A/N: Hello. :) Thanks for waiting. I have finally finished this chapter for "Infinity Train: Book Two". Now, next week, I also plan on releasing a special crossover between Monsters, Inc. and Inside Out to show what would happen if Sulley and Mike met Riley Andersen. Isn't this exciting? But first, what say we read this chapter. Any mistakes that need fixing, I'll be more than happy to fix. Enjoy. :)

Infinity Train: Book Two: Return to the Beach City Car

Chapter 3: The Map Car

TRAIN DOCUMENTARY #1

"Train Documentary #1! Howdy hi-ho, passengers! Welcome aboard. Me llamo, One!", Glad One introduced as he held apiece of paper that said, "TRAIN DOCUMENTARY #1" on it before setting it down and moving back as he introduced himself before Sad One popped up for a moment.

"One...", Sad One added.

"To get you acquainted with your short to indefinite stay here, I'm 'conducting' a documentary video series about the train.", Glad One spoke before snickering.

"Get it? Because...because I'm the conductor again! Isn't that weird?", Glad some spoke before Sad One walked by again.

"I don't get it. Oh, wait. Wait... Yeah..., okay. Now, I get it. Heh.", Sad One spoke before walking away with a slight laughter.

"But it's not all funny jokes, so take a while to understand the train is filled with all sorts of things that can help you learn about yourself and grow as a person. For 'trainsample', you could see a fun car full of talking hats or a horribly dangerous car full of acid slime.", Glad One stated.

"Statistically, you're more likely to fall off the train and die alone.", Sad One spoke as he walked by before moving back.

"Speaking of dying alone, welcome to the Green Car! Everything in this car is, you guessed it, green!", Glad One spoke as he then moved behind a green background with green banana trees, a green hot air balloon, green bags of money, a green bookshelf, a green plant, a green car, green balloons, a green sky, and green mountains.

"Color is the universal falsehood that proves reality is subjective.", Sad One stated.

Meanwhile, though, Tulip, M.T. and Pink Steven were lost and are just having a different discussion.

"Are you sure you even know where the exit is, M.T.?", Tulip asked.

"Of course, I am. And I say that the exit is just beyond this hedge.", M.T. responded.

"I wouldn't be sure about that, because it's pretty well-established that exit doors are on walls.", Pink Steven responded.

"Really? Then how come we can't see it on either of the walls here?", M.T. retorted.

"Everyone, please. Such trivial bickering will get us nowhere. Why don't we just sleep on it? I'm sure the exit door's precise location will come to us eventually.", Atticus assured.

"Okay, no. Not to be annoyed, Atticus, but what is it with you and sleeping on things?", Pink Steven puzzled.

"I hate to take sides, but maybe Atticus is right, except for the sleeping part, obviously. I mean, come on, we're a team. Don't you think we should try thinking carefully about where the exit would be?", Jesse suggested.

"We are, and I say that we go through that hedge.", M.T. responded.

"And I say that we shouldn't. Even with this monster-sized height, I can't see the exit anywhere. All I see is a wall right in front of that hedge.", Tulip rebuffed.

"And I still say it could be on one of the walls of the car.", Pink Steven added.

"Again, we don't see it on any walls here!", M.T. responded as Jesse sighed.

"Well, this isn't working out.", Jesse sighed as Tulip, M.T. and Pink Steven argued before Alan Dracula went through the hedge.

"Alan Dracula. Where are you going?", Jesse asked before noticing the exit beyond the hedge.

"Wow. Did not expect that.", Jesse responded.

"Indeed. That was quite an astute discovery.", Atticus agreed.

"Hey, uh, guys? Alan Dracula just found this exit past this hedge!", Jesse shouted, stopping the argument.

"Wait. The exit's here?", Pink Steven puzzled.

"That's great.", Tulip grinned before shrinking down just enough to go through the hole.

"See? I told you the exit was there.", M.T. smirked.

