.

"Sure thing." Andrew says, sounding exactly like his dad. He eyes her suspiciously, he doesn't understand why Jeanine won't just tell him. He won't judge. A thought comes into Andrew's mind that makes him overflow with guilt: maybe it's because he doesn't stop talking about Natalie; Jeanine hasn't had a chance to talk about herself. "Is it because of how I talk about Natalie all the time?"

Jeanine immediately feels guilty and shakes her head. "No Andrew," she reassures him. "It's okay." She stares at her feet as she walks, wanting nothing more than to disappear.

"Okay."

Andrew opens the canteen door and allows Jeanine to go first. Once they both have lunch, they find a table and sit opposite each other.

Jeanine spots Evelyn across the room. The brunette is staring at her from across the room, her lips curling into a small smile when she sees Jeanine looking back. There is a girl named Sally next to her, they seem to get along alright but Evelyn would rather spend time with her girlfriend. Jeanine quickly smiles back before looking back at her food and attempting to forget about the girl on the other side of the canteen who she has grown to adore.

Andrew saw the encounter. However, he oddly decides to say nothing. He might be mistaken and, if he is correct, school is not the right place for the conversation. He pretends like he didn't see anything for the rest of the school day.

Jeanine sits on Andrew's bed, her legs swinging as Andrew attempts to tie his own tie. She laughs lightly before standing and doing it for him. "You know," she says. "I don't think that there will be a dress code for this little date."

"She never said it was a date."

Jeanine smiles a little before patting him on the chest and going back to the bed.

Andrew somehow managed to talk to Natalie today. Jeanine pushed him into her when they walked past after coming to the conclusion that he will never speak to her on his own. They spoke and Natlie reminded him how they are in the same psychology class, like he needs a reminder. It turns out that she is pretty good and that psychology has never been Andrew's strong suit. She told him to meet her at the fountain and that they will study together.

"I still can't believe you pushed me into her!" Andrew exclaims.

Jeanine shrugs, "It was the only way that you would talk to her."

"You are probably right there." Andrew admits,

"I know I am." Jeanine grins. She looks him up and down. "Now go. Go impress her with your Erudite stupidity and try not to humiliate yourself."

Andrew rolls his eyes. "You are so encouraging."

"Mhm."
