It has been weeks since the announcement of Thomas's Birthday and what a string of events had played out since then. High School was done for the summer, and everyone was excited about the summer for waiting visitors to the Island and especially the homestead on Sodor. Sudrian summer 2020.

Three weeks have passed since the announcement of Thomas's birthday, and since then everyone else was more glad since it is now summer and everyone in Thomas's class had passed their finals with their school, all students with face masks had returned once more but on the grounds of the homestead of Thomas and Rosie. Some had been tested in the pole barn with the barn doors open, some were tested in the dining hall balcony where it is open enough to their assigned tests until everyone was finished. Others were being tested under the pavilion that the Queen had knighted both Thomas and the controller while visiting the Island after the duchess made her way to the island for the coming of the queen for her visit.

While every country was in an uproar about an event that happened in the us about bad people do bad things to good people. Thomas and everyone on the Island also have heard about these events and they are also appalled about how anyone can just take a life out of spite. To him, his sister Ariel and girlfriend Rosie could not help but feel empathy to the person who had been wronged by the people who were supposed to prevent something like this happened but did.

Rosie. "My goodness, why did it have to come to this, I thought we were above this by now."

Ariel. "I guess there are those who still believe they can do of what they can even if it is against their laws of the land."

Rosie. "What happened to the constitution, why are so many of American Finest cannot remember a thing about the constitution and what the rights of every living American are?"

Thomas. "I have a feeling the majority of Americans do know what the rights of the people are, just as much as the real police wants to make sure the law is for everyone and not just one side alone."

Edward. "There is still so much about the human element that I still ponder even if I am human now."

Holly. "Too much to know to understand of why such cruelties between people happen as they do, until then I will continue to stand for what I believe in of what is right even those who were supposed to believe in what is right do it for the wrong."

Thomas. "Until we know of what the future may hold, I believe it is best we find a way for our visiting guests a chance to see our island even during these troubled times we are under."

Nia. "Do you believe it is wise to open the Island where so many are still under quarantine and the problem is not over yet."

Rosie. "Thomas and I are still aware that there are problems that are still plaguing the world as we speak Nia. But it is now holiday time for the Island, it is best to get the cabins and the lagoon cabins ready for the tourist who had planned to come here for a return visit from last year."

Thomas. "That means that each and everyone of us are going to pull our weight around to make sure everyone who visits the Island will have a grand time touring to many places around the Island even if it is in our own homestead for a country like feel of the country side of Sodor."

Henry. "Sounds good to me. Anyone willing to help transplant many of the greens that may needed to be planted along the boarding cabins this year?"

Rebecca. "What kind of plants you plan of setting up Henry?"

Emily. "He has a series of berries he hopes to have scattered around the lodging cabins for the Holiday makers. We all hope that allowing our guests to venture out with a chance of how better these berries are grown in the wild vs cultivated berries you find in the supermarket."

Rebecca. "That sounds like fun, how soon will the berries be able to be picked by the tourist Henry?"

Henry. "In A couple of weeks just in time for the Island's first visitors to the Island are to arrive for the Homestead."

James. "sounds good to me, I love the sense of red delicious berries once they are ripened just right under the glowing sun above us all."

Jessica. "Remember brother, there are still plenty of berries to be picked throughout the Homestead, all you have to remember is which of the berries are safe to eat while others are toxic for the body to take in James."

James. "I know I know; I have kept up with my field trials of finding the wild edibles across this homestead of Thomas and Rosie."

Gordon. "since we are unable to return to the rails as engine drive crews, it is best to bring what we learned from that into our grandeur for this place."

Thomas. "Just remember everyone, like the railway we must do of what we can to make things go as much. It will be up to everyone here especially you the humanized star tugs."

Trent Dimes. (ten cents) "No problem Thomas, my crew are ready and waiting at your service my friend."

Shawn Brightly. (Sunshine) "Eh no problem Thomas, we will do to bring out the knowledge of the sea for our visitors to the homestead and the rest of the Island as well."

Oscar Jones. (O.J.) "We will tend to the visitors who come here by vessel my lads."