"Yep. I guess you did.", Jesse responded as he and Atticus followed just as Glad One noticed the hole Alan Dracula made.

"Oh. Hm. That's a very familiarly shaped hole. But it's probably, definitely nothing to worry about.", Glad One spoke before Sad One spoke otherwise.

"That's what they want you to think.", Sad One rebutted.

Meanwhile, Tulip spoke to Jesse as they, Pink Steven, M.T., and Atticus went through the exit with One-One catching up.

"I've been through this whole number thing before. And, by proxy, so did M.T.", Tulip spoke.

"Yeah. So, you're gonna have to listen to everything we say if you want to get home. All you need to do is learn stuff about yourself. Maybe you should be taking notes.", M.T. guessed.

Then, Jesse reached into his jersey pocket for a pen and something to write on.

"Got a pen. Need some paper. Oh! I have my receipt from Gats and Dog. See, my brother, Nate and I have this deal where we always go halfsies on the zesty nacho supreme deal.", Jesse spoke.

"Ugh, never mind.", M.T. groaned.

"I don't think it's as simple as that, M.T., but you and Tulip are right about Jesse needing to learn more about himself so that he can grow and be a better person.", Pink Steven responded as he and the others arrived at the door before M.T. was about to open the door but refrained.

"Wait a second. You should be doing this. Open the door. Learn something.", M.T. spoke.

"You're the boss.", Jesse grinned before he opened the door, leading to a sort of map-like area with the wavy lake, the Great Plains, and the moonlight mountain present before Jesse knelt down to a small mountain as One-One spoke.

"Hello. This looks like some kind of map car.", Glad One spoke.

"It is. And weren't you the one who made it?", Tulip responded with a smirk.

"I think so.", Glad One responded.

"Heh. This is so cool!", Jesse grinned before he noticed a breeze coming from below and looked down to see a few clouds around his feet before he was suddenly sent up the sky with a surprised yell.

"Jesse?!", M.T. spoke in worry.

"Are you okay over there?!", Pink Steven shouted as Tulip noticed Jesse being taken upwards before Jesse was now in the presence of a sort of man's head with a hair made of white clouds with 4 wings, 2 on each side with one at the top and the other at the bottom on each side.

"Oh. Hello.", Jesse greeted before the man then opened his mouth and stretched out his tongue, which had a map on top of it.

Disgusted, Jesse cautiously took the piece of parchment and opened it to show the same ware as that Pink Steven, Tulip, M.T., Alan Dracula, Atticus, and One-One are in right now.

"There you go. Marcel's gonna hook you up.", Marcel assured with a chuckle.

"And you...are Marcel?", Jesse guessed.

"Oh, yes. Check it out.", Marcel responded before Jesse noticed that Marcel is on the map, blowing out some wind as Marcel was blowing through his mouth for show of demonstration.

"That's me.", Marcel chuckled.

"Hey! Are you learning lessons?", M.T. shouted.

"I learned his name is Marcel. Does that count?", Jesse responded.

"Did your number go down?", M.T. asked.

"No.", Jesse responded.

"Then, it doesn't count! Keep learning!", M.T. responded.

"It's okay, Jesse! You'll get your number down!", Pink Steven assured.

"He's right. There's a lot to learn here. We just started. I-I haven't had an explorer in ages. As you can see, there's a lot of unmapped territory. And, uh, that map I gave you?", Marcel responded.

"The one you spit from your mouth?", Jesse guessed.

"Yeah, that's the one. It's been torn to bits, but if you find all the pieces, everything else will open up for ya. For me. Us! Heh. So, this is great, huh?", Marcel asked.

"Yeah, it's, uh, pretty good.", Jesse responded.

"So, uh, are you guys finished talking right now?", Tulip shouted.

"Yeah, because we're all kind of on a time-sensitive mission here!", Pink Steven added.

"The sooner we get going, the better!", Atticus added.

"Oh, hehe, I'm sorry. Here you go.", Marcel responded before lowering Jesse back on the ground with the map.

