A/N: And there we have it. The last chapter of "Book Two"! I saw the last two episodes of Book Three and let's just say I kinda saw that coming. That's all I can say without spoiling anything for you guys. And speaking of Book Three, there will be a scene at the near end that will unveil the next book's main antagonists being Zenith (voiced by Marc Evan Thompson, who also did the voice of Agent Trout from "We Bare Bears: The Movie") and Polaris (voiced by Kellen Goff, who did the english voice for Overhaul from "My Hero Academia, hence his behavior). Enjoy. :)
Infinity Train: Book Two: Return to the Beach City Car
Epilogue: The Future
A few months since their adventure, Tulip and Steven made the best of close friends with each other and usually hung out like siblings. Then, one day, Tulip and Steven arrived at the beach with Steven carrying a boombox.
"I still can't believe you have your own gem after saving me.", Steven commented.
"Yeah, I know. I guess that kinda makes me your half-sister, huh?", Tulip asked with a slight blush.
"Yeah. I guess it does.", Steven responded.
"Anyway, is this spot good?", Tulip asked.
"Yeah. It'll do.", Steven responded before he set the boombox down and then turned it on before he and Tulip started exercising in tune with the music playing as the instructor in the tape spoke in a different language.
After a moment, though, just as Steven picked up the weights, a portal opened up with Connie and Lion popping out through it with Lion stepping on the boombox, breaking it, before skidding to a stop.
"Oh. Hey, Connie.", Tulip greeted.
"Good morning, guys. One last routine before hitting the road, Steven?", Connie asked.
"Yeah. We'll be sitting for a while.", Steven responded.
Later, Tulip, Steven, and Connie were going over the plans for the routine after he leaves.
"We'll be in Charm City in time for Shep and Sadie's concert, we'll meet up with you and Lion at Providence Island when you're touring schools, and then we'll catch up with Lars for our weekly space hangout.", Steven spoke.
"I'll add that to your Boogle Maps Doc.", Connie spoke admiringly she was typing down the schedule on her laptop.
"So, have you told anyone the news yet, Steven?", Tulip asked.
"I basically told everyone at Beach City, plus my Dad, but I...haven't told the gems yet.", Steven responded.
"You haven't?", Tulip puzzled in shock.
"You've gotta tell 'em!", Connie added.
"I-I know, I just have no idea how they're gonna take it. They've been so protective of me these last few months since my meltdown.", Steven responded.
"Oh, and the whole adventure back on the train against the flecs, don't forget that.", Tulip added.
"Yeah, Tulip. That, too. Point is, I wonder if there is a way I can let them down easy.", Steven spoke.
"Well, Mom and Dad said that they just wanna talk when they wanted to let me down easy about the whole 'splitting up' thing. Didn't exactly take it well back then, but still. I know better now.", Tulip responded.
"Maybe making some Ice cream of your own could help.", Connie suggested.
"Okay, but how is it going to help?", Tulip asked.
"Ice Cream...", Steven spoke before remembering a certain product he took a liking to and gasping.
"Of course. That can work. Thanks, Connie.", Steven spoke.
"What did you just figure out?", Tulip asked.
"You'll see.", Steven spoke.
Later, Steven and Tulip made an assortment of Cookie Cats, which weren't exactly perfect for Steven's case, although they were perfectly made for Tulip's case.
"So, that's your plan?", Tulip asked.
"Well, yeah, actually. How did you make those so well?", Steven responded.
"I don't know. Beginner's luck, I guess?", Tulip responded as the ice creams were then put inside the cooler.
Then, Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl arrived via warp pad to notice Steven and Tulip.
"Oh, Steven, Tulip. Were you two waiting for us?", Pearl asked.
"We sure were.", Steven responded as Tulip went for the cooler.
"Ta-da!", Tulip spoke while unveiling the cookie cats inside with Amethyst rushing over there first and then picking one up as Pearl and Garnet walk over to the table.
"Whoa, Cookie Cat?!", Amethyst exclaimed.
"I thought they stopped making them.", Pearl commented.
"They did. So we made our own. You can kinda tell.", Steven spoke as he held his own up.
"I don't know how mine ended up better, but they did.", Tulip spoke as she held one of her own up before eating it.
"This tastes amazing.", Tulip grinned before Garnet ate hers by the ear.
"They're delicious.", Garnet grinned before Amethyst agreed with moans of satisfaction.
Then, Pearl took a bite and found it delightful.
