Kid just finished checking in with his father when he decided to check on Soul and Maka. He was thinking how to help cheer Maka up. He saw her face through the whole ordeal. He knew she was hating herself and viewing herself as weak. He smiled as he remembered when she cheered him up the other day.

Kid approached Maka after class ended for the day. He greeted her with a kiss on the cheek and he smiled when her face flushed. It was cute to him that after all the times they made out, such a small gesture left her flustered.
"Hey Maka, would you like to come have dinner with me Liz and Patty tonight? Ill give you a ride there," Said Kid.
"Sure id love that! Soul you can go on and go home, ill be back later," she replied giving Soul a wave and smile.
Kid watched as he rolled his eyes and then left. Maka didn't catch it but he did. He wondered what was up with Soul. If he didnt know any better he would have said he was jealous. But Soul didnt like Maka like that.
After school he took her to his place on his board and when they landed Liz and Patty went to there wing, while Kid led Maka to his wing.
"Wow your house is so nice looking Kid," Said Maka making Kid smile.
"Of course, symmetry is the ultimate beauty, and yours is unlike any I've seen," He said giving her a wink making her blush.
They went to his room and decided to work on some homework whike they waited for dinner. Kid told Maka Liz and Patty like to cook so he typically lets them.
After a while Maka stood up from where she sat and stretched. Kid also paused to flex his hands from writing for so long. She walked around the room looking at Kids walls and bookshelves. She stopped at a picture on the shelf of him his dad and his mom.
"We took that picture on the last vacation we had when I was little," said Kid startling her. "That was a couple months before she died."
"...What was she like? If you dont mind me asking," said Maka.
"She was very kind and gentle. She was the one I saw most between my parents, and as such she raised me till I was 6 and she died. She would always sing to me before going to sleep and would treat any injuries with such care. When she died father tried to take over raising me but couldnt while ruling as the shinigami so he hired nannies for me.
I never liked them though, I wanted my mom not some stranger. Eventually I accepted that she wasnt coming back and started behaving but I never grew to care for any nanny nor viewed them as family. So I was very lonely and still longed for my mother back. Eventually when I turned 13 I didnt need anymore nannies, and then at 14 I got Liz and Patty and they became apart of my family."
Kid finished with a far off look on his face. Maka walked over and hugged him.
"And now you have me to. Im here to stay Kid, I really care about you a lot," Said Maka as she hugged him from behind.
"I care about you a lot to Maka. Ive cared about you for so many years, I-I think I love you," said Kid.
Kids face flushed as he said that and he looked at her. She looked back with an equally red face and seemed surprised.
"Years? All this time I never-"
''Thats cause I knew you liked Soul, so I never said anything. I fell for you after the battle underground with Medusa. Seeing you not give up till you were unconscious opened my eyes. And the days following that you helped to cheer everyone up and how you stuck by Chrona's side and portrayed loyalty in saving him.
Your a truly pure good soul, and so beautiful and symmetrical. Your intelligent and brave. Your perfect in my eyes Maka."
Kid looked at her and saw she had begun to cry. He panicked and was about to apologize but she stopped him with a kiss. He felt in her kiss how grateful she was to him, how happy she was that someone loved her like he did. And he also felt how she was falling in love with him as well.
He kissed her back and pushed away from his desk and she straddled his lap. She ran her fingers through his hair, making sure to keep it a symmetrical rhythm, and he grabbed her waist and squeezed lightly on her hip bones.
She moaned and he took the chance to slip his tongue in her mouth. She let out a sigh as there tongues danced together. She grabbed his hair on the back of his neck area and pressed herself closer to him.
Kid trailed his hands up her back over her shirt and then moved his hands to her sides. She trailed her hands down his chest and then back up. He broke the kiss and brought his hands below her chest. He looked up with question in his eyes and she smiled and nodded.
They reconnected and he brought his hand onto her chest and foddled her breasts through her shirt. She moaned and brought her hands to his chest and began unbuttoning his blazer. He shrugged off his blazer and grabbed her waist and laid her on his bed. He crawled on top of her as she pulled off her vest and began unbuttoning his shirt.
Before they could continue they heard a loud knock at his door scaring them both and causing them to jump apart. The door opened and Liz and Patty stood in the doorway. Liz gave them a knowing smirk while Patty blinked confused.
"Dinner is ready," said Liz as she turned and walked away.
"What happened to your guys clothes? There all wrinkled and stuff? Isnt that bothering you Kid?" She asked blinking innocently.
"Uhhhhh yeah totally. There was an asymetrical stain on Maka's shirt and I wanted to-" Started Kid but Maka interupted him by laughing.
"Patty, Liz can tell you about it. But first lets eat shall we?" She said with a smile.

Maka truly was a wonderful girlfriend. He was so lucky he had her in his life. But he was worried about Soul. Was Maka's feelings still there? And did Soul like her back? Hes been acting jealous, so maybe he has developed feelings for her?
Thats his greatest fear, to lose Maka. She is to important to him, he would fight for her. He turned the corner to the room and saw the door was open. He peeked through and couldn't believe what he say.
Soul was kissing Maka, and Maka wasn't stopping him! Granted she also wasn't encouraging him, but she wasnt-
...As soon as he heard her moan he turned and ran. He bumped into Stein but didnt even hear or respond to anything he said. He just ran. He made it outside the DWMA and then sat on the steps to think about what happened.
He needed to talk to Soul. He got up and went back to the lab. Stein gave him a curiois look but Kid shot him a glare that read "Back off" and he just shrugged and went back to his work.
He went in the room and glared at Soul. Soul just looked over where he was sitting on the bed and seemed to shrink a little under his glare but he rightened up and stood up to face him.
"What were you doing with Maka?" Asked Kid in an icy tone.
"I confessed my feelings to her. Is that a problem?" Replied Soul also with an icy tone.
"Seeing how she is my girlfriend yes its a huge fucking problem!" Said Kid as he raised his voice a little.
"Is she really though Kid? You saw it, she could have hurt me with a simple kick or a maka chop. But she didn't. Sure she eventually pushed me away but she took time to taste and feel what I feel for her."
" YOU BASTARD!" He yelled as the room shook.
"KID SOUL STOP!" Yelled Maka as she ran into the room and stood between them.
"How could you Maka" said Kid with tears in his eyes.
"I-Im sorry I tried to- He just- I just-" Maka tried to explain herself but found she couldn't.
"Just stop trying. I thought after what your dad did you would be better. But seems I was wrong," Said Kid coldly to her.
He then turned and walked away, leaving Maka as tears began to gather in her eyes. Kid made his way back to his manson and went straight to his room. He pushed past Liz and told both her and Patty with a broken tone to leave him alone and slammed his door shut.
