Bakugou couldn't believe he gave that angel a chance. He thought the greenette would be different, but that was his human life biting him in the ass. Those green eyes look so…familiar. He clicked his tongue at his own stupidity as he shut his bedroom door. Unfortunately, he stayed in the castle in hell that all the soul reaping demons lived in, which meant he had no privacy. As if to prove this point, a pink haired demon burst through his door yelling his name.
"Bakugou! You're back!" she sang as she threw herself on top of Bakugou who was laying on a small couch. The ash blonde let out a huff as the air was pushed from his lungs before letting a growl pass his lips.
"Get the fuck off me," he growled, but the pink haired woman made no move to do so. Instead, she sat up slightly to pinch his cheeks. Bakugou saw red as he pushed the woman to the ground, which only resulted in her laughter. "The fuck is wrong with you!? Damn extra," he mumbled.
"But you are just so cute," she giggled. Red eyes met hers with a deadly stare causing the care free woman to sign. "Fine. I'll stop pestering you. But you are acting different. What is on your mind?" she asked with an underlying concerned tone. Bakugou dragged his hands across his face before speaking.
"How the fuck could you even tell if someone was wrong? Weirdo. Nothing is fucking wrong other than you are in my fucking room," he complained. The blonde demon turned to Ashido to see her hands on her hips with an expecting look on her face. Red eyes rolled before looking back at her and sighing.
"If I tell you will you fucking leave?" he asked earning a happy nod from Ashido. "Fine. I saw someone today that reminded me of someone from my human life," he threw his arms up in defeat before laying back down. The demon had his eyes closed but heard her words.
"It was the boy wasn't it?" she asked.
"You said you would leave," he said with annoyance. Ashido turned to leave and closed the door behind her leaving Bakugou with his thoughts.
Izuku shook as he stared at the projection with wide eyes. This…this couldn't be possible! He had viewed most of the footage, and found the demon was right. These people were not innocent. They hadn't done anything blatantly wrong, like murder, but they weren't good people. How could the angels do this? How could he be supporting them?! Izuku reached his hand to his face to find it was wet with tears. The angel stood on shaky legs to try to put away all the evidence. Being in heaven made him sick, but no one could know that he knew heaven's secret. When everything was put away, he went back down to Earth. He couldn't stand being in heaven another second. The greenette found himself in the same coffee shop that he had been to with Bakugou. Sipping his latte slowly, he thought of his revelations about heaven and what to do next. Fingers tugged in his hair with anxiety and his leg bounced with pent of energy. The angel couldn't just leave heaven, but he couldn't not guide souls to heaven as the angels would question it. Green eyes turned to look out the window into the night and saw people walking the streets, enjoying their human life. The green eyes boy stood up, walked outside, and decided to see what Earth was like.
Izuku walked the streets, went to parks, and just people watched. Demons and angels had memories of their human life, except Izuku. All the angels knew when he arrived was his first name, so he took on the arbitrary name of Tenshi, angel. The demon-no, Bakugou- Izuku corrected himself, had mentioned his human life. Would his human life have given him a different perspective? The angel didn't know, but in the mean time he could roam Earth trying to understand human life more than he currently did.
Bakugou was walking around the city for the next souls to bring to hell when a mop of green hair caught his eye. The angel was sitting on a park bench by himself, and the demon's heart hurt to see the boy. The demon would never admit that though, but he decided to speak to the angel against his better judgment.
"What are you doing on Earth, extra?" the blonde asked. Izuku looked up and his eyes widened before s small smile stretched across his beautiful face.
"Bakugou. I…you were right. I couldn't stand to be in heaven for the time being, so I came here," he said with a shrug before looking back at his coffee. The demon sat down next to the angel with a sigh, and the greenette looked up in surprise. "Baku-"
"Katsuki," the demon said with a sigh. "You can call me Katsuki. What's your name extra?" he asked. The demon tried to sound annoyed, but it didn't work. Izuku smiled before answering the demon he was becoming fascinated by.
"Izuku!" he exclaimed, and the demon rolled his eyes.
"Okay. What is your whole name?" he asked, but Izuku only looked down in sadness.
"I…I don't know. I don't remember my human life, so I don't know my name," he explained with sadness.
"You don't remember?" Katsuki inquired, and Izuku shook his head. "I was worried about that," the demon tried to mumble to himself, but Izuku caught it. What did he mean he was worried about that? Before the angel could think about it more, the demon spoke. "Well, what are you going to do now?" the blonde asked.
"I don't know. It would be nice if I could remember anything. I feel like everything I know is a lie!" he exclaimed with sorrow.
"I…I shouldn't do this for an extra like you…but…um. Come with me," he huffed before getting up and walking away. Izuku was confused, but the demon had shown he was more trust worthy than the angels. With that, the angel followed.
Before Izuku knew it, they were at a small dinner and the angel was ecstatic about his food.
"This is so good! How did you know?! I haven't had human food, but this is SO GOOD!" he exclaimed while stuffing his face. Katsuki smirked as he ate his extra spicy ramen.
"I just had a feeling," the blonde said with a knowing undertone that Izuku did not care about at the moment. "When you're done, we have another stop," the blonde announced. The next stop did not disappoint. Katsuki had brought Izuku to a comic book shop, and let him look around. At first, the angel was confused at what a comic was, but soon he couldn't contain his excitement.
"These are so cool! These are stories about super heroes, and there are so many!" he said with joy as he ran around.
"Here. Look at this one," the demon said. Izuku took it in his hand to study the cover. A tall muscular man was on the cover with weird hair that stuck up in a "V", but the greenette opened it anyways to read it. Soon, he couldn't stop.
"Kacchan! This is so cool! This is amazing! Have you-" the joyful boy was cut off.
"What did you call me?" the demon asked with what sounded like anger. Izuku scrunched his eyebrows in confusion.
"Well…you're actually…nice…a-and Kacchan just…fits you better," he said with hesitation. Bakugou grabbed his wrist and lead him out of the store. "What is going on? What's wrong?" the small boy asked.
"I didn't want to tell you, but you're going to learn about your human life. You'll see I'm not nice," he growled.
