"I do Ruby I really do" Astoria said angrily "he's the reason Luna's dead"

Goku glared at that "I didn't kill Luna" Goku said furiously that Daphnes sister would even dare make an accusation like that Astoria glared at him

"Of course it's your fault" Astoria yelled "she followed you around the world her death is on your hands" Astoria yelled furiously pointing her wand at Goku there was nothing but hate in her eyes "and your going to pay for it diffindo" she shouted casting the cutting curse

"Protego" Ruby called out casting the shield charm a cut appeared in Ruby's shield "Lumos Maxima" the Hufflepuff called creating a bright flash Astoria shrieked covering her eyes Goku rushed forward knocking Astoria out with a chop to the neck Astoria's sleeve came up when she fell showing a black M on the inside of her wrist

Goku's eyes widened "is that what I think it is" Ruby asked

Goku nodded "we need to get to the headmaster if she's been marked there might be other students" Goku picked up the vengeful Slytherin carrying her over his shoulders rushing down the castle hall Ruby nodded following after her big brother without an argument this time

Not when the enemy was in the castle

Everyone had heard the ultimatum from Marvel even the deaf would have heard it anyone with even the slightest ability to sense ki would have felt the destruction he had unleashed upon the Forbidden Forest

Harry and Ron nearly fell to their knees Hermione had to move quickly catching them Harry's invisibility cloak nearly falling off of the three of them "that wasn't human" Harry said in a pained voice "I don't know what it was but it wasn't human"

"When has that freak ever been human" Ron said standing back on his feet with Hermiones help "thanks Mione"

"Always" Hermione said before she gripped harder on to Harry

"Harry James Potter don't you even think about it" she said sternly but clearly Harry was thinking about turning himself in to Marvel to keep the people in the castle safe "I mean it Harry don't" Hermione growled

Ron nodded "she's right mate a lunatic trying to wipe out all the muggles in the world won't just leave Hogwarts alone"

Before Harry had the chance to say anything else his other siblings ran in with an unconscious Astoria Greengrass slung over Goku's shoulder

Wait why did Goku have an unconscious Astoria Greengrass with him

Goku and Ruby stopped where an invisible golden trio were standing "oh there you guys are"

Harry pulled down the hood showing the trio from the neck up "how did you know we were here" Harry asked

"We heard Hermione yelling at Harry not to do something stupid" Goku and Ruby said together Harry looked sheepish while Goku looked serious

"Look we have to get to the great hall now we have trouble" Goku said Ruby showed everyone Astoria's arm Ron and Harry's eyes narrowed seeing that

"Bloody hell" Ron said stunned

"You said it mate" Harry said his eyes narrowing even without his Olloverdes Harry could see the dark magic radiating off of the mark on Astoria's arm "we need to tell the Headmaster" Goku said "if there's one infiltrator"

"Then there's likely more" Hermione finished before the five of them ran in the direction of the Great Hall

The Great Hall was in chaos spells flying between the hall towards either the Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff tables which were being used this was the chaotic scene Goku and the others walked in on

Goku's eyes widened dodging a wild spell that came out of nowhere "well it's too late to warn the headmaster"

"Understatement of the year" Hermione said casting a shield charm to protect them from spell fire as they moved Ron and Harry pulled out their wands "which side is bloody which" Ron said

"I don't know manslayer why don't you figure it out" Hermione said straining to keep her shield up as blast after blast came at her shield charm Ruby added her own shield charm overlapping it with Hermione's keeping it up while Harry Goku and Ron kept their eyes open trying to figure out who was who

"Harry" Myrtle called from behind the Hufflepuff table along with Myrtle were Ginny Chichi Daphne and other members of Dumbledore's army Harry Ron grinned now they knew where to hit moving with the shield up Harry and Ron cast stunner after stunner at the apparent enemy kneeling down behind the Hufflepuff table

"What's going on" Harry asked "what happened here"

Myrtle shook her head "we don't know one minute we're all in the great hall the Professors leave then there's Neville took a curse protecting me while we made a barricade"

"We've been focused on protecting the first years" Daphne added seeing Astoria "why do you have my sister" she asked protectively

"Because she tried to cut down my brother" Ruby cut in before a fight could start Daphne looked heartbroken but picked Astoria off Goku's shoulder hitting her with a leg locker curse

Goku looked over to see Neville being cared for by Pravati and Hannah Abbot first years were hidden behind a wall of students using the shield charm

'Harry's a good teacher' Goku thought he reached out with his senses he felt maybe ten or fifteen enemies "Harry can you check to make sure there aren't any other infiltrators"

Harry silently activated the Oloverdes looking at the students on their side he shook their head "we're good" Harry said looking over to the other table "they're all over there"

Goku punched his palm "good makes it easy for me" flaring his ki Goku leapt over the Hufflepuff table rushing forward bobbing and weaving around spells Goku leapt high into the air letting ki coat his hands "Slytherin Fangs" Goku shouted leaping over the Ravenclaw table he moved quickly flipping and dodging spellfire he quickly cut through his targets

Their wands there were a couple who tried to fight him hand to hand but they were quickly kicked away Goku flared his ki letting his eyes turn teal for a second "surrender now"

"You won't win Saiayn" one seventh year said "Marvel will win"

Goku frowned "not without a fight"

Outside the apparaition wards a group of wizards apparated stepping towards Hogwarts followed by dark creatures werewolves vampires dementors death drones behind them were aliens

One by one they all parted ways for Lord Marvel as he appeared looking to Hogwarts "such a shame to destroy this place" Marvel said sounding sad "but we can always rebuild"
