"What is your name?" I asked with Lancer pointing her lance at the boy's throat.
"Hey ladies. It is polite to introduce yourself before demanding the other party name." The boy winked at me while continue to sip his tea as if nothing is out of place.
"Answer before I cut your throat." Lancer threatened
"I am not here for a fight. If I am, the pretty lady over there would have already died and that would make my bear sad." The boy calmly stated and pointed at me
I looked down and to my despair, the teddy bear we fought earlier was sandwiched between the breasts and point his club right at my throat.
"Boobs… boobs" If not for the situation I was in, I would die out of embarrassment and outrightly murder that perverted teddy bear that is moaning in the middle of my breasts.
"Fine. My name is Kagami and I am a master of this war." I sat down on the chair he offered and introduced myself
"It is unwise of you to declare your involvement in the war. You do not even know whether I am part of the war or not. The teddy bear might be my familiar." He chastised me.
I panicked like a fool and considered wiping his memory out before I heard him laughed.
"Breathe Kagami-chan. My name is Ace and I am a master as well. I would like to offer you an alliance as a reward for you being able to track me down." He suggested with a small smile on his face.
"What if I said no." I pretended to look strong while on the inside, I realised that the chance of us losing was way higher as we do not even know who was his servant.
"It just means a mutually assured destruction." He smiled at me in a mocking way.
I turned to Lancer and she nodded her head to me, assuring me that an alliance would be a better idea.
Ace and I shook hands symbolising the beginning of our alliance.
"Now let us go somewhere more comfortable." Ace declared and gently shove me out of the room.
"Hold on. Isn't this your home?" I questioned and Lancer had an equally confused look on her face.
"No. It is just a room I rented for a day to lure you out. Haha." He laughed
I realised at that moment that I was being played from the start. I felt angry, embarrassed but yet helpless as I realised, I have been outplayed on so many levels.
"Thank god. I would not want this guy as my enemy." Lancer muttered.
"Are you thanking yourself then?" I thought
A moment later, we finally reached Ace's home. It was a small house with four levels, one swimming pool and one garden.
"Archer. I am home." Ace said as he led me into his 'humble abode' while revealing his servant class at the same time
"Welcome home Darling and you too Master." A busty white hair lady walked out from the kitchen.
Her expression swiftly changed from happiness to pure anger the moment she saw me.
"Darling? What is the meaning of this? Why are you clinging on some other girl's boobs and not mine?" She asked angrily.
The teddy bear who was still clinging on my breasts, reluctantly let go and flew to the white hair lady.
Her anger suddenly vanished and she started hugging the teddy bear happily.
"What a mood swing." Ace, Lancer and I simultaneously thought and sweat dropped at the scene.
"You! Why are you wearing such a scandalous outfit?" She pointed at me accusingly
"Huh? What are you talking about? This is my combat suit. I see nothing wrong with it." I retorted and turned to both Lancer and Ace for help.
"To be fair Master, your suit is skin tight and it really brings out your body shape." Lancer teased
Ace looked away from me but I could see that the tips of his ear were red and he was sneaking occasional glances at my chest.
I could feel my face being flushed and wisely decided to stare at the ground.
After that embarrassing incident, we stayed for a while longer to finalised the terms of our alliance before going back home.
*Ace Home*
"Master? Why did you form an alliance with them? The girl does not look strong at all." Archer whined.
"Why would I not team up with her? She seems like an honest girl to work with and one more ally means one less enemy." Ace chuckled
"Even if we have no ally, I still can win the war for you. You do know that right." Archer continue whining.
"And she has nice boobs! That's your main reason, right?" The teddy bear threw his two cents before being hit by an annoyed Archer
"Yes, I know, but I have a gut feeling that this war is more malicious than I thought. Something out there is trying to do something evil, even by our magus' standard and no, I am not partnering her because of her looks" Ace patted Archer's head soothingly and explain while giving the teddy bear a death glare.
"Ahhhh. I trust in Master's decision" Archer moaned from Ace petting and eventually fell asleep on Ace's lap.
Ace carried Archer back to her room and tucked her in bed.
"Good Night" He whispered and closed the door softly
"I am only 16… Why am I taking care of a goodness who is so much older than me. I am paid enough to either be a Master or a babysitter, not both." Ace thought to himself as he stared at the full moon.
*Saber Location*
"Master, are you okay?" Saber asked in an uncertain tone as he laid his master on the bed.
"I am fine. Just need to take a shower before I sleep" Saber's master stood up from the bed and stumbled to the bathroom with Saber staring at him worryingly.
Saber took his master's word as a dismissal and made his way up to the roof.
"I hope that nothing else will go wrong in this war." Saber prayed while gazing at the beautiful moon.
*Kagami and Lancer*
Walking back to the house, we were on high alert after meeting Ace as we realised that most masters might have already summon their servant.
The tension was so thick that you get cut it with a knife.
"Brr… Brr…" My phone started ringing and I jumped in fright.
"Lia. How…" I tried to speak.
"Kagami! Where were you? I went to your house to find you, thinking that you had fallen sick and only to realise you were not home. How can you do this to your best friend? I demand an explanation!" Lia rudely interrupted me.
"I was taking a walk as I felt better and wanted to enjoy the night air. Thanks for worrying." I hanged up the phone.
Now that the tension was lifted both Lancer and I started discussing about random topics.
"Lancer, what is your wish for the grail?" I asked
"To explore the world freely without being chain to my duties." Lancer said with a smile
"What is your wish, Master?" Lancer returned the question to me
I looked up at the beautiful moon in the night sky and replied
"My wish is…"
"Unknown Place"
A man walked into his glorious estate after a long night of scouting.
"Welcome home master" The voice said
"I have gotten new details about the participants of the war" The man said in a joyful tone
"That is great. With this, we are closer to winning the war. After all, no Master is as experience as you from what I have observed" The voice replied in a strange tone
The lights in the house suddenly went off and the only wicked laughter can be heard from throughout the entire house.
The light reflected by the moon on the house slowly diminished as the clouds were covering the beautiful full moon.