Zeb Eddie. (Zebedee) "We will do of what we can, as long as the zed stack remembers not to come here to harass our visitors."

Trent. "Oh, we cannot have that now do we Zeb?"

Zeb. "That depends on Zorran."

Oscar. "To think he would have learned by now, but I suppose some are too stubborn to change like that."

Down by the docks and out onto Brendam harbor, the Zed Stacks and the Star tugs are busy loading cargo ships since cruise liners are still out of action. Fearing another lockdown from traveling by ocean liner causing another wave of the virus that is still going around the world.

Big Mac. "Another cargo in the bay and no mishaps by the Zedd Stacks, I have not seen many of them since that fiasco about a new humanized engine appeared on the Island a few weeks ago."

Grampus. "You do not believe they are a bit off because of this virus going around do you Big Mack?"

Big Mac. "You never know Grampus, I know it can hit the human population pretty well, but never know it could strike a vessel no less a tugboat or a few."

Top Hat. "What is this I hear, about the other tugs able to catch that bug that is going around the world is it?"

Big Mac. "Just saying on how the Z Stacks are unable to put up such resistance of creating deviating acts while working the docks as usual."

Warrior. "Come to think of it what do you think those other tugs are up to?"

Big Mac. "Who knows, just as long it does not interfere with the holiday makers to have their visit be spoiled by who knows of what the Z Stacks would do in order to steal our clients away while we work our good names while some of us are creating a living while tending school in the fall winter and ending it in the spring in time for holiday time."

Warrior. "Oh, I would not mind helping them by hauling away their trash to the sudrian Dump." Then Hercules approached to see what his fellow tugs are up to.

Hercules. "It is best bet that our fellow tugs are doing their part of helping the homesteaders while they themselves do their best to keep afloat for the others who had become humanized too my dears."

The question about the Zed Stacks is clear, while much of the Island have been on lockdown, the two other rascals from the mainland have been occupying the Z Stacks base of operations where their boss has been detained by the two thugs known as Baz and Bernie. They along with their humanized engine teen Sonny had the office of the zed stacks to themselves. The owner of the zed stack was held against this will as both Bernie and Baz had helped themselves to their offices to gain any knowledge about up coming events that can help find the right thing to steal then selling them to the highest bidder for the amount of the product can be worth.

Sonny. "All captains of the Z Stacks are secured as you ordered sirs."

Baz. "Took you long enough your sorry excuse of a humanized version of your old iron self-down on the tracks down there."

Bernie. "What event are we supposed to be on the look our again Baz?"

Baz. "We are going to hear all that is going on with this little Island along the Mainland. That way any new ideas for new gadgets and gizmos that could possibly be the latest thing. Once we hear about where and when this event is to be announce that is when we look of what our options are for the taking"

Sonny. "What exactly would I get out of this, since I never ben part of something like this since my release from my engine self?"

Baz. 'You will know soon enough youngster, now keep quiet and make no sound unless I am talking to you. Got it."

Sonny. "Yes, I got it sir." In his thoughts. "I never get any respect from those two, I just hope my coming here is well worth the effort."

Bernie. "Oh, is he going to get something too, I just hope it is enough for all three of us."

Baz. "Quiet Bernie."

Back on the homestead, the controller Sir Topham Hat had arrived to bring an important announcement for his humanized engines. Everyone looked up and noticed this and Thomas gave the announcement.

Thomas. "Listen up everyone the controller has something to say to us!" Then everyone stopped their activity and payed close attention as the controller had stepped out of his car to bring news to the humanized engines.

STH. "Good morning everyone, I know you are preparing your homestead for the holiday makers to our Island, I have news for the drive teams of the engines. Each of you all are able to return to the rails and gain back the knowledge of being part of this reliable, responsible, and really useful railway!" Everyone cheered knowing some of the crews are going back to work on the railway.

Henry. "That is terrific sir!"

Thomas. "Well Ryan it looks like we are able to run the line again."

Ryan. "Oh yes."

STH. "Actually, Thomas Ryan will be supervised by his old drive team to learn of his own controls of his engine self, while you help train a new fireman for your team Thomas."

