When Kakashi, who was carrying Harry in his arms, Obito and Rin made it back to the village; right away they notice that the village was in a terrible state. But much of the village was either being repaired or rebuild. They walk toward the Hokage Tower, where hopefully they can get answers as to what happened to her. Once they were at the tower, they went up to the Hokage's office. They were expecting their sensei, but instead, the Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi was behind the desk.

"Kakashi, Obito, Rin. Welcome back and that's must be your- "Hiruzen was saying until he was interrupted

"WHERE MINATO-SENSEI?" Obito yelled

"Obito, please" Rin pleading with Obito

"Yes, this is Harry James Potter. Where's sensei?" Kakashi asks and Hiruzen looked sadly at them.

"On October 10th, Kushina went into labor and my wife along with another and Minato went to a secret place to give birth. Minato went to keep the nine-tails inside the seal. Unfortunately, there was a masked figure attacked and forcefully ripped the nine-tails from Kushina. The nine-tails were destroying the village and Kushina was dying. Minato had no choice, he had to choose one of his children and he had sealed the nine tails into one of their daughters Tsuyu, sacrificing himself as did Kushina." Hiruzen explained

"What? They're dead" Obito said, shocked

"Children," both Rin and Kakashi said

"Indeed, both Minato and Kushina thought they were having one. But, Kushina gave birth to quadruplets two boys and two girls. Kushina had only lived long enough to tell us their names Naruto, Arashi, Aerith, and Tsuyu." Hiruzen said to them

"Where are they?" Rin asks looking around

"They're at the Sarutobi Compound, where they'll be safe for now," Hiruzen answered Rin's question

Kakashi looks down at Harry, before making up his mind and looks up at Hiruzen who looks at him.

"The Hatake Clan will take them. I will take them" Kakashi said, shocking all three that were in the room.

"Kakashi, I- "

"Lord Third, if you won't let me do this for my SENSEI, then I will go to the Fire Daimyō. The Fire Daimyō will let me have them and then as the heir of the Hatake Clan, we will turn in our headbands and leave the village. You can tell the council that too."

Hiruzen was shocked at what Kakashi had just said as was Obito and Rin, he never thought Kakashi who always followed the rules would say he would go over his head if need be just to get the quadruplets, no matter what his past life was. When Minato had allowed Kakashi on this mission, he had asked for the reason and Minato say he had Kakashi's permission to tell him about Kakashi's past life.

"Okay, Kakashi I will let you take care of the quadruplets. I will deal with the council and maybe with the help of the Daimyō." Hiruzen said with a smirk at the end

"Did you already do the funeral?" Rin suddenly asks and Hiruzen shook his head

"No, we're still collecting the dead, why?" Hiruzen said as both Rin and Obito shared a look and pulled out two scrolls. Kakashi's eyes widen

"Obito, Rin. You didn't" Kakashi said, shocked

"After you left, we waited until who we think your past life ran after someone and that big hairy guy left; we went back inside and sealed the bodies of the Potters into these scrolls. Maybe they can be buried here, for Harry and you." Obito explained

Kakashi couldn't think of words to say to that, his teammates did that for him even though they could've been caught. Hiruzen smiled at the two, they cared for Kakashi and what Minato had told him; after Kakashi had explained his life as Sirius Black to both Obito and Rin, they became protective of him.

"Of course, they'll be added to the list. Obito, Rin please unseal the bodies. ANBU" Hiruzen said and then shouted for the ANBU as both Obito and Rin did what they were asked and when the ANBU appeared two bodies were laying on the floor.

"Hokage-Sama" the ANBU all said

"Please take these bodies of- "Hiruzen pauses and looked at the three

"James and Lily Potter," Kakashi said and Hiruzen nodded at him

"James and Lily Potter with the other deceased, they'll be given funeral alongside Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki," Hiruzen ordered the ANBU who all nodded and picked up the bodies.

"Thank you" Kakashi whispers to all of them

"It's the least we could do for you, Kakashi. Now is young Harry also going to be in your care?" Hiruzen asks

"Yes, but his name will be changed," Kakashi answered

"What'll be his new name?" Rin asks Kakashi, curious about Harry's new name

"His name will be Hayate Hatake, after my mother's brother Hayate," Kakashi said

"Hayate Hatake? Okay," Obito said, with his normal tone that says he finds something funny.

Hiruzen smiled as Kakashi glared at Obito, Rin, of course, is still trying to play peacekeeper as always. He then told the three that they can go to the Sarutobi compound to see the quadruplets, before the funerals. After they left, he looks at the paperwork on his desk and then looked at the picture of Minato. He cursed the man in the picture for dying and living him deal with the nightmare all over again. He then heard the door bust open and he turned around to see an ANBU with two children in his arms.

"Hokage-Sama, we have a problem."

Meanwhile, Kakashi, Harry, or rather Hayate, Obito, and Rin were at the Sarutobi compound and the nursery. They looked at the quadruplets and notices that two were yellow-blond haired like their sensei and the other two were Uzumaki red hair like Kushina. They also have names tags on their cribs, the yellow-blond haired babies are Naruto and Aerith and the red-haired ones are Arashi and Tsuyu. They were called for the funeral by one of the Sarutobi members.
