Previously on Goku and the Tome of Piccolo this happened
Dumbledore nodded "you are correct you may be able to fire members of my staff but you cannot remove them from the castle that power is mine alone"
Umbridges smile turned into a thin line as she nodded "for now"
Dumbledore looked to Professor McGonagall "Minerva please assist Sybil back to her room" Minerva nodded helping the sobbing teacher "thank you Albus" Professor Trelawney said through her tears as she passed
Professor Dumbledore looked to the students "well don't just stand there this is a school not a theater go to your classes" Professor Dumbledore said before turning and returning to the castle
Harry and the others walked inside "this isn't good Professor Trelawney is a member of the order" Hermione said
"She is" the three males in the group said Hermione sighed
"of course she is all of the faculty are well with the exception of Professor Binns if Umbridge starts firing people and replacing people with cronies from the Ministry"
Goku frowned as they walked into the Great Hall making eye contact with Umbridge
"than Hogwarts will get so much worse

Chapter Thirteen
Once the Hogwarts Express arrived at Kings Cross Station Goku Harry and Ruby split off from their friends and were heading toward sthe entrance when Goku was ambushed pulled into a bone crushing hold that he couldn't escape
His concerned mothers hug
"Are you alright do we need to see a healer" Lily said concerned as she looked Goku head to toe "oh my baby"
"Mum stop" Goku said "I'm fine I don't need to see a healer"
Lily let go of Goku looking him in the eye with her patented mum glare the kind she got from years of being married to James Potter and raising children with him "that's not what Ruby's letter said" Lily hissed angrily
Goku and Harry looked to their Hufflepuff sister who shrugged while picking through a box of Bertie Botts every flavor beans "you might have gotten Hermione to keep quiet big brother but you didn't get me" Ruby said nonchalantly popping a bean in her mouth "mmm roast beef" Ruby said happily
Lily glared at her sons for a second before letting out a breath "we'll discuss this at home" Goku and Harry looked to each other before Goku grabbed his siblings trunks carrying them as he followed behind Lily
"Oh and Goku don't think I'm the only one who knows about your lie of omission"
Goku gulped nervously "does Dad know" Lily nodded "he does and so do your Godparents and your Grandparents"
Goku's heart skipped a beat Fasha being mad was bad enough but her AND his Grandmother oh Goku was in trouble
Harry pat Goku on the back "it was nice knowing you little brother"
"I'M GOING TO CRUCIFY THAT FOUL LITTLE TOAD" echoed through the Order of the Phoenix headquarters making Goku's ears ring as Fasha looked furious enough to trigger the transformation into a super saiyan
"HOW DARE THAT PENCIL PUSHING HAG POISON MY GRANDSON WITH THAT FOUL POTION I'LL MAKE HER WISH SHE NEVER APPLIED FOR WORK AT THE MINISTRY" Emily Potter roared with enough anger to cast a thousand killing curses
Sirius looked to Ricard "are you getting involved with this" Sirius whispered Richard nodded "in a moment let them work off enough anger to think rationally" James and Sirius nodded appreciatively until Remus hearing the conversation walked over "not to be rude Mr. Potter but do you think that will work with a Saiyan"
Richard shrugged "I haven't the slightest idea Remus"
After a few more minutes of angry yells and sadistic plans of vengeance Richard stood over walking over to his wife "my dear I'm sure you can come up with a plan to utterly destroy this woman" Richard said "as for you Fasha she is unfortunately protected from your wrath by the law for now"
Fasha looked at Richard for a second before it dawned on the Saiyan woman "I like the way you humans think" she said with a grin
Richard than looked to Goku "as for you young man you have to get packing if you want to make it to Papaya Island" Goku scratched his head "uh Grandpa why am I going to Papaya Island"
"Isn't it obvious the Tenkaiichi Budokai is this year or have you forgotten" Goku nodded "honestly I kind of did but should I really go with everything going on"
James nodded "that's exactly why you competed in the last two tournaments with the Ministry looking for any reason to get rid of you we can't act suspiciously plus Dumbledore suspects that the last tournament was used by Marvel as a cover to conduct some kind of mission undetected"
Goku nodded "I get it dad"
James nodded ruffling Goku's messy hair "plus it's either that or being grounded for lying" James said giving a stern dad glare which even James will admit is no where near as good as Lily's angry glare
"I didn't lie I just didn't say anything" Goku defended himself
"A lie of omission is still a lie son" James pointed out "now go pack your bags"
Goku nodded heading to his quarters Goku grabbed a bag and stuffed two of his folded up Gi's into it along with a case of root beer for after the Portkey trip to Papaya Island Goku didn't know why but root beer always made him feel better after having to use magical forms of transportation plus it tasted good really good
"So how much trouble are you in" Harry asked stepping into the quarters
Goku shrugged "not as much as I thought Grandma and Fasha are plotting how to get rid of Umbridge"
Harry shuddered "is it wrong that I feel sorry for her" Harry asked before the two brothers laughed "it get's worse since Grandpa is getting involved too" Goku and Harry shuddered in fear before they laughed "a Potter looks after his own"
Goku nodded "I know so are you going to participate in the tournament this year you might be able to get into the finals as long as you keep your glasses on your face"
"Ha ha your hilarious" Harry said sarcastically "but if you want I'll participate to watch your back" Harry held out his fist Goku met his fist "and I'll watch yours"