Thomas. "Really sir, well then who is it then sir?"

Then from behind STH came Flash Sentry who returned to learn about the railways and how to be part of a team.

Flash Sentry. "Hey everyone looks who is becoming part of your world now."

Rosie. "Flash Sentry, you decided to be part of the railway? What about Princess Twilight Sparkle, does she know that you are joining the railway?"

"". "Of course, I do." Everyone turned to see Twilight Sparkle and a returning Sunset shimmer with another Twilight Sparkle from Canterlot high school. "Except this is not the Flash Sentry you all know; this is the one where my canterlot high school counterpart is from. As you can see, he only knows about you through Sunset Shimmer, it gave him an opportunity to try out something he always wanted and to become part of an engine crew."

Sci Twi. "I am here to see this place for myself as well as my friends from our world too."

Everyone on the homestead has see all the Canterlot versions of their pony friends from Equestria and decided to come here to visit this place after asking the princes twilight about coming here for a visit for themselves.

EGs. "HI!" Everyone from Applejack, Pinky Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy, and even the EG version of the Cutie mark crusaders. Everyone of the girls were in awe of the surroundings and cannot help but to explore this place and learn much from is while the summer is in full swing

Sunset Shimmer. "Everyone these are my friends from the world where I call home. As you can see, they almost resemble the ponies from Equestria, the only difference is that the one known as twilight is known to us as Sci Twi, since she is more into science than magic."

Percy. "Wow now that the ponies are back into their world busy of what they needed to get done, we can have some fun while their Canterlot high school counterparts are here for the summer with us."

Emily. "Are you planning of using he pony dormer for your sleeping arrangements?'

Princess Twilight Sparkle. "While my friends from my world take up the upper rooms of the dormers. WE find it fitting for them to take the lower dormers since they are empty of anyone."

Thomas. "That will be interesting, however we need to make sure you all know of what has been going on from some time now. Has the Princess managed to announce to you about the problems that have been plaguing around our world before you all came here?"

Princess Twilight Sparkle. "I have and had told them of what to do while all of this is going on."

Fluttershy. "It is terrible to hear of how so many have already died from this illness."

Polly Stone. "Just remember of traveling along our Island, remember to bring with you some personal protective gear, and to remember social distancing."

Rainbow Dash. "Don't you worry we know."

Rarity. "Not to mention on how I managed to make these face masks with these specialized prints to give to all our friends while traveling to special locations around the island for our vacation darlings."

Pinky Pie. "Not to mention if there are going to be any special activities that may include a party or two."

Applejack. "After hearing it from Sunset shimmer about this homestead of Thomas and Rosie, I thought I take a peek for myself about this place. I like it so far you two."

Rosie. "Thank you Applejack, now why not for some of our friends who are not going down by the railway, show you girls all around the homestead while those who works for the railway head down to the engines and start out jobs?"

Thomas. "As you all know that this will be the start of the summer season, My sister Ariel, James's sister Jessica and her lover Jasper can help you understand all you need to know about helping out while my friends and I help the railway out. This will mean a bit more income for the summer."

Rainbow Dash. "Not only that we brought along our instruments to bring a bit of our music time while we visit here."

Molly. "OH, now that will be fun to hear."

Pinky Pie. "Maybe I can head down to the Station too maybe I can set up a sweet shop while I am here."

Oliver. "There are already some shops at Knapfford Pinky, maybe you may want to operate in the sweet treat shop they have in there."

Applejack. "Now you do not mind if I bring in some of my family's best apples to share at that stations you had mentioned Oliver? It could help boost the business for my family farm."

STH. "That will be up to me and I need to see where I can find a spot for you and your pony version of yourself."

Princess Twilight Sparkle. "not to mention of how it will be impossible of telling both you and your pony self apart since you both look alike with similar attires."

Sunset shimmer. "Also, you will know that we are not all herbivores here, with the exception of Fluttershy here."

Henry. "Not to worry, I have a feeling she is just like the other Fluttershy, but not as sensitive as her pony part."