"All right. Let's see this thing.", M.T. spoke before she tried to get the map only to get zapped upon contact with the map.

"That's new. Could it be a joy-buzzer map?", Glad One guessed.

"More like an electric map if you ask me.", Sad One responded.

"Hey, jerk! What's the deal with your electric map?", M.T. shouted.

"I'm so sorry. But there can only be one explorer. I don't make the rules. Hehe. You and your friends can tag along if you like. It's pretty fun.", Marcel assured.

"Whatever. Maybe you need to carry more stuff to get your number down.", M.T. guessed.

"Yeah, maybe.", Jesse responded.

"Okay. So, what do we have so far on the map?", Pink Steven asked before Jesse showed the map as it is so far with an X near the trail.

"Aha! X marks the spot.", Atticus spoke as he wagged his tail.

"Hooray!", Glad One cheered.

"But, One-One, do you even know what the X even leads us to?", Tulip asked.

"I dunno.", Glad One responded before M.T. noticed a nearby trail and looked to her left to notice it's not very far.

"Well, that's serendipitous.", Pink Steven commented.

"Huh. Well, this seems pretty straightforward.", Jesse commented as Alan Dracula was chewing on one of the trail pieces.

"A little too straightforward. The X seems right, but a dotted line? Pbbt. Like following a line is gonna get your number down.", M.T. spoke.

"Well, you can't argue with that. The line was kinda curved compared to how it looks in the map anyway.", Pink Steven agreed before M.T. turned to the mountains.

"How about those?", M.T. guessed.

"You want me to walk on the mountains?", Jesse asked.

"Definitely. You get some balance in, overcome some hardships. Can't get that on a dotted line.", M.T. responded.

"And that's true, except there's not much hardship to overcome here. That's practically like a cakewalk for me and Steven.", Tulip responded.

"You are right about getting some balance in, though. I'll give you that.", Pink Steven grinned.

"Regardless, I think I'll just walk on the ground next to the mountains to keep my paws from getting dirty, much less scratched in places they shouldn't. Is that all right?", Atticus asked.

"Yeah. It's okay.", Tulip responded.

Then, as Jesse struggled to balance on some of the mountains, Pink Steven was able to do it with ease, although at the same speed so as to not leave Jesse behind, as Tulip just walked across the bottom of the mountains before looking up and speaking to Marcel.

"So, uh, Marcel. Are you just gonna watch us the whole time?", Tulip asked.

"Yup. Pretty much.", Marcel responded.

"How am I doing?", Jesse asked.

"I like what I'm seeing so far.", Marcel responded.

"Yes!", Jesse responded as he did a fist pump only to lose balance, fall off, and then hit the ground.

"Jesse, are you okay?", Pink Steven asked.

"Yeah, Steven. I'm okay. Just a bit bruised, that's all.", Jesse responded before noticing a pice of the map on the X and picking it up.

"Hey! There's a piece of map up here!", Jesse grinned.

"Bring it here!", M.T. responded.

"Can I take the dotted line this time?", Jesse asked.

"Mm, I guess. But on your way back, think about your shortcomings and how you deal with them.", M.T. responded.

"You got it!", Jesse responded before going back via the dotted line this time.

"Okay. Let's see how the map's looking now. Oh. Uh, you might want to do that yourself, because I do not want to get zapped.", Pink Steven spoke, remembering what happened to M.T. earlier.

"Good eye, Steven.", Sad One spoke.

Then, Jesse connected the piece of a map with the main one, causing the map to expand as a forest was now spawning as the map expanded in the left direction.

"Not too bad.", Jesse spoke.

"Speaking of not too bad, how's your number?", Atticus asked before Jesse raised his right hand to show that his number went from 32 to 33.

"Uh-oh. That can't be good.", Pink Steven spoke.

"No kidding. Is this thing even working right? Your hand is trash. You gotta learn more stuff.", M.T. spoke as she ushered Jesse forwards.

