"I don't like this" Goku said crossing his arms as he looked to his brother sister and friends "I really don't like this plan"
Harry smiled at Goku "ok come on Goku how often do our plans go wrong" he asked
"A LOT THEY GO WRONG A LOT" Goku shouted remembering all the times they've nearly got in trouble over the years "attacks in the bathroom infiltrating the Slytherins dorm going after Sirius Jeddah the Tenkaiichi Budokai if this plan goes wrong"
Hermione put a reassuring hand on Goku's shoulder "it won't Goku" the werewolf said soothingly "we have every contingency in place"
Ruby leaned over to Ron "five galleons they hook up before summer" she whispered
"I ain't got five galleons to bet" Ron whispered back "how bout two galleons and a sickle" Ron haggled
"Three galleons and a sickle" Ruby wagered
"Two galleons and my supply of chocolate frogs" Ron wagered back
"My supply of chocolate frogs and I'll match it with my own and a limited edition box of Every Flavor Beans" Ruby whispered back
"Deal" they said Ron looked at Ruby "I would have done it for the three galleons"
"I would have done it for the frogs" Ruby whispered back
Meanwhile the other members of their friend group looked oddly at the two
"How do they know who wins and when" Harry asked completely and utterly bamboozled
Hermione shook her head rubbing her temples "just don't think about it" she said "just don't"
"Agreed" Goku said not wanting to think about snogging Hermione right now not when they were dealing with more important issues like getting rid of Umbridge than he could think about snogging Hermione
Wait where did that come from Goku shook his head
"You alright there bro" Harry asked
Goku nodded uneasily "fine I'm fine just run me through the plan one more time I want to think"
Ruby snorted "since when do you think bro your plans usually involve punching things until they can't get back up" she said pointing out a flaw in Saiyan battle strategy
"I think" Goku said about Hermione "about food mostly"
Harry his siblings and his friends laughed at that as they once again went over the plan to a worried Goku this was going to work they had a secret weapon on their side and Umbridge was going to go down like the Lusitania
Or the Chudley Cannons chances of winning the National Quidditch Cup
In the great hall Goku was sitting with Ruby at the Hufflepuff table eating his breakfast Goku was eating a tender piece of roast lamb when he heard something behind him what sounded like a fight Ruby tapped him on the shoulder "give it a moment"
Goku nodded "understood"
This was all part of the plan Goku knew that but that didn't mean he had to like it
"How does it feel scarhead death just seems to follow your family doesn't it" Malfoy laughed "I wonder who'll be next a Weasley the Mudblood who'll join your grandfather and the blood traitor Lovegood in the afterlife"
Goku stood up furiously he stormed over to the Gryffindor table throwing his fist back he punched Draco in the face "never talk about Luna again" Draco rushed to his feet throwing a punch of his own their ki began to build
"Enough" Professor Dumbledore yelled his own ki flaring through the room as he stopped the two before they could begin a fight that would tear apart the the Great Hall
"This is a school not a battle arena" Professor Dumbledore said furiously "there will be serious consequences for this"
"Heh hem" Professor Umbridge said having the audacity again to interrupt Albus Dumbledore again
"Mr. Malfoy was only defending himself from a savage animal" Professor Umbridge said sweetly to Malfoy as sweetly as a poison dart frog "if anyone should be punished it should be the Saiyan a punishment I would love to administer personally"
"Now hold on Dolores" Professor McGonagall said in barely controlled anger "you can't just allow Mr. Malfoy to get away with everything he said and did"
"As High Inquisitor Minerva I can override any and all punishments" Umbridge said passive aggressively to the Scottish Witch "I thought that you would have understood that by now" Umbridge said grabbing Goku painfully by the tail
"Come with me Saiyan it's time you got exactly what you deserved" Professor Umbridge said ignoring Goku's cries of pain as she pulled him by the tail out of the great hall
Umbridge practically threw Goku into her office "you know" Goku said standing up rubbing his tail "saying please works better than grabbing people"
Umbridge hissed "silence you disgusting animal after all these years waiting for you to do something stupid I can finally have my revenge" Umbridge
Goku frowned "revenge" he asked "revenge for what"
Umbridge pulled out her wand hitting Goku in the chest with a curse "for humiliating me four years ago when you dared to have a position of power in Hogwarts a filthy animal a CHILD having power over me the undersecretary to the minister of magic" the cat plates on the walls began to shake some falling off with a cracked meow
