Originally published on Equestria Daily, Charlie, a Junior, has just moved to Canterlot City. There, he meets the mane 7, Nightstar(Sunset's brother, OC) and Wallflower Blush. As with most EG stories, there is a new villain. Can the 10 friends all work together to defeat this villain? Or will they have to ask Princess Twilight for advice? Takes place after Rollercoaster of Friendship
Chapter 2: Recess
Whilst the Sonic Rainbooms were practising, Charlie was writing a letter to Sam.
Dear Sam,
Today is my first day at Canterlot High and I have already made 9 new friends. Their names are: Sunset Shimmer, Applejack, Rarity, Wallflower Blush, Pinkie Pie, Twilight Sparkle, Nightstar Shimmer, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash. How's life at Canterlot University? Is Patrick alright? I hope maybe we can meet at the Sweet Shoppe and you can meet them for yourselves. Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Sunset Shimmer, Rarity, Pinkie Pie , Fluttershy and Twilight Sparkle are all part of the teenage band, the Sonic Rainbooms. I don't know if you've heard of them, but if you have, they're going on tour at Christmas. Maybe you could come along and watch? I'm listening to one of their new songs, Photo Booth, and it' s amazing! See you at the weekend at the Sweet Shoppe?

Charlie walked out to post the letter. Suddenly, there was a loud boom. Twilight whipped out her phone. Her eyes widened as she saw that magic was on the loose. Again. On the map was a woman, with light purple hair. Sunset walked over to her girlfriend, her cyan blue eyes widened as she saw the magic was around her. "It must be another magical artifact," said Sunset. "But what?"
Wallflower turned away so they didn't see her blushing, as she remembered what happened not long ago with an Equestrian artifact, the memory stone. The bell rang for the end of break and the group ran out, as they hurried to their next class, Chemistry.
