Goku nodded standing up "great so let's get to training who am I sparring with first" Hermione pulled out her wand

"Wingardium Leviosa" Hermione said as Goku was levitated into the air and dropped by the books

"The only thing your hitting right now Son Goku are the books with Daphne" Goku pouted as the Slytherin witch walked over to him "if you pay attention I'll spar with you before we leave"

Goku grinned "deal"

Harry nodded looking to everyone "ok everyone let's get down to business"

Goku thought as he studied with Daphne Greengrass whoever came up with the OWL's needed to be tied up and whipped with a dead fish because this was agonizing especially after twenty minutes of this

"So the Mighty Saiyan Warrior does have a weakness" Daphne said laughing at his suffering like a typical Slytherin

Goku groaned looking down at the page of the Charms book he was on he was holding onto the book so tightly he was leaving impressions of his fingers on the page

"I'd rather fight the Akatsuki and other Saiyans again"

Daphne furrowed her eyebrows a small frown on her face "what was that like fighting members of your own kind I don't think I'd be able to do that if I were in your shoes"

Goku looked up "honestly it wasn't easy the only reason my race is practically extinct is because someone was afraid of how strong we were but after what happened in Jeddha how easy it was for them to kill"

Goku's grip tightened as the Practice Exam book in his hand was ripped in half "I knew I had to stop them no matter what"

Daphne nodded "the needs of the many before the needs of the few or in this case the needs of earth before the needs of the Saiyans I understand that that's very wise"

Goku smiled "thanks Daphne that's very nice"

"Yes your nothing like Malfoy says in the Common Room calling you a barely evolved monkey" Goku groaned "we were having a nice moment why'd you have to bring Malfoy into it"

Daphne laughed it was really nice "let's get back to work if you can answer questions on the next page right we can go spar is that a deal" Goku agreed especially since he had destroyed the book in his anger

However he forgot his tutor was a witch and a quick 'Reparo' was all it took to put the book back together and he had to go back to studying

On the bright side Goku was going to get a chance to spar soon all he had to do was describe the differences between a shield charm and a Patronus charm

After an hour of working with the thirty or so members of Dumbledores army teaching them how to use Expelliarmus Harry decided to call it a night

"Ok everyone that was a good first class we'll meet at this time again on Friday nights unless we have to change meeting times"

Justin Finch Fletchley from Hufflepuff raised his hand "how will we know if the meeting time gets changed"

Hermione pulled out a pouch from it she handed out a one pence coin "pence I don't think Hogsmeade would take Muggle money" Collin Creevey said

"why'd you give us muggle money" the obnoxious blonde Zacariah Smith asked before his foot was stepped on by Ruby

"let Hermione explain moron" the youngest Potter said before gesturing for Hermione to explain why she was passing out muggle money like they were Halloween treats

"yes they're muggle money and no you shouldn't try to spend them even in the muggle world they aren't worth much I've charmed these with a temporal charm that's keyed to a pence that I have in my possession so that the numbers of the serial number change to match the upcoming meeting date"

"Bloody hell woman" Anthony Goldstein from Ravenclaw said in awe "that's Newt Level magic how were you not sorted into Ravenclaw"

Hermione shrugged "actually the hat did consider putting me in Ravenclaw however in the end it felt I would truly shine in the house of the Brave" Hermione explained "anyways the point is keep those coins safe and don't try to spend them"

The students all pocketed their coins and nodded agreeing to come back for the next DA short for Dumbledores army meeting on Friday they left in small groups heading back to their common rooms

Once everyone was gone Harry walked over to the chairs Goku and Daphne had been using for their tutoring sessions and promptly fell back into the chair not occupied by the adolescent Saiyan

"That was exhausting" Harry said Goku nodded in agreement "books are evil" he said in response to his comment Hermione smacked him on the leg "they are not evil your just being dramatic"

"Am not" Goku argued

"Real mature Goku" Harry said while Ron laughed at the teenaged Saiyan and the werewolf ignoring Ron's laughter "you know Harry you're a pretty good teacher better than Lockhart or Umbridge"

"Well that's high praise" Harry said sarcastically Goku shrugged "what the DADA teachers I've seen are Lockhart Lupin and Umbridge your better than those two but Professor Lupin was a great teacher"

"And you should have no idea passing your OWL''s as long as you pay attention to your tutors and don't get more detentions from Umbridge"

Goku avoiding detentions with Umbridge was easier said than done over the next few weeks as Umbridge as High Inquisitor tightened her grip on Hogwarts with more and more 'Educational Decree's'

With Umbridge having regular inspections with teachers during classes using magic to force kissing couples apart and one time on a student's pants to pull up a student's pants and tighten his belt when he walked past her

And of course at least once a day Umbridge or her personal inquisitor squad led of course by Draco Malfoy

On most days Goku was barely able to get a detention with Umbridge as the pink toad like woman no offense to toads targeted him worse than Snape having to teach an entire class of Harry's

It's like she had a grudge against him but Goku couldn't remember why

It was the last day before the Christmas Holidays that nearly set Goku over the edge though it started normally Goku was walking to lunch with his friends when they heard a commotion from the courtyard

"Wonder what's going on out there" Ron asked Harry shrugged "maybe Fred and George trapped Malfoy in a portable swamp again"

The four fifteen year olds walked outside to see a crowd gathered around Umbridge and Professor Trelawney

"But you can't do this Hogwarts is my home where am I to go" Trelawney pleaded tears in her eyes Goku frowned

Umbridge sneered at the professor "that is not my problem Divination is a pointless subject and by extension you serve no point"

Goku's teeth were grinding together Harry and Ron put their hands on Goku's shoulders "Goku don't if you attack her you'll get in trouble"

"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS" Professor McGonagall said walking up to the two witches the students parting not wanting to get in the Scottish witches way "you have no right to dismiss a member of the Hogwarts staff Dolores" she told Umbridge

"In fact I do Minerva with the power of educational degree twenty one I have the power to dismiss any member of the staff that doesn't live up to the Ministry's standards"

McGonagall scoffed "as if anyone could pay attention to these ridiculous educational degree besides that you have no right to evict someone from this castle"

Umbridge's wand appeared in her hand "is that so Minerva"

McGonagall moved into a martial arts stance "indeed it is Dolores"

"You'll find that Professor McGonagall is correct" Professor Dumbledore said from his place in the doorway to the castle stepping out

Umbridge looked at Dumbledore like the cat who ate the canary "Headmaster in accordance to Educational degree twenty one Professor Trelawney has no place teaching children"

Dumbledore nodded "you are correct you may be able to fire members of my staff but you cannot remove them from the castle that power is mine alone"

Umbridges smile turned into a thin line as she nodded "for now"

Dumbledore looked to Professor McGonagall "Minerva please assist Sybil back to her room" Minerva nodded helping the sobbing teacher "thank you Albus" Professor Trelawney said through her tears as she passed

Professor Dumbledore looked to the students "well don't just stand there this is a school not a theatre go to your classes" Professor Dumbledore said before turning and returning to the castle

Harry and the others walked inside "this isn't good Professor Trelawney is a member of the order" Hermione said

"She is" the three males in the group said Hermione sighed

"of course she is all of the faculty are well with the exception of professor Binns if Umbridge starts firing people and replacing people with cronies from the Ministry"

Goku frowned as they walked into the Great Hall making eye contact with Umbridge

"than Hogwarts will get so much worse"