"I thought pushing that law through the Wizengamont would be the end of you but no all you did was get sacked" Umbridge said "and you were allowed in for a theoretical education" Umbridge said disgusted at the idea of anyone understanding the theories of magic
"I knew I had to dispose of you before you got your OWL's so I tried it all sending Dementors after your blood traitor brother torture but no you didn't break it seemed patience is a virtue since Mr. Malfoy did my noble work for me" Professor Umbridge said "and so easily if only I had known to mention Lovegoods dead brat sooner I could have been rid of you and ended the Halfbreed Saiyans before you could pollute the magical world with your bloodline"
Goku growled "your sick"
"And you will never see another day" Umbridge said pointing her wand at Goku "not after the killing curse any last words"
Goku coughed "well" he said with Albus Dumbledore's voice "I've always wondered why people ask that question outside of the theatre I doubt you'd care to hear Goku's final words that is if he were hear for you to hear them"
Behind Umbridge the office door opened in came the Potters and Goku followed by a group of aurors with the head of the department of magical law enforcement herself Amelia Bones
"Did you get all of that Amelia" Dumbleku asked Amelia nodded
"Every bloody word Albus" Amelia said looking perplexed it was weird seeing her old headmaster in the form of Goku "Tonks Shack cuff her"
Two aurors came forth and cuffed Umbridge while Dumbleku walked over to the actual Goku
"And you my boy how were the OWL's I remember they can be quite draining" he asked Goku yawned
"I think I passed which means I'm free" Goku said "no more school for me no more school for me"
Dumbleku laughed "I feel you should wait for your results to be sure but now" Dumbleku pulled out his wand "Priori incantatem"
Dumbleku changed before their eyes from a transfigured Goku into his white bearded self
"Polyjuice potion" Umbridge wailed "that's an illegal potion"
Dumbledore shook his head "no my deal Dolores merely transfiguration polyjuice only creates a human disguise" Dumbledore put a hand on Goku's hair "which Son Goku is not a human he is a Saiyan"
"You struck a student a heir to an ancient pureblood house" Umbridge yelled
"Stage fighting which reminds me fifteen points to Slytherin for an excellent performance" Dumbledore said "I would say twenty but I took five points for the language and speaking ill of the dead"
Umbridge just yelled furiously and incoherently
"You won't get away with this" Umbridge said hatefully
"And now because of your own words your going to pay for threatening our SON" James and Lily said furiously
"I will be free and that halfbreed vermin will pay for mocking a pureblood" Umbridge said hatefully "he had to be taught a lesson he still need to be taught a lesson I'll kill him I'll kill him I'LL KILL HIM" Umbridge shouted madly
"That is quite unlikely" Emily said angrily she didn't look like she'd been sleeping well but than again who would after the death of their husband of over seventy years "I will be devoting all of my time and effort for your case in making sure your thrown into the darkest cell in Azkhaban"
"Take her away" Bones said the aurors taking her at wandpoint out of Hogwarts it was very unlikely anyone would ever see Dolores Umbridge again
Far above Hogwarts in an orbiting space ship Lord Marvel grinned as he held an ancient book in his hand
Frieza walked into the room impatiently "I grow tired of waiting Marvel" Frieza said "you promised me immortality with your magic now give it to me or die"
Lord Marvel grinned "of course Lord Frieza" he said turning to face him charismatically "but first a history lesson this tome is a grimoire of the most powerful of dark magics the tome of Piccolo"
Frieza was not particularly interested in the history lesson "how utterly droll and does this tome of piccolo have the power to grant eternal life or not"
Lord Marvel smirked "in a matter of speaking it can" he said opening the tome he began to recite "ka na de ko no uy a me de ka Piccolo" he said Frieza's body began to glow but something felt wrong he didn't feel immortal he felt the opposite what was happening
Marvel smirked
"Damn you Marvel what have you done to me" Frieza yelled aiming his finger firing a death beam Marvel deflected the beam "it was nothing personal 'lord' Frieza I turned your body into a vessel a vessel for me my soul to spend an eternity ruling the world"
Frieza yelled hatefully as his soul left his body and Lord Marvels went into it walking over he picked up the tome snapping his fingers proper robes appeared over what was once Frieza's body he smirked evilly picking up the tome
"Now than the endgame is upon us"
You heard the evil space wizard the endgame is upon us next time a thrilling double update the final battle who will win who will lose considering this is Dragon ball Z and Harry Potter crossovered you know plenty of people aren't guaranteed to live to see the Epilogue