"Scrumptious.", Pearl spoke.
"Remember when you used to sing that song for us?", Amethyst asked.
"If I may...", Pearl spoke before clearing her throat and started singing with Amethyst joining her as well as Garnet as Tulip's gem started glowing while giving a light gasp as if she was remembering that song herself before smiling.
Pearl: 🎵Hoooooooooo, He's a frozen treat with an all-new taste🎵
Amethyst: 🎵'Cause he came to this planet from outer space!🎵
Garnet: 🎵A refugee of an interstellar war🎵
Pearl: 🎵But now, he's at your local grocery store!🎵
Amethyst: 🎵Cookie Cat!🎵
Pearl: 🎵He's a perfect for your tummy🎵
Tulip: 🎵Cookie Cat!"🎵
Pearl: 🎵He's super-duper yummy!🎵
Amethyst: 🎵Cookie Cat!🎵
Garnet: 🎵He left his family behind🎵
Tulip: 🎵Cookie Caaaaaat!🎵
"Now available at Gurgen's off Route 109.", Tulip finished in a manly voice.
"Wow. That's a great finish, Tulip.", Steven grinned.
"Thanks.", Tulip thanked.
"Point is, he did leave his family behind. I think maybe Cookie Cat had run out of ways to grow on his home planet. And even though it must've been hard and he loves his family so much, maybe he had to leave to keep moving forward.", Steven responded.
"We're still talking about the ice cream, right?", Amethyst asked.
Then, Tulip spoke up.
"No, we aren't. Because Steven has an announcement to make.", Tulip spoke.
"Yeah. Everyone..., I DECIDED TO MOVE OUT! Don't worry about me. I have a very comprehensive plan to visit all 39 states before I decide where to settle down. And I can still video chat my new therapist while I'm on the road. Do not try to talk me out of this!", Steven announced.
However, the reaction was quite unexpected.
"When are you leaving?", Pearl asked.
"Uh, tomorrow?", Steven responded.
"Oh. So soon. Well, all human adolescents need to seize their independence eventually. I'm so happy for you.", Pearl grinned while hugging Steven.
"Yeah, bud. I'll miss ya. Peace!", Amethyst added before she and Pearl walked away.
"You guys do know that he might not come back, right?", Tulip spoke before Garnet put her hand on her shoulder.
"We know, Tulip. This'll be an exciting new chapter in your lives.", Garnet spoke before walking away as well.
"That...went well. Right?", Steven spoke.
"Yeah. Almost too well.", Tulip responded.
"I think we better let the other gems know to be sure.", Steven suggested.
Later, Steven and Tulip shared the announcement with Bismuth, Lapis, and Peridot.
"You WHAT?!", Bismuth exclaimed.
"Aaaaaand there it is.", Tulip commented.
"What's the problem, Steven? Are you mad at me?", Bismuth asked desperately.
"Of course, I'm not mad at you.", Steven assured.
"Then, don't leave!", Bismuth responded before realizing her mistake.
"Oh, no. Am I smothering you? I get it. I get it.", Bismuth spoke while backing away as Tulip couldn't help but let out a slight snicker, trying not to laugh.
"Bismuth.", Steven spoke.
"How about I build you a nice vacation house just outside of Little Homeworld?", Bismuth suggested as her hands turned into a saw and hammer before Lapis went over to Steven.
"Listen to me, Steven! You can't run away from yourself. Wherever you go, you'll be there. Trust me. I know.", Lapis advised.
"Uh, good point, except that's not why he's moving out.", Tulip responded before Peridot started sobbing as she broke down on her knees.
"Peridot, come on. It's okay.", Steven spoke.
"Where am I going to find another Steven as good as you, huh? I like this one so much!", Peridot spoke while sobbing.
Then, Steven got out his old shirt from his backpack.
"Here. I want you to have this.", Steven spoke, offering Peridot his shirt.
"My very own Steven shirt?", Peridot asked.
"Be the Steven you want to see in the world.", Steven responded.
Then, Peridot sniffled and cried before blowing her nose.
"Uh, maybe try not to blow your nose with the shirt next time?", Tulip advised.
"Lapis, this is for you.", Steven spoke, offering her an art set with crayons, oil pastels, and watercolors.
"What the? 142 pieces? 60 crayons? 24 oil pastels? It even has watercolors?!", Lapis exclaimed.
"Do you like it?", Steven asked.
"I love it!", Lapis exclaimed while shedding tears as Steven handed her the art set.
