I was going to start this chapter with a quote by Winston Churchill but I didn't find any that would fit with Harry Potter so I'm just going to move on and start the authors note and just get on with the chapter

Goku and the Tome of Piccolo
Spellfire rained down on the shields cast by Headmaster Dumbledore in a never ending bombardment Albus watched the flashes from his place in the headmasters office "Minerva it's time" Albus said
Professor McGonagall nodded "yes Headmaster" she said pulling out her wand moving it in an elaborate motion "locomotor motis" across the castle suits of armor came to life statues broke away from the walls and began to march in formation banging their stone swords against their shields "Hogwarts is under threat" Professor Dumbledore cried out with a magically magnified voice "do your duty towards our school"
Professor Flitwick came into the office "headmaster we have an issues" the Headmaster looked to the half goblin professor
"What is it Filius" Professor McGonagall asked
The head of Ravenclaw house frowned "we had infiltrators across the houses they targeted the first years Mr. Potter and Goku were able to protect the students"
Headmaster Dumbledore nodded "have the students placed in the dungeon continue the evacuation" Professor Flitwick nodded
"Yes Headmaster" he said before rushing out
Lord Marvel frowned the old goat's shields were more powerful then he gave credit for but it would be no matter he would break through them he was the greatest practioner of Dark Magic the world had ever seen even now his dark storm had reached a muggle village and burnt it to ash it would continue on until it covered all of the British Isles
And then the world would be truly pure
All thanks to the Tome of Piccolo
Goku looked out past the shield to see Lord Marvels army trying to break through the shield Goku knew that it wasn't going to last much longer already the death drones and Marvels other dark creatures were fighting with the transfigured statues brought to life by Professor McGonagall Goku didn't even know transfiguration could do anything
It was cool behind the young Saiyan was Professor Sprout Snape Hagrid were the second line followed by members of the order the shield began to crack and weaken before in a flash of light brighter then the killing curse it shattered
Goku tensed up preparing for a fight transforming into Super Saiyan straight away Goku flew forward tearing through the death drones with animal like ferocity Goku brought his hands together a ball of ki forming between them "Kame hame haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" Goku yelled firing the signature attack of the turtle school into the hordes of wizards
Behind him the Heads of houses were flew into the battle casting spells curses and ki attacks at the armies Goku threw a punch hitting a dark wizard Goku turned and fired a blast at another wizard
A blasting curse hit Goku in the back pushing Goku back
"Watch yer back Goku" Hagrid called barreling into a dark wizard Professor Sprout leapt in front of the Saiyan and the half giant punching the ground "volcanic slam" she called out ki burst from the ground
More and more dark wizards surged forward death drones aliens and creatures by the hundreds by the thousands from the air aliens in strange armor flew up firing ki blasts at the castle bits of the thousand year old building were blonw away in the blast members of the order fired spells into the air Marvels alien soldiers dodged blocked or counter fired
This wasn't going well Goku thought this wasn't going well in the slightest for them Goku flew up punching and ripping through the aliens ironically reenacting his biological father Bardocks last stand against the forces of Frieza
Complete with Frieza or at least it was once Frieza now it was something worse something much much worse
Marvel
"Hello Son Goku" Marvel greeted with pointed fangs like a snake flashing forward faster then the eye could see throwing a punch that hit Goku in the stomach Goku gasped as he flew back crashing into a parapet Marvel floated forward casually
"The last time I faced you" Marvel said "you were but a baby"
Marvel smirked "now you are older stronger and will be much more entertaining to watch the life leave your eyes"
Goku grit his teeth "don't bet on it" Goku flared his ki bursting away from the parapet he flew at Marvel punching and kicking him away from the castle towards the dark light Goku held his hand above his head firing a powerful ki blast water rose up raining down on Goku Marvel rose up from the water the only sign of damage was his signed cloak