Fluttershy. "it is true that I have better understanding about how things work for the human world than my pony self does. But I still have my standards on how I view cuddling and cute animals who we may see as pets, and I have a better stomach that she does."

James. "Good then we do not have to keep hiding many of our main courses during dinner time then."

Sci Twi. "I heard from Sunset that you all are pretty talented in hosting any events that may come to Sodor."

Ariel. "Only when we are asked to host it for the various friends we have on the island."

Thomas. "Well enough will all of this. Flash are you ready to get your feet wet in your training in becoming part of my engine crew?"

Flash. "That I am, I have a lot to learn about."

STH. "How much you do Flash, now Thomas I expect you to teach him all you know since your time as fireman."

Thomas. "I will sir, I be more than happy to teach him all I knew before my becoming driver on my old shell."

Sunset Shimmer. "While you are on the railway Flash, we will learn all we need to do while earning an income of taking part in the summer events here."

Nia. "I can help you in knowing of what you need to know."

Rebecca. "And I can help Applejack to learn about the animals here."

Applejack. "I be obliged Rebecca, I recon that know my way around any farm as long as you point out where you keep the feed and supplies here sugarcube,"

Toby. "Polly, Percy, Mavis and I attend the cattle up the trails to the feeding range. We spend much of the summer range riding to keep an eye on Thomas's cattle for his homestead needs."

Rainbow Dash. "Really, you have a range riding on this homestead?"

Edward. "We also hosts some trail rides to the homestead feeding range, plus our humanized tug friends are down by the lagoon to help with Charter cruises for those who want to travel around the island for a boat cruise."

Apple Bloom. "Whoa Cool, that would be a fun way to learn about the Island by boat side."

Sweetie Bell. "Oh yeah, I wonder where else we can find out more about his place besides that of here."

"". "You could ask us about our place in the hills if you like Sweetie Bell." Everyone turned to see the humanized Narrow-Gauge boys come up to see what the news is about and what is to become of this summer.

Rosie. "hello Skarlowey, as you can see these are the Canterlot High School versions of our pony friends, only I do not believe you are called Cutie Mark Crusaders since you have no cutie marks like your counter parts do."

Scoot A Loo. "Actually, we are known as the Canterlot Mini Crusaders, since we are growing, we are considered Mini wondercolts of our school."

Luke. "Well now that is interesting to say the least."

Peter Sam. "WE can show you all around the hills of our railway and to let you all know about the sites there."

Applejack. "not so fast just yet sugar cube, we just started coming here for this summer while our pony counterparts are attending to matters into their own world."

Rarity, "I for one would like to take it one at a time darling, I want to learn about this homestead before wandering around in seeing the sights of Sodor. As for me I would like to take time to find inspirations for my next line of wardrobe for the fall."

STH. "Well anyways those who run the trains must report to the station by morning to start your runs first in the morning. Sleep while you can for tonight, tomorrow will start to bring life to the Island again." Everyone else had gave their goodbyes to the controller as the rest of the homesteaders helped the girls get settled while Princess Twilight Sparkle gave a goodbye to Sunset shimmer and to the rest of the Equestrian girls before returning to her own world to attend problems there."

Thomas, Percy. and Toby helped the girls get settle While Gordon, James and Henry helped with the preparations for the Holiday makers to the Island. Every cabin, and camp site were cleaned and tidied up. Down by the lagoon boat house, the humanized tugs got the supplies from Warrior who came up to help stock up their shelves in the general store. It is here where visitors can stock up on essential and supplies for those who plan to camp out in the sudrian wilderness. There are even areas where those can dock their boats. The dining hall was also being stocked up with plenty of food and supplies to help keep the area in good conditions. The trails have been marked; the camp stations have been in place. The historical bush crafted homes that Olive had created have been posted in case of those who wanted a sense of a period before the railways came to the Island.

Everyone was getting ready for the summer ahead; Baz and Bernie are waiting for a special even that has yet to be know to the island. The girls from Canterlot High had decided to come this year while the ponies attend to matters into their own world. How long do you believe the calm will last before someone became wise about some unfriendly people that are amongst themselves?