"Stay back, you two!", Bismuth warned as Tulip and Steven walked forward.
"Bismuth, I can't think of anyone who's more of a crystal gem than you. So, please take this. The original crystal gem flag.", Steven spoke, offering her the crystal gem flag.
"Oh, Steven. If it wasn't for you, none of us would be who we are today. You make me so proud to be a crystal gem!", Bismuth spoke while shedding tears and hugging him as Peridot and Lapis went over to Steven with Peridot starting to cry.
"Why did you have to put it so well, Bismuth?!", Peridiot sobbed, making Tulip shed tears herself as she started to cry.
"I'm gonna use my tears to make a watercolor painting of you!", Lapis sobbed.
"Peridot, Lapis, Bismuth, I love you!", Steven spoke before he, Tulip (who started hugging Steven as well), Peridot, Lapis, and Bismuth all started crying.
"We love you, too, Steven!", the gems sobbed before they all cried as well.
Then, later, Tulip was just calming down as she and Steven were walking down the road when they heard a wall breaking down before they turned around to find Jasper nearby.
"Heard you're leaving. I'm coming with you.", Jasper spoke.
"Jasper, I'm going alone.", Steven responded.
"Then, who will protect you?", Jasper asked.
"I can protect myself.", Steven responded.
"But we can always visit him.", Tulip assured in addition.
"I know...", Jasper sighed before she then hit the ground with her fist.
"Farewell, my diamond.", Jasper spoke before bashing her head against the wall adjacent to the previous hole she made and walked through it.
"Whoa. Even Jasper's more upset than my own family.", Steven spoke.
"Well, upset-ish, but I can see where she's coming from.", Tulip responded.
"Maybe I need a round 2?", Steven guessed.
"Maybe, but I think that they're just trying to be strong for you.", Tulip guessed.
Later, Steven and Tulip were back at the beach house where the red entry door with the golden infinity knob resided.
"Oh, Amethyst!", Steven called before Amethyst woke up.
"Hm? Huh?", Amethyst puzzled.
"Steven has a gift for you.", Tulip spoke.
"Is it food?!", Amethyst asked excitedly before she grabbed the box and then lifted it up, trying to eat the box's contents.
"No, Amethyst! That's not...!", Tulip began before Amethyst noticed that it was not food, but instead, a video game console with a game cartridge for "Golf Quest Mini" in it.
"What the...?!", Amethyst puzzled before spitting out the game console.
"It's my old video game systems.", Steven stated.
"Aw, dude. You'd better kiss your high scores goodbye!", Amethyst smirked.
"What?!", Tulip and Steven exclaimed.
"And say goodbye to your save files, too. Oh, I've been waiting forever to play through 'Golf Quest Mini' on my own! Why the heck would you want a game with only one save slot anyway?", Amethyst laughed a bit while taking off with the box only to bump into Tulip.
"Oh, no, you don't! You're not deleting any save files!", Tulip rebuffed.
"Oh, yeah? And who's gonna stop me?", Amethyst asked.
"I am.", Tulip responded.
"So, it's gonna go down like that, huh?", Amethyst asked.
"Of course, it's going to go down like that.", Tulip retorted.
"Wanna do the usual, then?", Amethyst asked.
"If by the usual, you mean play Steven Tag to settle this, then yeah. Whoever can go the longest without being tagged by sundown is declared the winner. If I win, you leave his save files alone.", Tulip responded.
"But if I win, those save files? They mine. Deal?", Amethyst smirked as she offered her hand before Tulip gave a smirk back to her in response and then shook on it.
"Deal.", Tulip responded.
"Oh, boy. Here they go again. Well, at least I can try Pearl and Garnet in the meantime.", Steven sighed.
Later, Steven walked outside to visit Pearl.
"Hello, Pearl.", Steven greeted as he walked out the door.
"Oh. Hi, Steven. Do you need help packing?", Pearl asked.
"No, it's just I'm leaving you with my Ukulele.", Steven spoke, getting out his Ukulele.
"Steven. That's very thoughtful of you.", Pearl grinned before her gem glowed, allowing her to put the ukulele inside her gem.
"Pearl, it's okay to be sad that I'm leaving.", Steven spoke.
"But Steven, it's a good thing that you're gonna get out there and explore the world. It's not something to be sad over.", Pearl responded before Steven started shedding tears.
"Yeah, you're right.", Steven agreed before walking away worriedly.
