Author's Note: Hey guys in the chapter you are going to get a big surprise that you though would have never happened. I hope you guys enjoy this chapter and I will being starting back up on my other stories to, so if you haven't already read my other stories please go ahead and read them and leave comments. The night of the dinner at the Cyrus house everyone is getting ready for their guests to come. "Now daddy behave, I don't want what happened last time to happen again." Miley said to her father in a warning tone.

"Honey it wasn't that bad."

Miley looks at him seriously and likes her crazy. "You got in a fist fight and you tried to shoot my boyfriend." Miley stated.

"That's because Liam is a jerk. I knew he was going to hurt you. That's why I tried to break you guys up."

Tish looks at her husband. "How did you know he was a jerk?" She asked him.

"From the way he looked at Noah." Billy Ray said with a sign.

Miley stops setting the table and looks at him along with her mom. "How did he look at Noah?" Miley asked.

Billy Ray signs more deeply this time. "Like he wanted her. I knew something was up with him." He said.

"What do you mean?" Tish asked now worried.

"I wasn't going to tell you guys. I mean he was gone and out of Miley's life." He said walking over to a chest drawer and pulls it open pulling something out. "Liam is a sex offender." He said showing him the papers.

Miley looks at him in shock and looks at the papers. "Oh god. How come I didn't see this? He was always looking at little girls but I thought that was because he wanted a daughter." Miley said.

Billy Ray shakes his head. "I'm just glad Noah was never alone with him."

Miley's eyes widening. "Miley what is wrong?" Tish asked her daughter looking at her.

Miley has tears in her eyes. "I did leave Noah with him."

"What when?" He dad asked worried.

"I had promise Noah that I would cook her favorite food for dinner and I had to run to the store and she was sleeping and I didn't want to wake her, so left her with Liam and when I came back went up to her room she was crying-" Miley stops. "Oh God. Noah!" She said running up the stairs to Noah's room. "Noah?"

Noah is sitting on her bed when Miley comes in. She looks up and smiles but then it falls. "Why are you crying Miley?" Noah asks.

Miley sits next to her on the bed. "Noah I want you to be honest with me." Miley said and Noah's nods. "Did Liam ever touch you anywhere he wasn't supposed to?" Noah looks at her and burst into tears nodding. Miley starts crying harder. "Why didn't you tell me?"

"H..he said i.. if I told an..anyone he wil..will kill you. I didn't want you to die."

Miley pulls her into a hug. "Shh don't cry Noah. It's not your fought it's mines for leaving you with him." Miley said crying and she kissed the top of her head.

Billy Ray is at the door with Tish. "It's not your fought miles. You trusted him and he did something that was wrong in so many ways." He said.

Demi walks in the room. "Hey how come-"She started but stopped when she looked at Miley. "What's wrong miles?" She asked.

Miley gets up. "Nothing." She walks towards the door. "I'm going out for some air." She said then leaves out of the room.

Demi looks at Noah. "Noah what's wrong? Why are you crying and what is up with miles?" Demi asked looking at everyone but they say nothing. "Please someone tell me what's going on because Miley has driven off with a baseball bat."

"What?" Billy Ray said looking out the window to see Miley's car driving away. "She's going to hurt that boy. We have to stop her. Demi come with me she will listen to you. Tish stay here with Noah. Come on Demi I will tell you what's going on on the way." He said as they left the room.

Tish sits next to Noah on the bed. "You ok?"

Noah shakes her head. "Miley's going to die now." She said crying harder. "He said if I ever told, no matter when, if he was to find out I told anyone then he was going to kill her."

"Miley is not going to die baby girl." Tish said pulling Noah into a tight hug.

Noah pushes Tish away and yells. "Yes she is! And it's all my fought!"

Tish pulls her back into the tight hug. "Miley is going to be ok. You will see."

Meanwhile Nock is at home about to leave. "Justin Buddy is you ready?"

Justin comes downstairs. "Yea. Do you think Ms. Cyrus will like the picture I drew for her?" Justin asked showing him the picture.

Nick smiles. "She will love it." Nick said them put his and Justin's jacket on. "Come one lets go." He said walking out of the house and getting into the car and drives off the Miley's house and gets out with Justin and walks up to the door.

"Can I ring the doorbell daddy?"

"Yea." Nick said picking him up and he ring the doorbell so puts him down.

Noah opens the door. "Oh Nick, ummm… Hi come on in."

"Thanks Noah." Nick said walking in with Justin.

"Hi Noah." Justin said hugging her.

"Hi Justin." Noah said sadly then kissed his head.

Tish comes in. "Noah who was-"Sees Nick and Justin. "Oh hi. You are?" She asked.

"I'm Nick, Miley's boyfriend." Nick said smiling.

