Chapter 3: A Fight for A King
It was a beautiful morning in Anima-City as Gojira had woken up to the smell of Sausage and eggs which was the motivator to get him out of bed. Once Gojira got dressed he quickly fixed his hair and brushed his teeth before walking out to see Nazuna in a apron cooking a big breakfast and Michiru at the table yawning waiting as Gojira smiled and poured himself a cup of coffee even though he didn't really care for the hot drink before sitting at the table. While Nazuna was cooking something caught Gojira's eye about the two girls and it was how they were dressed Michiru wore a tank top and basketball shorts while Nazuna wore a pink nightgown on which caused Gojira to scratch his head for a moment before shrugging slightly and taking a drink of his coffee which he did not like but he thought 'Hey humans drinking so why not give it a shot' as Nazuna glanced back to see Gojira sitting at the table.
"Morning Gojira how did you sleep last night?" Nazuna asked Gojira as he scratched his head and Michiru giggled a bit. "I slept fine because the mattress was a bit different since I used to sleep on the ocean floor but i have to say it's a lot more comfortable." Michiru was smiling at Gojira which made the King of the Monsters uncomfortable for once in his many years of life which made both girls laugh at the Kaiju turned Beastmen as he took another sip of his coffee. "Hehe it looks like we embarrassed him Nazuna but he is going to be more embarrassed when we kick his scaly butt later on." She said that with confidence which made Gojira smirk a bit of a smirk when Nazuna put breakfast on the table and everyone began to dig in and of course when Gojira ate his food his back and chest this time were glowing and flickering blue.
After breakfast Gojira had to wait for the girls to get properly dressed but while Nazuna was getting dressed she forgot Gojira was still in the house and walked out without any pants on to look for something but once Gojira and Nazuna made eye contact both of there face's turned bright red and as Nazuna quickly grabbed what she needed Gojira got a bit of a nose bleed and quickly looked away while scratching the side of his head and once Nazuna got back in the bedroom here eyes and face were telling two different stories until Michiru spoke up and said "What happened out there you look like you saw a ghost or something Nazuna?" she then noticed Nazuna had forgotten to put her pants on then put two and two together when she knew Gojira was where she was "He saw you with no pants on didn't he" she was trying her hardest not to laugh at her friend as Nazuna nodded to what her friend was saying. "I-i forgot he was out there and h-he saw me in my underwear" her face was still beat red as if she was embarrassed but her eyes did not show she was embarrassed in the slightest.
Gojira was sitting in the living room his face was red from the sight of Nazuna in her underwear and he had to clean his nose with a tissue that he grabbed from the tissue box "w-well that was something i wasn't expecting to see, but something felt different like my new body was trying to tell me something while looking at her but i can't tell what it was trying to tell me" he was speaking to himself out loud until a knock at the door took him out of his zoned out state as he went to answer the door seeing Ogami on the other side. "Hey there Gojira mind if i come in?" Gojira let Ogami in and the two sat down talking about today's plans while the girls were finishing getting ready. "So about this fight today you wanted to show us your abilities so we can trust you more why is that?" Gojira sighed and replied to Ogami's Question. "Well it's because not very many trusted me back where I came from because humans either thought I was a savior or a bringer of destruction which is only half the truth on the humans part. The humans used their weapons on me tanks, Missiles, anything they had not to mention the other titans that attacked as well so i feel like here if i show people what i can do you might trust me more then humans ever have." Ogami listened to what Gojira was saying and he could relate in a way about the humans and titans attacking but Ogami felt sorry for him hearing that Humans and his own kind attacked him. "Don't worry Gojira the people here will trust you like the girls and myself as well as the Mayor but there are people here you should not trust." Gojira smiled as the girls walked out of the other room, Michiru dressed in her usual white shirt shorts and red jacket while Nazuna wore a pink shirt white shorts and wore a grey zip up hoodie.
"Everyone ready to go, the Mayor had the harbor evacuated so we could do this little test of Gojira's powers and abilities and we don't want to waste it," Ogami said to Nazuna and Michiru while Gojira nodded for good measure. "Good now let's get going. We have a long day ahead of us and i'm sure all of us will be sore after this." Ogami let out a sigh and opened the door so everyone could walk out as they made their way to the harbor but little did they know someone else would be at the harbor today, While they made their way to the harbor Nazuna pointed to a billboard with her and another person on it and this man was a Wolf who had black fur with green highlights and it Said "Come see Nazuna and Will Ryan LIVE" and seeing this made Gojira think abit "Is that someone you sing with on stage?" Nazuna nodded and smiled "Yep his name is Will Ryan but he also goes by DAGames some times, He is a good singer and i like his music so i was surprised when he came to me." Gojira nodded and pat Nazuna on the head which made her tail wag without thinking and made Gojira chuckle and not too long after that they made it to the harbor.