"All that and what did you accomplish Son Goku" Marvel said "now it's my turn" Marvel flew forward swinging his tail it wrapped around Goku's neck swinging Goku down towards the dark wizards foot Marvel kicked Goku in the chin sending him plummeting towards the lake Marvel flew down towards Goku punching him in the face Goku brought his hands up towards his face shielding his eyes
"Solar Flare" Goku yelled creating a flash of light Marvel hissed covering his eyes Goku took the opportunity to kick Marvel away
Marvel hissed angrily "you little brat Crucio" he shouted unleashing the torture curse on Goku making the Saiyan scream out in pain Marvel then kicked the young Saiyan again and again before blasting him in the stomach with one of Frieza's death beams Goku screamed out Marvel smirked evilly kicking Goku in the stomach sending him skipping across the lake like a stone he crashed into the shore
Goku pushed himself onto his feet Marvel floated towards Goku victoriously his hand glowing with ki "you put on an amusing show Saiyan scum but now I am the victor" Marvel boasted "I must admit I've made so many kills I've lost count of them all I've lost the sensation of savoring the kill"
Marvel put his hand up his finger glowing with dark energy "but I'm going to greatly enjoy this" he gloated
Goku stared defiantly as he tried to push himself up onto his feet Marvel smirked stomping down on Goku's chest with his foot Goku heard bones breaking "any last words Son Goku" he asked "perhaps you'd like to beg for mercy"
Goku growled "I won't give you the pleasure"
Marvel smirked "no I suppose not-" a figure leapt at Marvel knocking him away from Goku
A figure with four legs and a tail
"Goku" Harry and Ron said helping Goku to his feet "are you ok"
Goku nodded painfully "ask me again when my ribs stop hurting" Goku said watching a strange brown wolf rip at Marvel Goku's eyes widened there was only one person it could be
"No is that Hermione" the Saiyan "but it's not a full moon"
"Hermione's been taking Wolfsbane just in case for days" Ron explained "all she needed was to figure out how to make a fake moon"
Goku shook his head only Hermione Granger could figure something like that out
Marvel pushed the snarling werewolf off of him "how dare you touch me dark creature" he said blasting at her
"Protego" Ron called making a shield charm in front of Hermione Goku and Harry leapt at Marvel throwing a rapid series of punches Marvel blocked or dodged all of the punches
Harry ducked down onto his knees Hermione leapt over his shoulders pouncing at Marvel forcing him back where Ron was waiting a knife in his hand he leapt down aiming the knife at the nape of Marvels neck
"ENOUGH" Marvel shouted creating an explosive wave of ki that pushed all of his opponents back Marvel seethed angrily
"How dare any of you think you can touch me" Marvel shouted furiously "I am the immortal lord Marvel I am the greatest practitioner or Dark Magic this world has ever seen" Marvel held up his hand "I will not allow myself to be beaten by blood traitors or halfbreeds"
Marvel took out a book lightning came crashing down towards Goku
The Saiyan braced himself for impact 'so long everyone' Goku thought a furry blur ran up shoulder checking him Goku rolled across the ground Goku looked up to see something that made his heart stop
A fried Hermione laying catatonically
"HERMIONE" Goku Harry and Ron yelled Harry's eyes glowed ominously his olloverdes on full display
"HoW dAre YOu" Harry hissed energy spiking in his voice randomly
Goku wasn't that far off "how dare you" he said bioelectrity sparking off his body
"HOW DARE YOU" the two brothers shouted their ki flaring more powerfully Harry's ki glowed green like his Olloverdes Goku was a super Saiyan again but this time his hair was spikier closer together his eyes harder
"Ron get Hermione out of here" Harry ordered Ron nodded grabbing Hermione he ran off towards the castle Marvel tried to blast them in the back but Harry moved faster then Marvel could see deflecting the blast while Goku punched him in the stomach making him keel over before flying back
When Marvel looked up the look in the two young mens eyes haunted him it promised death and destruction
"You die today Marvel" the two brothers said
And this is the chapter one more the epilogue and then we're done