Later, the group was curious about what Jesse's problems were as they wondered through the trees.

"Honestly, it's a bit confusing how your number keeps going up to begin with.", Pink Steven commented.

"Now, I don't mean to intrude, Jesse, but I have to ask. What problems did you have back home?", Atticus asked.

"Hmm. Oh, well, one time, during lunch, my friends said they didn't like celery. I kinda like celery, so they gave me their celery. And then, the lunch lady saw and thought I was wasting celery, so she stood there and made me eat, like, 30 pieces of celery.", Jesse responded.

"That sounds more like a problem the lunch lady needs fixed.", M.T. spoke.

"Do you think Mrs. Graham is on the train?", Jesse gasped in puzzlement.

"She could be. I did pick her up, didn't I?", Glad One asked.

"No, I think it could be a different lunch lady.", Sad One responded.

"Oh, One-One, your silliness never ceases to amuse.", Tulip grinned.

"That's awfully kind of you, Ms. Tulip.", Glad One grinned.

"Well, either way, Mrs. Graham isn't here right now trying to hang out with my deer.", M.T. responded before Pink Steven noticed Jesse holding his phone out and gasped.

"Drop the phone! Now!", Pink Steven urged, taking Jesse aback as he exclaimed in shock.

"What is it? What's wrong?", Jesse asked in slight panic as he put his phone away, calming Steven down a bit as he sighed.

"Sorry, Jesse. It's just...it's just that there's a lot more going on with us than you know right now. In fact, there was even a reason for my outburst just now.", Pink Steven responded.

"Well, I don't really mind, surprising as it was, but what is that reason?", Jesse asked.

"Well, you see...", Pink Steven began before electrical sparks were heard from nearby before he, Tulip, Jesse, M.T., Atticus, and One-One looked down and noticed a tiny Alan Dracula chewing on an apparent piece of a map as he was getting zapped, but did not show any reaction to it.

"And now, look at that. That could be you chewing that map and your number could've dropped by 10.", M.T. responded as she and the others stepped back before Alan Dracula grew to normal size.

"It's not quite that simple, though.", Atticus responded.

"Silly deer. That's not grass.", Glad One spoke as Jesse then grabbed a piece of the map from Alan Dracula only to notice some spit on it in the process.

"It's covered in Alan Dracula spit. Is that all right?", Jesse shouted to Marcel.

"I-I mean, the map had my spit on it and it's still good, right? It's better than good.", Marcel responded.

"Well, I guess we'll just have to give it a try then.", Tulip responded before Jesse then placed the piece of the map onto the map, connecting the piece back with the map and causing the landscape to expand to show a vast ocean of water and a rock with a few mermaids on it.

Then, M.T. looked down and grew very worried.

"Ah, water!", M.T. exclaimed as she stepped back.

"Are you okay?", Jesse asked.

"It's all right, M.T. This kind of water can't give off a reflection.", Tulip assured.

"Tulip's right. See for yourself.", Pink Steven assured before M.T. looked down and saw Tulip's point.

"Non-reflective...paper water. Yeah. I was just, uh, surprised that it wasn't real water, and it's not reflective or wet or shiny or something. That's...weird, right? That's surprising. That's...well, off to the mermaids.", M.T. spoke as she started pressing on.

"Uh, M.T., Wait! You can't go out there because you'll only...!", Pink Steven began before M.T. only sank further and further into the water as she stepped forward.

"...sink into the ocean.", Pink Steven finished with a sigh before M.T. went back up.

"So, anyway, heh, I'm metal.", M.T. spoke.

"I'm not metal.", Glad One grinned.

"No, but it'll be more likely for us to blow a fuse and short circuit.", Sad One responded.

"It appears we have to look for one among us who can dog paddle across these waters.", Atticus spoke as Jesse took his jacket off and then went forward.

"Huh?", M.T. puzzled before Jesse dove into the ocean, re-emerged, and then swam over to the mermaids.