Anima-City: Harbor
Once Gojira, Nazuna, Michiru, and Ogami reached the Harbor they looked around and walked over to Godzilla's Crash site while the King of the Monsters rubbed his head remembering how bad that crash hurt. "What's the matter Gojira is this where you crashed when you came to our world?" Nazuna asked which earned a nod from Gojira as he walked into the crater but what they didn't know is there was a scorch mark in the shape of Godzilla his true self across the harbor. "Yeah this is where i crashed and it was painful but i am durable so a little pain won't stop me from pushing forward" Nazuna blushed a bit hearing Gojira say that as they were getting ready. "This is simple, all you three have to do is knock me over but i am not going to make it so simple because i am going to use my powers to keep you from knocking me over." he said while turning into his beast form after taking off his boots and shirt letting out a loud roar. "It is time for you to face The King Of The Monsters!" Gojira said trying to act mighty as Michiru got Gorilla arms "This is going to be easy heh" Michiru said while running at Gojira and throwing a punch at him hitting his tough hide with a small shockwave. Nazuna did the same in growing Gorilla arms and attacking Gojira both of them punching the King making him skid slightly as he took one step forward pushing both girls back. "Damn it's like punching a wall" Michiru was getting annoyed and was hitting Gojira harder while Nazuna jumped back and sprouted wings flying into the air going for a hit to the back of Gojira's head.
"Well the girls are having trouble so i guess i'll help" Ogami said while running in before jumping and throwing a kick to Gojira's muzzle while Nazuna strikes Gojira in the back of the head causing the king ti stumble to the side and forward as he looked back using his long tail to swipe all three of them back making them tumble to the ground as he got his footing. "Teamwork is good combined attacks do more than attacking alone i know from experience" he chuckled with a growl as Gojira's dorsal plates were glowing atomic blue. "HRRR AAUGH!" and with that shout Gojira fired his signature Atomic Breath making Ogami, Michiru and Nazuna move out of the way as the atomic breath hit the shipping containers melting them and causing an explosion afterwards. After the Atomic Breath was finished Ogami looked in surprise at the destruction it caused, the same with Michiru and Nazuna as Gojira said "oops i may have overdone it a little bit." as he said that he was scratching his cheek and a bead of sweat dripped down his snout. "Sorry about that i guess my Atomic Breath is still just as destructive as it used to be." Gojira chuckled and Nazuna giggled but got serious once again as Ogami was the first to attack once again and throw punches at Gojira.
Gojira and Ogami were going blow for blow on eachother but after Michiru and Nazuna ganged up on Gojira with Ogami they finally managed to knock the King of the Monsters onto his side and down to the ground ending the fight. "Ugh i gotta say you are a pretty strong bunch so does this solidify our trust in each other?" Gojira said while holding out his hand for Ogami to shake then Michiru and last Nazuna who was blushing when she shook Gojira's hand. "That was a good fight Gojira even though i'm not much of a fighter it was still fun." Nazuna said with a smile as the 4 of them started walking back towards the city only to be stopped by someone big. "Hey you, What the hell do you think you're doing!" shouted the voice and Ogami knew who it was when they turned around and saw none other than Giuliano Flip the Mob Boss of Anima-City and he did not look happy "Do you realise what you just blew up, that was a few hundred thousands of dollars worth of product!" Ogami was the first to walk forward and confront Flip. "Look Flip it was an accident we had no idea you were storing illegal products here in the harbor but i'm sure you can replace them." After Ogami finished talking he turned his attention to Gojira and walked right up to him standing a bit taller than the King turned Beastman. "Listen here and you listen good pal because I'm going to say this once if you end up mucking up my operation again you are going to be fish food." Gojira was not intimidated by Flip's threats as the two just had a stare down with each other before Flip turned and started walking away. "Next time don't use that blue fire shit if you're going to fight here." And with that Flip left and the 4 returned to their respective homes.
Gojira started thinking about a few things when he got home with Nazuna as he tried to work the TV remote but ended up having Nazuna work it out "Hey Nazuna why was your face red back at the harbor i didn't hit you with my atomic breath did i?" He asked her and she started blushing again and responded "n-no you didn't hit me it's just i have been thinking about some things ever since you arrived here and i'm starting to think that i may have developed some feelings that have made some things awkward." Gojira looked down at her as she was blushing and twiddling her fingers. "Are you trying to say you have fallen in love with me?" Gojira said being very blunt about his wording of the situation making Nazuna get red in the face like a tomato. "When you put it like that then I guess I have fallen in love with you and I do not honestly know my reasoning." Gojira leaned down and kissed Nazuna on the cheek showing that the feeling was mutual between them as Gojira said. "Well i guess that makes two of us because i think i have fallen in love with you and my reasoning is because you remind me of an old friend, You are kind and caring of others and it makes you special to me knowing that someone like them is here and knowing i can never really go home i thought starting a new was the best idea." Gojira was showing a slightly softer side to what Nazuna had seen before and it made her blush even more. "I love you Gojira." she said out loud and snuggled up next to him while in her beast form and Gojira said. "I love you to Nazuna and thank you." said Gojira while the two of them sat on the couch and ended up passing out together bringing this hectic day to an end.