"All right. Have fun.", Pearl responded before Steven went back inside just as Tulip was trying to avoid getting tagged by Amethyst in Steven form.
"Hey, Pearl! What's up?", Tulip shouted as she ran.
"You can run, but you can't hide!", Amethyst goaded.
Meanwhile, Steven warped over to Garnet on the laundry area outside.
"Garnet.", Steven spoke up.
"Well, bust my britches, it's Steven Universe.", Garnet spoke with a grin.
"I'm here to give you a very important and sentimental gift because I'm leaving. Getting to plan Ruby and Sapphire's wedding was so amazing and I hope that one day, you can help me plan my own.", Steven stated as he walked over to Garnet.
"Thanks. I'll take good care of it.", Garnet grinned, puzzling Steven.
"Okay, Garnet, level with me here. You used your future vision, saw that everything would be fine and told the gems not to worry about me. That's it, right?", Steven asked.
"Steven, I don't need future vision to know that you're gonna be fine. Besides, part of the fun of leaving is figuring it out on your own.", Garnet spoke before warping away.
Then, Steven started crying a little as meanwhile, Tulip was still avoiding Amethyst.
"How have you not been tagged yet?!", Amethyst panted.
"Just lucky, I guess!", Tulip shouted.
"Yeah? Well, not for long! Steven Tag!", Amethyst spoke admiringly she finally tagged Tulip.
"Aw, man! You got me!", Tulip groaned.
"Now, all I have to do is last longer than you and then those files are mine!", Amethyst smirked as she morphed back to normal.
"Dream on, Amethyst!", Tulip smirked as she then morphed into a form similar to Steven as her hair had now changed into Steven's although her ponytail still remained, she had her glasses, her outfit was still on, and she still had her glasses.
"Because you're about to get trampled.", Tulip spoke as she then formed a bubble around her.
"Uh-oh! Bubble alert!", Amethyst screamed as Steven Tulip started rolling after her.
Later, as Steven finished packing his things Tulip, now in a form similar to Rose Quartz, but with her usual outfit, although her pants are a bit torn due to her heavy build in this state, was floating up to the balcony and landed there before speaking up.
"Hi.", Tulip spoke before Steven and Greg turned and noticed Tulip in Rose Quartz form, alarming them.
"Wha! Tulip?! What happened to you?", Steven and Greg asked in unison.
"Oh, this? I wanted to give this body a try. At least for a few minutes or so after looking at a portrait of Rose Quartz? So, what do you think?", Tulip asked.
"Well..., uh, it looks..., nice, Tulip, but...", Steven began.
"THIS IS ALL TOO WEIRD!", Greg blurted out.
"Huh?", Tulip puzzled.
"Dad.", Steven spoke to Greg with a slight glare of worry.
"No, no. It's okay. I did say for a few minutes. So, not that very long.", Tulip assured.
"Okay, but what about Amethyst?", Steven asked.
"Well, after she tagged me, I managed to tag her back after a few minutes, which was about half the time it took me to last without getting tagged. So, I won the wager.", Tulip grinned.
"Uh, thanks?", Steven responded
"You're welcome.", Tulip responded before Steven sighed.
"You all right, Shtu-ball?", Greg asked.
"Yeah. It's just...", Steven began.
"Just what?", Tulip puzzled.
"Well, I told the gems I'm leaving, but apart from Lapis, Bismuth, Peridot, and Jasper, I don't think they're even sad about it.", Steven responded.
"Isn't that a good thing?", Greg asked.
"I guess I wanted them to be at least a little upset. Is that petty?", Steven asked.
"You're allowed to have feelings, even petty ones. They'd love you, kiddo. They're probably just trying to be supportive.", Greg assured.
"Yeah. Knowing them, they're bound to squirt out their tears eventually.", Tulip agreed.
"Thanks, guys. Oh. I still have to give you your gift.", Steven spoke before he then placed a poster of Kerry Moonbeam on the wall above his bed.
"It's all yours. I want you to move in.", Steven offered to Greg.
"Huh? Don't you think it's a little ritzy for me?", Greg asked.
"Actually, it would suit you just fine.", Tulip assured.
"Try the bed, Dad.", Steven offered as he patted on it before he laid down with Greg and Tulip laying down on it.
"Whoa. Steven, I don't think I can get up.", Greg spoke.
"I knew you'd like it.", Steven spoke with a grin before Greg sighed contentedly.
"I guess the gems are gonna swap one universe for another, huh?", Greg asked.