"Well, there's your swimmer for ya.", Pink Steven grinned as Marcel flew by and stopped next to M.T.

"Hi, I'm Jesse.", Jesse introduced before the mermaids laughed cheerfully.

"Uh, share your feelings with them! Uh, go to Game Design Camp? I don't know.", M.T. spoke.

"That's actually my thing.", Tulip responded.

"Well, you sure did miss a lot of what happened on the train, that's for sure, M.T.", Pink Steven guessed.

"So, uh, they had this.", Jesse spoke, holding out the piece of the map.

"They actually gave it to you?", Atticus asked.

"Yeah. Also, they said your hair was cool. And that you guys are really good friends, even if one if you was a giant monster. No offense, Tulip.", Jesse responded before waving to the mermaids, who laughed as they waved back.

"Huh. None taken.", Tulip grinned.

"Hi. See you. Thanks.", M.T. waved, blushing.

"Yeah, let's see how this piece works.", Pink Steven spoke before Jesse got out the piece and placed it on the map, expanding it to reveal a full body of water.

"More ocean?", M.T. puzzled.

"And the plot thickens...", Sad One spoke.

"Uh, there should be a door piece soon, right?", Pink Steven asked.

"Oh, of course. Hehe. Just bad luck on the order you found those pieces, huh? But you're so close. You haven't even set sail yet. That's where the real fun is. Eh? Huh?", Marcel asked.

"Yeah, I'm not really sure about this.", Tulip spoke.

"Well, there may be a bit of humidity for my fur, but it's nothing that can't be fixed with a good rub.", Atticus spoke.

"I guess we don't have much choice.", M.T. spoke.

"Oh, what the heck? At my size, I can practically swim just as well, anyway.", Tulip shrugged.

"Hooray! A pirate adventure!", Glad One grinned.

"Let's just hope that no one has to walk the plank.", Sad One sighed.

"That's the spirit! Well, it's...it's not the best spirit, but, ah, there's at least something there.", Marcel grinned.

Later, Marcel was blowing on the raft with his mouth as Tulip, who was swimming with Atticus and Steven on top of her back, Jesse, M.T., and Alan Dracula were crossing the waters with One-One on top of the stick, singing a sort of pirate shanty.

Glad One: 🎵 Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me

We pillage, we plunder, we rifle, and loot

Drink up, me 'earties, yo ho

We kidnap and ravage

Sad One: 🎵and don't give a hoot

Drink up me 'earties, Yo...🎵

"Uh, One-One? Why are you singing that?", Pink Steven asked.

"What? I just thought it was a fitting song for this adventure.", Glad One responded.

"Huh. Well, that kinda makes sense.", Pink Steven grinned.

"So, you just jumped right in back there. What was that about?", M.T. asked.

"I'm on the swim team. It's kinda what I do.", Jesse responded, pointing to the Arizona Swim Team logo on his jersey.

"And they tell you to flail wildly with both arms?", M.T. jokingly guessed.

"Excuse me. It's called the butterfly, which I happen to be qualified in for state.", Jesse responded.

"You picked the biggest, stupidest-looking stroke to be your favorite?", M.T. smirked.

"I wouldn't say favorite. When I started, we only had one senior on the team who swam the butterfly and I was the only new guy who could kinda do it. The team obviously agreed I had to do it. So I did.", Jesse responded.

"So, what you're saying is, they all agreed that you should go to state for that, right? Is that even what you really want to do?", Pink Steven responded.

"Well, I didn't actually go to state. Too many people qualified so they needed someone to stay behind. I really wanted to go, but I didn't.", Jesse responded.

"But don't you want to pursue your interests to their full potential?", Atticus asked.

"Yeah. I guess...", Jesse responded.

"You guess?", Pink Steven puzzled.

