It's been twelve years since Kakashi Hatake took in the Uzumaki quadruplets and Harry or rather Hayate his godson. Each day, the quadruplets and Hayate reminds him so much of their parents. First, the quadruplets, who all have the shape of their mother's eyes and face. Only two inherited their father's blue eyes and the two are Arashi and Naruto. All the quadruplets inherited three whiskers like birthmarks on both cheeks.

Arashi is the oldest of the quadruplets and according to the Third, the heir to the Uzumaki Clan. He has the Uzumaki's red hair and their father's eyes, Arashi is said to be the mastermind behind his and Naruto's pranks. Arashi likes to wear what his father worn when he was his age. Naruto is the second oldest of the quadruplets and the only one who inherited their father's hair and eyes color, like Arashi he's likes to do pranks and his favorite color is orange. One day, Naruto came home wearing an orange and blue jacket with a white collar and orange pants.

Tsuyu is the spitting image of their mother with the Uzumaki red hair and violet-eyed colored, which is why villagers stop trying to hurt them as she makes them believe that Red Hot-Blooded Habanero or the Red Death had risen from the dead just to kill them. Unlike her brothers, she doesn't do pranks and acted much like their father. Like Arashi, she's a genius much like their father. The last and youngest of the quadruplets, Aerith Uzumaki is the only one who looks much different with her brown hair and green eyes. The Third had once said Aerith looked like the spitting image of her grandmother on her father's side.

That's surprised Kakashi as his sensei never knew his parents, but the Third said that Aerith Namikaze died in childbirth and out of heartbreak. The Third also believed that if Aerith didn't have that heartbreak, then she may have been strong enough to survive childbirth. After Aerith's death, Minato would've been in much danger and so he had to keep her a secret from Minato. After since he heard about his sensei's mother, he has been very protective of little Aerith Uzumaki as she like her siblings is upbeat and joyful, but she's also very sensitive to many things. She's also known to be the flower girl as she has a secret place where she places flowers and sells them to the villagers and the clans including the Yamanaka clan.

His godson Hayate is a genius in his own right, he reminds Kakashi so much like his mother Lily even though he looks like his father except for Lily's eyes. He had graduated from the academy with his friends and one of them was Yagura Kohaku at age ten. Yagura is the son of Ryu Hayabusa and his late mother was a member and a survivor of the Kohaku clan. Yagura's mother died in childbirth and the doctors don't know why, even to this day. Yagura is the heir to the Kohaku clan and had decided to stay stick to the Kohaku name as he doesn't have anything to do with his father.

The Third had suspected that the Kohaku clan had a bloodline that they didn't want to be known and Kakashi had to agree as every once a while, he sees Yagura's eyes changes and the fact that Yagura is better in the chakra nature Fire Release than even the Uchiha clan. But Yagura isn't the only one that Kakashi is interested in as twelve years ago, after the funeral the ANBU found and brought several babies and two were Hayate's age. The two were a grandson of the Third from a daughter he had with another woman during such time he and his wife weren't quite together. Tōga Sarutobi was named by the Third's oldest son who took him in, the second child who also the same age as Hayate was Raiden Senju the grandson of Tsunade Senju. But their family names aren't what caught Kakashi's interest, it was the fact that they too have magic and their appearances when they grew older.

When they were going up Tōga Sarutobi, Raiden Senju, Yagura and Hayate were the bests of friends. But as Kakashi was surprised all much Tōga looked like him, when he was still Sirius Black except for the eyes. Should it's be possible that he had slept with the Third's daughter back then, but if that was the case then Tōga Sarutobi would be his/Sirius Black's son. Raiden Senju looked like Remus Lupin except for the brown eyes. Did Remus had a son-no scratch that did Remus Lupin willing slept with a woman despite his fear of his furry problem and didn't tell him, now he's hurt.

"Kakashi"

Kakashi was snapped out of his thoughts at Rin's voice, he looked up at her and everyone who was in the Hokage's office, Asuma Sarutobi, Kurenai Yūhi, his sister Kisara Hatake, Riichi and others. They were here to watch the exam for the students of the academy. He knows Arashi, Tsuyu and Aerith will past, but he worries for Naruto. Naruto would rather do pranks than training, just because he heard what the villagers say about him and his siblings, even though the only one who truly became Jinchūriki is Tsuyu who doesn't let them get to her. Kakashi knows that the reason she doesn't is Hayate who has always been supportive of them no matter what.

Meanwhile, a thirteen-year-old boy with black hair that's styled so it's reaches his shoulders with a center parting and bright green eyes were looking at a file that he had created for the person that he suspects is a traitor to the village. He had files on everyone as he wants to beware of everyone that he meets or otherwise. The only people who know his strange habit is his father, his aunt and the Hokage himself.

"Hayate" the boy now known as Hayate turned his head to see a member of his clan

"Yes," Hayate said

"Why aren't you training?" Hayate was asked and he sighted

His aunt Kisara has been insisted that he trained in the family's Mugen Tenshin style ninjutsu and yes, it's true that his father had named him the heir to the Hatake Clan and they had copied what the original Mugen Tenshin; but some times he wants a break. But if she finds out that he hasn't trained yet, he would've to do so all night. He can't even go to his father as his lazy, perverted father is forced to train in the family's style as well by his own younger sister, no less.

"I'm com-Hey what's uncle Obito doing?" He asks, which earned him a look

"Hayate, you know what's he doing, and you also know that if you don't do your training for the day then Kisara will be very upset."

Hayate pursed his lips in annoyance, his uncle Obito is the head of the Uchiha clan and who also found some Uchiha survivors living outside of Konohagakure included one Izumi Uchiha. Izumi Uchiha was living in the Uchiha clan, before the massacre; but she was sent on a mission outside along with others. Obito was away on a date with Rin during the event where Itachi is believed to have killed the entire clan bar from the few who weren't there. Hayate, however, knows the truth, Itachi was just following orders of the elders who went behind the Hokage's back. He even has proof, which he had gone to the Fire Daimyō when he had visited, and he was only eight.

His actions cause Itachi to be labeled as a shinobi who was on a mission outside the Konohagakure and not a missing-nin or put in the bingo book. But the only ones who know are the Clans' Heads, the Hokage, the Fire Daimyō and himself of course. His actions also cause the Fire Daimyō to tear into the elders included Danzō Shimura. A few days later, he had gotten a visit from Itachi who thanks him, before leaving. Afterward, his father, Obito, and Rin had a talk with him about doing things without telling anyone beforehand.

Hayate still doesn't tell anyone what his plans are, because if he doesn't then they might just work just like he planned. Speaking of-

"Hayate," a voice said, causing Hayate to turn around and the Hatake member to looked shocked as in front of them was Anbu

"Yes," Hayate said

"Naruto, failed the exam just like you asked him to do"

"Good, our prey will take the bait" Hayate grinned

The Hatake member just shook her head as Hayate was in one of his spymaster mindsets, but how did he get an Anbu to work for him is something that'll remain a mystery for now. She knows one thing Jiraiya the Sannin should be wary as there's another spymaster coming to take his job.
