Chapter Eleven
Previously on Goku and the Tome of Piccolo this happened
"I agree with your friend Harry you've always been a good speaker" Harry turned to see someone he hadn't seen since he left Beauxbatons last year wearing a Koldovstoretz school uniform strands of warm brown hair sticking out of her fur lined cap "though I had another use for your mouth"
"Anya" Harry muttered
"Privet Lover boy" Anya said "we have alot to talk about"
Anya stepped over Harry giving him a tight hug "it's good to see you again" Harry nodded his chin making contact against her shoulder returning the hug
"What are you doing here" Harry asked when they separated "not that I'm not happy to see you it's just"
Anya giggled "I get the picture" Anya looked to Ron "Privet snova ty imbirnaya bezdonnaya yama" Anya said while Hermione choked back a laugh obviously knowing that Anya had said 'Hello again you ginger bottomless pit' a fair and more often than not accurate description of Ron's eating habits
Ron waved "hey Anya it's been a while" figuring he'd been insulted but more surprised to see Harry's old flame here in Hogsmeade "how are you here in England"
Anya reached into the coat of her uniform and pulled out a silver locket with the word the symbol of the Koldovstoretz school a dragon roaring in front of an two spired castle
"Headmaster Stali asked me to come to pass along a message" Anya said "can we talk somewhere a little off the beaten path"
Harry nodded "yeah the Shrieking Shack would be perfect" Harry said Anya smiled "my how romantic" she said putting an arm around his waist "lead the way lover boy" Harry used to Anya's antics walked off Hermione and Ron trailing behind him
"I didn't expect her to come talk to Harry" Ron said "not considering"
"Considering what Ronald" Hermione said "I know I was a little suspicious of her during the Tri-Wizard Tournament but I hardly think she's dark"
Ron laughed "if that girls dark than I'm a Malfoy no I mean she and Harry split before we came back to Hogwarts"
"She broke up with Harry" Hermione asked outraged protective instincts she didn't even know she had bubbled up inside her until she noticed Ron's look "Harry broke up with her" she realized
"Yeah Harry didn't talk about it but given what happened to Luna it's doesn't take someone like Professor Dumbledore to figure out why he did it"
Hermione nodded in understanding after all Luna's death nearly broke Goku in some ways it had
The four students stepped up to the fence that kept students out from exploring the shrieking shack
"Don't send any more owls" Anya said "Your ministry is targeting any owls and reading the letters they're carrying for god knows what reason you Brits can think up" Anya began looking out at the creepy house
"Probably think Dumbledore's building an army out of the young people or something" Ron said Anya laughed
"Please Dumbledore doesn't need an army he's Dumbledore he could level the Ministry and come back to Hogwarts in time for tea"
Harry nodded "that's true but what about" Harry stopped talking looking around making sure no one but his friends was nearby "Madara" he finished his sentence
Anya frowned her eyes flashed with pain "so far he hasn't made a move here in England but the order's on high alert after what happened both at home and Diagon"
"Home" Hermione asked Anya looked to Hermione before she let out a sigh
"I grew up in a small village near Koldovstoretz it wasn't much just some stores a few inns and a lake that was beautiful in the winter"
"Was" Harry picked up on
"The men in the black cloaks Akatsuki showed up in the square but not just them Madara came with them Headmaster Stali and the rest of the Professora fought him while the villagers were evacuated
Madara and Headmaster fought for hours before Madara decided that he was 'Bored with the dance' and set the village on fire with strange black flames nothing we did put out the flames"
Anya stopped to catch her breath tears at the ends of her eyes
"After that Madara and his henchmen left the Profesora were all wounded but nothing that some blood replenishing potions and Skelegrow wouldn't fix but in the time it took for the defenders to come fifteen villagers were killed people I knew all my life cut down and for what"
Anya shouted the tears had escaped her eyes and were coming down in torrents "what was the point"
"Is everything ok over here" the four teenagers looked to see Neville walking over to them "I heard someone crying" Neville asked seeing Anya with tears in her eyes he reached into his pocket and pulled out a dirty handkerchief
"Sorry" he said sheepishly "it's the best that I can do" Anya chuckled and took the handkerchief wiping at her eyes leaving smudges on her cheeks "Spasibo" Anya said