Tish smiles then it fade. "Oh right I forgot you were coming over."

"Oh"

"Oh no. I'm sorry it's just that something came up." She said apologizing.

"Ok"

"I will take Justin to the game room." Noah said then they walked away downstairs.

"Come and sit down and let me tell you what's going on." She said then they both walked into the living room and she told him.

Nick has a shocked look on his face. "What is Noah ok and Miley is going where?" He asked.

Tish nods. "We found out today. My husband and Demi are out looking right now."

"Do you know the address? I can call my brother he's a cop." Nick said.

Tish thinks. "Yea wait right here I had it written down." She walks away then comes back a few minutes later. "Here it is." She said handing Nick the paper.

Nick looks at the paper. "Thanks." He said while pulling his phone out dialing a number and waiting for the person to pick up.

Joe picks up the phone. "Hey Nick, I thought you was on a date." Joe said.

"Look Joe I need you to go to this address and stop Miley."

"Stop Miley from what?"

Nick tells him the story and the address. "Joe can you please before she gets hurt."

"Yea. I will call when I have her." Joe said then hung up.

Nick puts his phone away and looks at Tish. "He's on it."

"Thanks." She said with a smile.

Miley gets out of the car grabbing the baseball bat. "You can do this, do this for Noah." Miley said talking to herself. She walks up to the door and knocks.

Liam opens the door and smirks when he sees who it is. "Miley good to see you again."

Miley has tears in her eyes. "Noah told me what you did to her."

"Oh and what are you going to do about it?" He asked.

"This." Miley said pulls the bat from behind her back and hits him making him fall.

Demi and Billy Ray are in the car driving around. "All I know is that he lives somewhere not far from here." Billy Ray says turning a corner.

A police car speeds pass them. "Mr. C follow that car I have a feeling it's going to lead us there." Demi said. Billy Ray follows the car and ends up at the house and gets out.

Joe sees then and stops them. "I'm sorry but I'm going to have to ask you to leave." He said.

"But my baby is in there." Billy Ray said pointing to the house.

"You guys know Miley?" Joe asked.

"Yea, how do you know Miley?" Demi asked.

"I don't Nick called me." They hear a scream. "Stay here." Joe says then runs into the house and sees a lot of broken stuff. "Hello?" He asked but no one answers. He walks into the living room to see Liam on the ground bleeding and Miley over him with that bat. "Miley put the bat down. He is not worth it."

Miley looks at him. "Who are you? How do you know my name?"

Joe walks to her. "I'm Nick's brother, he called me." Joe said holding his hand out. "Give me the bat, he's not worth it. You going to jail will not help your sister. Please."

Miley slowly hands him the bat. Just then Liam gets up with a gun in his hand. "Now you dead."

Outside Billy Ray and Demi are waiting. "What is taking so long?" He asked no one in particular. They hear a gun shot. "Miley!" They ran in the house.

Demi looks around. "The living room." They run in it and sees Miley behind Joe with his gun out and Liam on the floor holding his knee.

"Miles!" Billy Ray said running to her and pulling her into a hug. "I'm glad you're ok."

"Yea don't scare us like that again." Demi said.

Joe hand cuffs Liam and reads him is rights and puts him in an ambulance with another police man. "Come on Miley I have to take you down to the station." Joe said.

At the station Joe calls Nick. "Hey bro I have Miley down her with her dad and friend."

"Thanks I will be there soon." Nick said hanging up and looks at Tish. "He found Miley and they are at the station. We should get down there." They call Noah and Justin and leave.

When they get there they see Billy Ray and Demi and walks over to them. "Where is Miley? Is she ok?" Tish asked.

"She is in the back getting question." Her husband said.

Joe comes out. "Hey bro."

"Joe where is Miley?"

Joe smiles. "She will be out soon. No charges will be brought up and no record. She's free to go. Now Liam on the other hand, he will be in jail for the rest of his life."

"Thanks man I owe you one." Nick said giving his brother a hug.

Joe pulls away. "No problem. Let me go get Miley for you guys." Joe said then walked away to the back.

"Daddy how does Uncle Joey know Ms. Cyrus?" Justin asked confused.

Nick bends down to Justin's level. "Well Ms. Cyrus had to come talk to Uncle Joey. You see she's sad. So when she comes out give her a big hug ok."

Justin nods and Miley comes out talking to Joe. "Thanks Joe I don't know what would have happened if you were not there. You saved me."

"Happy to…" Joe gets cut off.

Justin runs to Miley and hugs her. "Don't be sad Ms. Cyrus. It will be ok."

"Help." Joe said finishing his sentence smiling.

"Love you too cutie."

Notes: Here it is guys sorry it took so long I had midterms and was lost in studying. I hope you guys like this chapter and like I said I have nothing against Liam.
