Previous on Goku and the tome of Piccolo this happened

Tom Marvallo Riddle or as he calls himself now Lord Marvel Marvel bowed his head complacently "I can assure you Lord Frieza soon you will have all that you desire and the universe will tremble at the meer mention of our names for all of time" he said with a smooth almost snake like voice "the ultimate prize immortality"

Harry's eyes widened Frieza the alien warlord who wiped out Goku's home world in fear of the super saiyan a fear that ironically came true in Harry's brother

"Yes and what about that other associate of yours Madara what is he up to"

Marvel turned away from Frieza looking to an window with a view of the earth "Madara has his own ambitions one that he plans to seek out independently of us" Frieza frowned "and will this independence be a problem"

Marvel shook his head "quite the opposite right now his goals coincide very well with our own it will happen soon enough I suppose for now we should sit back and enjoy the fireworks as it were"

Frieza smirked "that sounds delightful"

Harry's eyes flew open as he rose to a sitting position his breathing heavily Ron was by his side in seconds there really might be something to this manslayer training he did "Harry what's wrong" Ron whispered

"Madara" Harry whispered "he's going to make a move"

Chapter Ten

Pulling his invisibility cloak and the marauders map out from his trunk Harry and Ron huddling together under the cloak snuck out of the Gryffindor Dormitories and into the castle towards the Owlrey

"I don't remember your cloak being as cramped as this" Ron muttered Harry nodded "well back then we were a lot smaller" Harry muttered looking at the map the last thing he and Ron needed was to run into Filch or Mrs. Norris in the corner of the map near the seventh floor Harry noticed something "huh"

"What" Ron asked curiously

"Goku just appeared on the seventh floor and no where near a window" Harry answered "that must be the room where he does his training"

"You never knew that" Ron asked Harry shrugged as best as he could with Ron's armpit laying on top of his shoulders "I never bothered to ask I just knew he wasn't in the forbidden forest or something"

"Whatever let's just deliver the letter" Ron said "we have to warn the Order about Madara"

The next morning Harry and Ron were sleeping their heads resting next to their plates at the Gryffindor table Hermione sighed slapping a book against the surface making her two friends jump up in alarm

"Honestly what were you two doing last night" Hermione asked slightly hypocritically since the end of their third year Hermione was even more a bookworm than she was before

making sure Umbridge wasn't looking in their direction drinking something from a tea cup that based on how Professor Flitwick was wrinkiing his nose and McGonagall was giving a stern look was definitely NOT TEA

Harry mouthed Dreams at Hermione the bushy haired girl nodded before looking to Ron and Harry "I've thought about our situation"

"What situation" Ron asked "besides the obvious"

Hermione rolled her eyes "honestly Ronald it's like you don't care about your future Umbridge is intentionally sabotaging us so that we don't do well on our OWL's we need a teacher"

"Yeah but who" Harry asked before Ron and Hermione looked to Harry "but I'm already having to teach Greengrass how many people are you expecting to show up"

"Not sure yet but whatever it I'll have it arranged by our next Hogsmeade weekend"

Like Hermione predicted the next Hogsmeade weekend Hermione was dragging him Ron and Goku off the beaten path towards the Hogs head pub

"Hermione why are we going to the Hogs head" Harry asked Goku nodded in agreement scratching his head "I thought students weren't allowed here"

"I checked with Hagrid and he said it was alright as long as you give your mug a good dirt repelling charm before drinking" Goku seemed repulsed looked to Ron "remind me not to order anything here"

"I'm with you mate" Ron said

After walking into the Hogs head past a man who looked suspiciously like professor Dumbledore waiting for them was a small crowd of students ranging from itty bitty little first years all the way to seventh years "oh boy" Harry muttered Goku put a hand on his shoulder "you'll do great bro" Harry nodded stepping in front of the crowd of students Ron and Hermione flanking him

"thanks everyone for coming" Harry started "I think it's pretty clear why we're all here"

"Yeah it's taco Tuesday" Fred said

"Right Fred though there is a suspicious lack of tacos" George added

"Knock it off you two" Ron said Goku shrugged walking up to Ruby "I don't know a taco does sound good" Ruby nodded in agreement rubbing her stomach

"don't start Goku" Hermione said Goku nodded but there was a mutter of whipped followed by a few scattered chuckles

"the point is we need to learn defense and not just for OWL's or NEWT's but for whats out there planning to attack us"

"Not this rubbish again" a blonde Hufflepuff called out Ruby along with the other Hufflepuffs looked ready to kill the blonde Hufflepuff "aren't you tired of spouting this bull"

"it's not bull" Ron said "I fought a death eater who tried to kill Harry" the youngest Weasley son admitted this got mutters of surprise and astonishment from the crowd

"Bloody hell Ron" Dean Thomas said "that's awesome"

"Well" the hufflepuff said "maybe if they actually told people what happened people would believe them"

"Look thats not the point I'm not trying to convince people I'm right or that I'm a hero to be honest I can't stand the hero worship but what I can't stand more is Tom Riddle a power hungry lunatic who would kill his own mother if it meant getting more power being able to threaten innocent people

I can't stand Umbridge torturing my brother because he isn't human and it being completely legal unless he has OWL's I don't think I can be a teacher but Greengrass thinks I can and alot of other people think I can too all I ask in return is that you help my brother" Harry looked to a grinning Goku "like he's helped all of us"

Hermione held out a piece of parchment and a quill "now whose with me"

one by one students began to line up to sign the paper but the blonde hufflepuff still tried to stir up the pot "and what happens if we decide to tell Umbridge"

Ruby approached him "I can't speak for the others but if you try to rat us out Professor Sprout will get an anonymous tip about the playwizard magazines under your mattress"

the blonde hufflepuff nodded getting in the back of the line

after all thirty signatures were collected Harry nodded "right then the first meeting will be on Monday night at seven in the room by the seventh floor just look for the tapestry of the wizard trying to teach trolls ballet"

a first year raised his hand "but theres no room there" Harry chuckled "don't worry there will be one when you get there now enjoy the rest of your weekend and we'll see each other on Monday"

one by one the students cleared out though some stopped to talk to Goku about tutoring plans once they were all gone Harry sighed "that was harder than I thought"

"Really because I thought that was amazing" Hermione said when they were outside of the pub "if we make it through this war in one piece you should consider going into public speaking"

"I agree with your friend Harry you've always been a good speaker" Harry turned to see someone he hadn't seen since he left Beauxbatons last year wearing a Koldovstoretz school uniform strands of warm brown hair sticking out of her fur lined cap "though I had another use for your mouth"

"Anya" Harry muttered

"Privet Lover boy" Anya said "we have alot to talk about"