"Pozhaluysta" Neville replied getting a jaw drop from Ron "mate you can speak Russian" Neville shrugged "Gran wanted me to learn a language when I was younger it was easier than Gobbledegook that's for sure" Neville said
Anya laughed "I wouldn't know I've spoken Russian my whole life and I've never had much interactions with Goblins growing up" Anya returned Neville's handkerchief before she turned to Harry
"It was good seeing you again Harry" Anya said pecking Harry's cheek before she turned taking five steps forward away from Harry before she turned lightning fast on her heels and flicked her wand at Harry a snowball flew from her wand hitting Harry in the face
"What was that for" Hermione demanded while Harry shook the snow off his face though some stuck to his chin like a beard
"For the way he broke up with me" Anya said with a laugh "sure I'm over it now but that doesn't mean what he said wasn't stupid"
Anya turned walking away from the Shrieking shack with a grin at Neville
"Harry what on earth did you say to her" Hermione asked Harry shook his head finally getting the last of the snow off of him
"Nothing Hermione I said I didn't think it was good idea for us to be together because of Marvel and that I hoped we could still be friends"
Hermione Neville and even Ron groaned at that "oh mate you didn't"
"Wow Harry I thought you'd be better than that"
Hermione muttered something like boys leaving Harry confused "what what'd I say"
Hermione put a hand on Harry's shoulder "Harry you never tell a girl your breaking up with that you can still be friends it either happens or it doesn't based on the situation" Hermione explained
"Frankly I'm surprised she waited until now to hit you with the snowball remember what she did to Malfoy in Beauxbatons that memory's going to power my patronus for years"
"Why" Neville asked "what'd she do"
"I'll tell you about it when we get back to the castle Neville" Ron said trying and struggling in vain to keep back his giggles
The Hogwarts students soon returned to Hogwarts seeing Mr. Filch hammering a framed notice into the thousand year old stone walls
Harry and Goku walked over to the wall as Mr. Filch was climbing down to the floor looking at the students with a dirty look before he walked off followed by Mrs. Norris
Notice from the Hogwarts High Inquisitor Dolores Umbridge
Educational Decree number one
All Student organizations teams and clubs are hereby disbanded unless permission for said club is received by the Hogwarts High Inquisitor
Any violation of this or any following decree shall result in severe punishment
"This could be trouble" Goku said Harry nodded "don't worry little brother nothing changes"
The following Monday after dinner small groups of students gathered on the seventh floor next to the tapestry of Barnabas the Barmy trying to teach trolls ballet and being hitting hit over the head with a club
"We did come to the right place right" Dean Thomas asked Angelina Johnson who nodded as a door appeared in the wall
The door opened on it's own as Harry stepped out "come on in everybody before Filch comes"
The crowd of students walked into the room seeing a martial arts arena like the Tenkaiichi Budokai tournament a line of wooden targets that looked like death eaters along with a library full of OWL material
Ron and Hermione stood besides Harry "welcome everyone to the room of requirement and our little club"
Ginny held up her hand "well does it have a name we can't just go around calling it the club or we'd get in trouble with Umbridge"
Harry looked to Hermione and Ron "we're going to call it the DA"
"Why the DA" Goku asked from his place in the training arena
Hermione looked to the young Saiyan "because that's what Umbridge and the ministry fears"
Goku nodded standing up "great so let's get to training who am I sparring with first" Hermione pulled out her wand
"Wingardium Leviosa" Hermione said as Goku was levitated into the air and dropped by the books
"The only thing your hitting right now Son Goku are the books with Daphne" Goku pouted as the Slytherin witch walked over to him "if you pay attention I'll spar with you before we leave"
Goku grinned "deal"
Harry nodded looking to everyone "ok everyone let's get down to business"
Yes I ended it with this chapter with the lyric to a Mulan song but A it fits in the story
And B it's a song that in the chinese dub of the movie is sung by JACKIE CHAN one of the best real life martial artists in the world
Don't believe me google it he also was the voice of Beast in Beauty and the Beast
The one that didn't have Hermione in it
