"Did you see her," The voice was annoyed, but leveled. "With Oshitari-Senpai and Gakuto-Senpai!"

"Calm down, Hana-Chan."

"Sae, how can you be so calm? Doesn't this bother you?"

Sae smiled, her soft brown hair curled at her shoulders and her grey blue eyes glanced back at the taller friend. Hana had long flowing black hair and brown eyes, with a heart shaped face and delicate physique. Unlike Sae's daintier figure. Sae looked like an eleven-year-old despite being fifteen. "It does, but rather than complaining about it, I find actions speak louder than words."

Smirking, Hana shook her head, "How do you intend to get at her? It looks like she's begun hanging out earnestly with Gakuto-Senpai now, and she's always following Oshitari-Senpai around."

"It is sure to be a challenge," Sae looked at the girl before her, smiling sweetly at her as she lifted her foot from her side and kicked her across the room. "However, I find that the more challenging my opponent, the more tantalizing the trophy when I win."

"How will you do it?"

The two girls turned to see a blonde standing in the doorway of the Karate Dojo, her hair in long waves, her eyes a deep green. "Momoko-Senpai will just have to wait and see," Sae tittered cutely.

Kagome looked over her notes as the class filed out of her homeroom. Nodding once she was sure she had them all compiled together, she placed them in a folder then in her bag. "Higurashi-Senpai?"

Eyes turned to the door and she frowned as she took in a girl she'd never seen before. "Hai?" She watched the brunette walk forward with an envelope in hand, "I was told to give this to you." She held it out.

Kagome glanced over the word on the front and frowned, "a letter of Challenge?" She shook her head and stood with her bag, "take it back and tell them I'm not interested. Besides, I don't know how to fight, and I'm no good in sports."

The color drained from the girls face as Kagome walked past her, "w-wait!"

Kagome did no such thing. She was gone before the girl could get another word out.

"Running errands, Yuka?"

Yuka turned and glared, "what's it to you, Taijya-San."

"Nothing, but I imagine Sae-San is going to be none too pleased if you return without giving that to Higurashi-San."

Yuka dropped her head as she stared at the letter, frozen in fear as she realized the girl in front of her wasn't wrong.

"I'll take it to her, tell Sae that she got the letter. From there, if she chooses to go or not falls on Higurashi-San, but at least you won't be punished."

That logic sounded foolproof to Yuka as she carefully held the letter out, "make sure it gets to her."

"Right,"

"Gakuto-San has tennis, don't worry about walking me home. I've managed to get there safely in the past, I think I'll be fine if I walk alone now too."

He shook his head, "you say that, what if something falls on you or you get ganged up on by delinquents? What if wilds dogs chase after you or―"

"Gakuto-San," Kagome smiled, "can I watch you practice today?"

Red, the color was becoming quite predominant to his complexion, "watch me?" He cleared his throat, "s-sure, I mean, it'll be pretty boring, but I have no problem with that."

She laughed, "great, then you can walk me home after Tennis Practice gets out."

"Higurashi-San?"

Kagome let her smile fall and looked to see another girl, she held the same letter. "I already told the last girl that I can't fight and have no skill in sports. Challenging me is really pointless, as the outcome is obvious. I'd lose."

The girl smiled, "but I won't. The girl challenging you, she doesn't care if you can fight or not. She wants you to show up so she can destroy you on the terms of a Challenge. However, I will fight for you if you will let me. Since you don't know how to fight, I will stand in as..." the girl glanced away a bit and tried to conceal the heat rising in her cheeks, "your champion."

'My champion? What, am I the Queen or something?' Kagome shook her head and sighed, "listen, I don't know who the person who's sending this letter is, or what I've done to merit this challenge, but I choose to ignore it all together."

"That's fine too. However, I wonder for how long you will be able to ignore it. For every day that passes, and you don't show up, I'm sure someone else will pay the price. Afterall, that's how she works." She flicked the letter at Kagome and turned, hair long brown hair flared around her as she walked away.

Kagome watched the paper drift past her, and a hand caught it from beside her. "What kind of Mafia Movie does she think we're filming? Someone else will pay the price. What the hell is with that?" She glanced to her right at the opened letter.

Meet me on the roof after school.
I will wait exactly one hour.
If you do not show, I will make you regret it.
For every day you do not show up...
...someone will break.

'This is a threat, right?' Kagome looked at her watch, school was over already, in fact, it ended nearly thirty minutes ago.

"You won't go." Gakuto said as he clenched the paper tightly, his other hand wrapped around hers as he glared at the paper.

"Of course not, I can't fight, and I have a test in Symbolic Literature coming up. I still need to go to the Library and pick up some books for that." Kagome sighed.

"Gakuto-San, practice is starting! Twenty laps, then join me in a warmup!"

Gakuto looked over towards his King, "hai! I'll let you get what you need, I know you and Oshitari-Kun are weird when it comes to Literature."

"Hey, who are you calling weird!?"

He laughed before running off, "hurry back, Higurashi-San!"

"...tch. Maybe I am weird..."

"Who do you keep looking for?"

Gakuto turned to Oshitari and frowned, "Higurashi-San, she was going to the library to get some books for your test on Symbolic Literature or something."

"Test?" Oshitari frowned and shook his head, "I think you misheard her."

Gakuto growled as he hit the ball across the net at his King, Oshitari was watching from the sidelines. "She said Symbolic Literature! I didn't mishear her."

"Oh?" He pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose, "then she lied to you. We don't have a test coming up in Literature."

Gakuto froze, missing the return without even moving to hit it, his eyes widened as he realized...she'd gone to the rooftop.

Me: Here is chapter six! I'm really not good at bullying scenarios. The worst I ever got was being silently shunned by an entire school or simple name-calling. However, anime bullying tends to be a bit more dramatical, so here's to hoping I do it some sadistic form of justice.