"Yeah. Can't say that the decision would be easy for them, though.", Tulip responded.
"You know, Steven, you heading off and me settling down? It makes some kind of karmic sense I just can't resist.", Greg commented.
"Yeah.", Tulip agreed, looking up at the sky.
Later, Steven and Tulip (now back to normal form) went over to Connie and hugged her.
"Bye, Connie. See you soon.", Steven spoke before the two kiss as Tulip finished hugging.
"Text me when you get to that bed and breakfast. Don't breakfast without me.", Connie spoke.
"You got it. So, what are your plans, Tulip?", Steven asked.
"Well, after bed and breakfast, I'm going to see if I can work at some place called the Hinobi Store.", Tulip responded.
"Hinobi store? What's that?", Steven asked.
"Word has it that it not only sells some cool video games there, but also has really great tech support. And after that, I'll go check up on Amelia and One-One and see how their progress is doing.", Tulip responded.
"Okay. Sounds like a good plan.", Steven responded before he turned to Greg.
"Bye, Dad.", Steven spoke before hugging Greg.
"Aw, I'm gonna miss you, Shtu-ball, but I'm so proud of you.", Greg spoke.
"Thanks, Dad.", Steven spoke before he then went over to the gems and hugged them.
"Goodbye, Pearl.", Steven spoke, hugging Pearl.
"Goodbye, Steven.", Pearl responded before Steven hugged Garnet next.
"Bye, Garnet.", Steven spoke, hugging her.
"So long, Steven.", Garnet responded.
Then, Steven hugged Amethyst next.
"Bye, Amethyst.", Steven spoke, hugging Amethyst.
"See ya bud. Don't forget about me.", Amethyst responded.
"I won't. Well, I guess this is goodbye.", Steven spoke.
"We'll be thinking of you.", Garnet assured.
"All right, then. Let's get going, Tulip.", Steven spoke.
"Okay.", Tulip responded.
"See you guys.", Tulip spoke as she waved to the gems, Connie, and Greg before she and Steven went in the car with the latter driving away as they waved back before Steven looked back via rear view mirror and grew increasingly worried before they were completely blocked out of view, practically driving Steven insane.
"Uh, Steven? You okay?", Tulip asked before Steven suddenly stopped the car and quickly put it in reverse right back to the group.
"What's wrong with you guys?! Aren't you sad I'm leaving?", Steven asked before Amethyst started crying.
"Oh, man, I can't take this anymore!", Amethyst exclaimed before she started crying.
Then, Garnet suddenly sprayed out her tears as they leaked out by the sides of her glasses.
"We were trying to be strong for you.", Garnet explained calmly as tears streamed down her face.
Then, Pearl turned around, sobbing as well.
"Pearl agrees.", Garnet added.
Then, Tulip turned to Steven with a smirk.
"Aha! I knew they were trying to be strong for you!", Tulip smirked.
Then, Steven opened the door and got out of the car, running toward the three gems.
"You guys!", Steven spoke before he and the three gems hugged each other as they cried.
"I was kidding, man. Even if I won in Steven Tag, I'm never gonna delete your save files!", Amethyst sobbed.
"I love that ukulele! I'll never play anything else!", Pearl sobbed next.
"I'd be overjoyed to plan your wedding. In fact, I already planned over 363 versions of it.", Garnet added as calm as usual before Steven sniffled.
"Why didn't you guys just tell me all of this?", Steven asked, calming down a little.
"I'm sorry, Steven. I couldn't resist looking in to your future. I peeked and I saw a possibility that our tears would keep you from leaving.", Garnet responded.
"We didn't want to hold you back!", Amethyst sobbed.
"But I also saw many paths ahead of you and we are apart of all of them. Wherever you end up, we will visit you to talk, to listen, to be there whenever you need us. We love you, Steven.", Garnet added before Amethyst and Pearl places their hands on Steven's shoulders as he sniffled, brushing away the tears.
"I love you, too.", Steven grinned.
Then, Greg brushed away a tear of his own before Steven went back in the car.
"See you guys later!", Tulip waved, brushing off her own tears.
Play We Bare Bears Music: "I Have Time"
"Check your left rear tire before you hit the desert! It's not serious, but could be trouble if left unchecked!", Garnet advised with a wave.
"Later, guys!", Amethyst added before Pearl only continued sobbing as Steven closed the door and started driving.
"Bye, you two!", Garnet waved.