"I don't know. I'd love to swim freestyle sometime. Nate once asked why I liked it so much. I think it's 'cause there's something..., I don't know, just something about how simple it is. But they told me if I qualified for butterfly again next year, then, well, maybe I wouldn't have to give up my spot. So..., it's fine.", Jesse explained.

"Really? Because your face doesn't exactly show it.", Tulip guessed.

"Kinda sounds stupid when I say it out loud.", Jesse commented.

"Not really. It sounds to me like you have your own fair share of hardships. Even if they are a bit complicated to process.", Pink Steven responded with an assuring smile.

"Thanks, Steven. You guys are the best.", Jesse grinned before his hand glowed and then showed that his number went down to 31.

"Your number got back down to 31. That's great.", Pink Steven grinned.

"Hey, all right. It's not much, but at this rate, we'll get you out of here in no time.", Tulip grinned.

"I guess you need to talk more about sports or something.", M.T. guessed.

"Yeah, that makes sense.", Jesse grinned.

"I think we got all we can get from this car.", M.T. spoke.

"Agreed.", Pink Steven concurred.

"Your assistance is appreciated, Marcel, but I think it'll do is a big favor if you can lead us to the exit.", Atticus requested only for Marcel to continue blowing, ignoring it.

"Hey, didn't you hear Atticus? He was asking if you could show us out.", Pink Steven shouted as Jesse noticed the rock with the mermaids from earlier.

"Yeah, we totally were.", Tulip spoke.

"Hey, Marcey, we've already been here! What's going on?!", M.T. asked.

"Uh...", Marcel began only to keep blowing.

"Seriously?! You're just going to ignore us?!", Tulip exclaimed.

"Hmm, maybe he just wants to explain in wind-speak.", Glad One guessed.

"I don't think that's it, One-One. I'm starting to think Marcel's keeping something from us.", Pink Steven spoke agitatedly.

"Marcel, I demand that you tell us what is going on this instant!", Atticus barked.

"You don't know anything! I'm nice! I'm fun! I'm helping!", Marcel snapped.

"Uh, is today Opposite Day, because that's the exact opposite of what's going on right now.", Sad One calmly retorted.

"We don't have to stop.", Marcel spoke desperately.

"You're trapping us in this car!", M.T. realized.

"How can you be trapped when we can keep exploring, expanding the map forever?", Marcel asked as he started moving back in the sky.

"Because that's forcing us to keep exploring until we die! And that is not something we want to spend the rest of our lives doing, okay?!", Pink Steven responded angrily.

"The world is as big as we can make it, so let's keep making it.", the desperate Marcel retorted before then blowing down his mighty wind, creating a sort of storm as everyone struggled to stay on board as the mast for the raft broke off and started to fall down.

"Abandon ship!", Sad One exclaimed before jumping onto M.T.'s side of the raft in-between M.T. and Alan Dracula.

"One person dives, one person follows! It's the system! It's great! Let it be great!", Marcel spoke crazily.

"No! None of this is great...at...AAAAALLLLL!", Tulip roared as her eyes turned dark purple for the sclerae while her spikes glowed bright pink, sending out an ultrasonic shockwave that takes Marcel aback and sends him back a few feet as he squealed in shock and surprise, even surprising Tulip as her eyes' sclerae returned back to its normal white color.

"Whoa. Did...did I do that?", Tulip puzzled calmly.

"Wow... Now, that is a mighty roar, Ms. Tulip.", Glad One grinned.

"I only wish we got to see it under better circumstances.", Sad One sighed in addition before the mermaids fled from their rock.

"I'm sure we all feel the same, One-One, but time is of the essence. We must not allow Marcel to keep us trapped any longer.", Atticus urged.

"Any ideas, M.T.?", Pink Steven asked.

"I...I-I don't know! If I jump on the water, I'll sink!", M.T. responded.

"Okay. M.T. doesn't have any ideas. What could I do?", Jesse asked before he realized something as he looked up at Marcel blowing out winds.

