Husker was watching over Fat Nuggets making sure the pig didn't try to eat any of the maraschino cherries as Angel came into the bar rubbing his jaw.

"Long day at work?" asked Husk.

"Yeah." said Angel, "I could really use a cosmopolitan."

"One cosmo coming right up."

Angel smiled as he picked up Fat Nuggets and started rubbing his little pig tummy before Angel started to tense up. As Husk was about to serve up the drink, he noticed something was wrong with Angel.

"Hey, what's up?" asked Husk.

"There's a storm coming." said Angel anxiously.

"A storm?" said Husk, "Last I checked, the sky was clear. Than again, it's been a long time since I've been outside of this bar."

At that moment, a loud bang of thunder echoed throughout the air. Angel jumped behind the bar, curled up in a fetal position as he held Fat Nuggets close to him.

Admittedly, Husker couldn't understand why Angel would be so afraid, but then again, Husk was no fan of loud noises either as they often reminded him of the bombs going off back in Vietnam. He sighed and sat down next to Angel and stroked his head.

Angel looked up at Husk who smiled back at him; it wasn't often that Husk would smile. Angel placed his head on Husk's lap as both of them waited out the storm.