"Bye! Have fun!", Amethyst added.
"Bye!", Connie shouted.
"Bye!", Greg added.
"We miss you already, guys!", Amethyst added.
"Bye!", Pearl added as she, Garnet, and Amethyst waved goodbye to the two.
Then, as Steven and Tulip drove away, they passed a group of people at the Big Donut, holding a sign that says "Goodbye, Steven" before they noticed the van driving away and shouted goodbye to him before Steven and Tulip passed by a few citizens, gems, pets, and the like as Steven looked at the poles holding up wires as did Tulip.
🎵The lake sort of knows me
Was it you who promised time?
Lead me to a land so green,
So she'll stay a while🎵
"So you think you're ready for what might come next?", Steven asked.
"I'm ready for anything.", Tulip responded before Steven turned the radio on as he and Tulip continued driving away across the road under a starry sky.
🎵Please take me there
I'm ready
The ship sways, but the heart is steady.
I have time🎵

Meanwhile, on the train, Bane has difficulty climbing up to the top of a train car, but succeeded and was now looking out into the horizon.
Play Rammstein Music: "Ich Will"
"Well, well, well. You were even more formidable than I had hoped. This is going to be fun...", Bane smirked.
Elsewhere, an elevator door opened two figures, one dressed entirely in a black robe-like coat and another with a green short-sleeved jacket with a stylish purple feather plumage on top of it as they both walked out to the dark with only a keyboard shown amongst the remaining light in the ceiling before Zenith pressed a key, turning on the monitor to show a series of footage before Zenith went to a file labeled "Runaway Sliver" and it started with Tulip, Atticus, and One-One entering before the black coated figure then fast forwarded to the part with Tulip and Lake on opposite ends of the mirror.
"I'm still nothing. I'm nothing at all.", Lake spoke sadly.
"No. You're someone. If we switch back, I think I can get you a new mirror.", Tulip assured.
"No class...", the black-robed sighed before then fast-forwarding to another example being shown with Tulip, Lake, and Jesse from a few months ago as another figure spoke.
"The young people today are sicker than ever.", the 2nd figure spoke as the video stopped and played as normally.
"So, we get our exits?", M.T. asked.
"Yeah, sure, whatever.", Sad One responded before Jesse's number and M.T.'s "number" both went to 0.
Then, the car suddenly stopped collapsing and the numbers glowed brightly with M.T. looking behind Jesse to notice two exit doors appearing before merging into one with a portal back home appearing.
"We're leaving together. For real this time.", Jesse spoke as he and M.T. started running.
"No.", the black-robed figure spoke almost angrily before fast-forwarding last the point where Shard and Sieve were destroyed by Alan Dracula's lasers before stopping at just after Alan Dracula blasted off.
"This is maddening. They're all infected with hero syndrome...", the 2nd figure commented.
"Wow...!", Stevulip spoke in wonder.
"I really broke the mold with you, Alan Dracula.", Glad One grinned before the black-robes figure stopped the video with a key.
"This has gone too far. The laws of nature have been repeatedly broken aboard this train, and without those laws, how would there be any balance?", the figure asked.
"Well, Zenith, that sounds like something that needs to be dealt with crucially.", the 2nd figure surmised.
"Exactly. I've seen it all, Polaris, but I've never seen anything as disturbing as what we've seen here today. The pieces are finally in place. Time to come out of the shadows, take control, and end this threat to the natural order. But first, we're going to draw Tulip back out by spreading the word, and what better way to do that than with a message?", Zenith agreed as he stood up and started walking out toward the elevator as Polaris followed before eventually stopping and turning around with Polaris behind him
"And what car did you have in mind for that?", Polaris asked.
"Simple. One of the cars that One-One tried to fix himself while he was with Tulip on her first adventure.", Zenith replied.
"You got the right idea, but I don't think it's going to be easy.", Polaris commented.
"I never was one for easy, Polaris. If anyone wants to break one more of nature's laws...", Zenith began before he pressed a button before the elevator doors started to close.
"...we'll make sure it's their last.", Zenith finished before the elevator doors closed.

A/N: So, what did you think? Pretty unexpected and exciting, right? So, there will be a story for Book Three coming either sometime in the fall or this holiday season. Consider this scene an opening to the Book Three story coming soon as my way of celebrating the finale of Book Three and urging people to watch Infinity Train on HBO Max to help save it as the show's creator, Owen Dennis really wants to make more "Infinity Train". :) Until next time.
