A woman with white flowing hair and blue eyes was looking at the baby in her arms, this baby is an adult that's fell into a veil that would've killed him. But she had foreseen another path that he would take, and that path would cause many problems for the ones who had caused many problems for her and others. This is why she had decided to take him to that other path of his, but to do that she needed to add a few things to him and that was right before he fell. She then vanished from the year 1996 and to 29 years in the past, that's when the baby appears in her arms. Now all she needs is to get to the Elemental Nations, the Elemental Nations is made up of villages and such.

The Elemental Nations looks and has things that people of today would things have gone forever from the world like shinobis, samurais, and much more. The people of the Elemental Nations also have a connection to the elements that others outside the nations do not. That is why she and many others had put up a barrier between the two worlds, a barrier that they hope would someday is not needed. It a lot of ways, the barrier between the Elemental Nations and the rest of the world is like the barrier between the wizarding world and the muggle world. The Elemental Nations is where the new path of this baby will be.

Now all she needs is to get the little one's new chosen father to find him and she knows that his chosen father and his team in this area. His father is also on his way and so, she laid a basket on the ground and then places the baby in the basket with a blanket on him. She looks at him for a moment, before turning around as she felt someone coming their way. She knew that this was the best way to get a better outcome for everyone. She also gave him another set of DNAs, which means the little one now has two sets of parents like blood adoption for the wizards and witches; she soon vanished.

Meanwhile, a spiky, silver-haired man with dark grey eyes was running through the trees to meet up with his team-well that's was the plan until he saw a baby in a basket on the ground. He dropped down from the tree that he was standing on; he then picked the baby up and into his arms. There's also a note inside the blanket, he opened it to read it, and when he did his eyes widen.

''Sakumo, we managed to capture the who's this?'' one of his teammates asked

''I don't know, I found this little one here on the ground. Let's go.'' Sakumo said, shoving the letter inside his vest.

His name is Sakumo Hatake, he's a shinobi of the village known as Konohagakure or Konoha for short; he's also renowned across the shinobi world as Konoha's White Fang. He's also the husband of Ayana Hatake, Ayana was from another village until that village was burned to the ground. Well, that's what they told everyone, but the truth Ayana is a clone of a missing-nin named Kasumi. Now he and Ayana are the parents to the baby boy. He kept on thinking of the letter as he and the others journey back to the villager with their prisoner and the baby.

When they were finally back in Konohagakure, they all went to the Hokage's office and as they walk Sakumo gained stares from the villagers. When they were at the tower, they went to the office and Sakumo let his teammates go first. He waited until his team and the prisoner walked out of the office, before entering to see the Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi and Minato Namikaze.

"Sakumo, who is this?" Hiruzen asks Sakumo as Minato stare at the baby

"Kakashi, Kakashi Hatake" Sakumo simply said to Hiruzen who looked surprises at Sakumo's answers

"You wish to adopt him?" Hiruzen asks

"Yes, Hokage-Sama" Sakuma answered Hiruzen, without telling him about the letter

"Hmm, how and where did you find him?" Hiruzen asks Sakumo

"I was in the forest, going to meet with my team; when I saw the baby in the basket. I dropped to the ground and picked him up, he was all alone. Hokage-Sama" Sakumo answered

"Very well, you can adopt him. Take these adoption papers home to Ayana and then bring them back to me. Dismiss" Hiruzen said, giving Sakumo the paperwork

"Thank you, Hokage-Sama," Sakumo said as he bows to him, before taking the paperwork and leaving the office with Kakashi.

Sakumo walks toward his clan's compound and then to the main house, which was his house. The Hatake Clan was known to specialize in assassinations, able to use everything and anything that they learn or get their hands on. But since Sakumo married Ayana, the Hatake Clan is now known to specialize in the Mugen Tenshin style ninjutsu thanks to Ayana who began teaching it to them. The Mugen Tenshin is where Kasumi who Ayana is the clone of is from, but that's all Sakumo knows of that clan. Ayana would tell him of Kasumi, and her siblings Hayate and Ayane.

"Sakumo, you're home. Whose baby is that?" Ayana said/asked Sakumo as he walks inside the house and walked toward Ayana

"He's our Ayana, I found him in a basket on the mission and with this letter. His name is Kakashi." Sakumo said as he gave Kakashi to Ayana

"What? What does the letter say?" Ayana said as she stares at Kakashi's grey eyes

"It said that Kakashi had a life before, I found him as a baby. A life with a power called magic, but he was killed in that life and that "they" foreseen him changing outcomes in his old life with this new path. He will still have this magic in his new life, but they also gave him a dōjutsu. The dōjutsu is like Sharingan in many ways, but it's also like the Byakugan as well. The letter also said that whoever turns Kakashi back into a newborn baby, they also added two more sets of DNAs; our DNA Ayana.

So, he's our son Ayana. If we do a DNA test, I do not doubt that it says he's ours. But of course, I didn't say anything about this to the Hokage as I doubt the Uchiha Clan or the Hyūga Clan would take the fact Kakashi has a dōjutsu that's so much like theirs kindly. The Hokage gave me adoption papers and so, all we need is to sign them." Sakumo said as he pushes the papers toward Ayana who signed on the dotted line under Sakumo's signature. Ayane looks up at Sakumo

"You named him, without me," Ayana said with a raised an eyebrow

Sakumo only smiled at his wife, who showing a very dark aura. He slightly wished that he had waited.

AN: Yes, Ayana is Phase 4 from Dead or Alive, but no characters from that won't appear. This is a rewrite as I lost what I was planning for the prior version.