"He doesn't want the map completed.", Jesse realized before reaching into his map and noticing a hole in the map and even turned around to notice the same hole behind him.

"We don't have any paper for the rest of the map. Guys, I need paper!", Jesse shouted.

"Hang on a second! Don't you already have paper still? You even showed us earlier before we went in this car!", Pink Steven reminded.

Then, Jesse remembered what he was talking about as he gasped.

"Gats and Dog Zesty Nacho Supreme Deal receipt!", Jesse realized before reaching into his jersey pocket and getting it out as well as drawing an exit door on the back, unfortunately catching Marcel's attention.

"Oh, no!", Marcel gasped before trying to blow the receipt away.

"Keep him away from Jesse!", Pink Steven urged.

"You got it!", Tulip responded before firing her ultrasonic roars at the wind as her sclerae turned dark purple again to keep it at bay as her spikes glowed bright pink again before Jesse placed the receipt on the map, making it complete and then causing an exit door to appear, making M.T. gasp in awe.

"We did it!", Pink Steven grinned.

"Hooray!", Glad One cheered.

"Well done, Jesse!", Atticus congratulated before Tulip finished roaring.

"Phew. Thank goodness.", Tulip spoke almost exhaustedly as her eyes' sclerae returned to normal before the rest of the map-like landscape then turned into a lake near the mountains, rocks, and trees with an exit door nearby.

"Oh, no. Oh, no! I'm the wind!", Marcel exclaimed before he suddenly stretched and disappeared quickly, apparently turning into wind as it then blew the map away.

"Am I the only one here who feels like he kinda deserved that?", Pink Steven asked.

"Nope.", M.T. responded.

"You're not the only one.", Tulip responded at the same time M.T. responded.

"He should've been more mindful of his guests' wishes.", Atticus added.

"Join the club.", Sad One added before Jesse then jumped off one half of the raft and then swam forward to join Tulip, M.T. and the others before M.T. helped him up and both then rested their backs on it in exhaustion with Jesse then noticing his hand now saying that his number went down to 29.

"Wow. That was pretty good.", M.T. grinned before she and Jesse stood up as Alan Dracula continued spinning his head around very quickly.

"Wow. You saved...Uh, you saved Alan Dracula. He says, 'thank you'.", M.T. spoke.

"Thanks, A.D., I...", Jesse spoke as he tried to touch his head only to get his hand slapped a bit.

"Ooh. Still doing it, huh?", Jesse spoke.

"I guess he's kinda jittery.", Pink Steven commented.

"That's what I was going to say about him, Steven.", Glad One grinned.

"Wow. This place is pretty nice.", Jesse grinned, taking in the sights of the forest.

"Looks cool, doesn't it?", Tulip asked.

"Yeah. I guess sometimes, you need to slow down and appreciate the simple things in life.", Pink Steven agreed.

"Hm...", M.T. spoke before looking down at the water, much to Pink Steven's alarm.

"Oh, no, M.T.! Your reflection!", Pink Steven shouted.

"Oh, no!", M.T. gasped before out sprang Agents Mace and Sieve from the water, but this time, with Special Agent Bane and Officer Shard along with them.

"Freeze, sliver! There's no running anymore.", Mace discouraged.

"So, this is the one?", Bane asked.

"Without a doubt, Special Agent Bane.", Officer Shard responded.

"Well, then. Perhaps a little friendly introduction is in order. Say hello to my little friends.", Bane smirked as he readied his pistols, earning gasps from Tulip, Jesse, Pink Steven, M.T., and Atticus.

"Hello.", Glad One only responded.

A/N: So, what did you think? Pretty great, huh? As for that part with the song One-One sang, I just thought it'd be fitting for the part where he and the others set sail. And now that Special Agent Bane, Officer Shard, and Agents Mace and Sieve finally made their move, what do you think should happen differently in the next chapter? I'm sure it'll be interesting. So, feel free to pitch in as many suggestions as you can and I'll put them in soon. Until mext time. :)
