Author Notes: Hey guys I'm back with other chapter for you guys. Sorry it took so long I wanted to get this out sooner but school keeps be busy being a senor in college and all. Please comment and let me know what you think. And also I changed somethings. So for now on Emily is Lilly and the accident happened 5 years ago.

"M-Miley?" Lilly says shocked to see Miley after years.

Jake puts his arm around Lilly. "Aww best friends back together." Jake says with a smile.

"Yea, whatever." Miley says and walks away.

Jake shocked then looks at Lilly. "Babe?"

Lilly has her head down. "Come on Sarah lets go home." Lilly says then walks out with her daughter.

"Lilly?" Jake asks and follows her out the room.

Miley is standing at her desk. "Why did she have to show up?" Miley asks herself with tears in her eyes.

"Hey Miles do-"Nick walks up to her and starts to ask but stops when he sees her. "Are you ok?" Nick touches her hand.

Miley looks at him. "Huh… Yea why do you ask?"

"Because you have tears in your eyes. What did that guy say to you? Did he hurt you?" Nick asks in a panic and mad voice. "If he did I-"

Miley cuts him off. "Nick calm down. Jake didn't do anything to me." Miley smiles at Nick protectiveness.

Nick calms down and takes a breath. "So what's up then?"

"Nothing. What did you need?" Miley asks.

Nick lets it go for now. "I was asking you do you need aby help cleaning up."

"Sure if you have time." Miley said putting up chairs.

Nick helps her. "So who's Jake?" He asks.

"A Friend."

"Just a friend?"

Miley stops what she's doing and looks at Nick. "Yea."

"Miley come on one minute you two are hugging then the next he's gone and you're crying. Who is he?"

"What you think he's an ex or something like that?" Miley said getting upset that he's questioning her.

Nick looks at her. "I wasn't until now." He said.

"Well yes he is an ex and a friend. We went to school together Nick. Gosh what you don't trust me because he's my ex."

"Well Selena did-"

Miley cuts him off. "I'm not Selena." Miley says then signs. "You know what Nick why don't you just go home. I can handle this." She said going back to work.

Nick takes the chair out of her hand. "Come on Miles. I'm sorry I should have let you tell me and I should have not compared you to Selena." He said.

"Yea you should have and you shouldn't have compared me to her." She said then goes back to putting chairs up.

Nick is about to say something when Denise walks in. "Good you two are the only ones still here." She said.

Justin walks up. "Hey I'm still here." He said.

Denise picks him up and starts tickling him. "Of course you are cutie." Stops tickling him when he starts laughing hard and begs her to stop.

"Nick was just about to leave." She said looking directly at Nick.

"Miley I-"

Miley cuts him off. "I will leave then." She says and gets her things and heads to the door. "See you tomorrow Justin and Denise." She says then walks out the door.

Denise looks at Nick. "What happened?"

"I kind of compared her to Selena." Nick said.

Denise looks at him hard. "What exactly did you say?" She asks Nick and he tells her. "Nick you can't punish her for something another women has done to you." Nick about to say something but she stops him. "Even if she didn't tell you that was her ex."

Nick signs. "I know. I tried to say sorry. All I wanted to know was why she has tears in her eyes."

"Give her some time and call her later tonight." Denise says.

Nick takes Justin from her. "Yeah thanks mom."

"Sure. Nick don't let this one go."

"I won't mom. I really like her. No I love her and so does Justin."

Denise smiles. "Then makes things right. Now go on and get my grand-baby home. Poor little thing is tired from his day." She says seeing Justin eyes closing.

With Jake and Lilly just getting into their house.

"Sarah why don't you go playing your room." Jake said.

"Ok daddy." Sarah says and runs to her room.

Jake looks at Lilly. "So do you want to tell me what that was all about?" He asks.

Lilly sits on the couch. "What?"

Jake sits next to her. "You know I'm talking about Miley."

"I told you we haven't talked since freshman year in college." She said.

"Yea but now I can see something else happened then you two just taking different paths." Jake says.

"Just let it go Jake." Lilly said getting off the couch and walking into the kitchen.

Jake follows her. "No Lilly. Whatever it is you are hurting and so is Miley, your best friend.

"We are not best friends anymore. Hell we aren't even friends."

"And I want to know why."

"Because of Liam ok." Lilly yells.

Jake looks her in the eyes. "What happened between you two to make Miley stop talking to you because of Liam?" Jakes says thinking.

"Nothing, drop it Jake."

"No I want to know. On minute your happy and the next your pregnant and not yourself." Stops and looks at her. "Oh my peas. Liam is Sarah's father." Jakes says.

"No you are her father. That monster is nothing to her."

"Why did you just call him a monster?"

"Because that's what he is." Lilly says then walks upstairs to their bed room.

Jake followers her. "Lilly what happened? Please just tell me."

"He raped me!" Lilly yelled crying.

Jake stands there in shocked for a while then pulls Lilly into a hug. "Why didn't you tell me, better yet how can Miley be mad at you for that?"

"Miley doesn't know."

"What?" Jakes asks sitting down on the bed with Lilly.

"As he was raping me, Miley came in and before I could say anything I lost my best friend."

"Why didn't you go to the police?"

"He would have said that I wanted it."

"I wish you would have told me sooner. I would have known how to help you." Jakes said crying.

"No one could help me at the time Jake." Lilly said.

"I would have tried."

"I'm sorry. I was never planning to tell you."

Jake looked at her. "Why not?"

"Because I thought that once I told you, you would look at me in disgust."

"And now?" Jake asked as he wiped her tears.

"All I see is love."

"Because I love you Lilly. You and Sarah." Jake said as he kissed her on the top of the head.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner." Lilly said.

"It's ok. I'm not mad at you. But I do think you should talk to Miley, tell her what really happen. You two were more than best friends. You two are sisters."

"Why would she believe me after 5 years?" Lilly asked.

"She's Miley. You know as well as I do that she well."

"Ok I will try and talk to her."

"Take some time then go get your sister back."

"Thank you Jake. I love you."

"I love you too. Now I have to kill Liam." Jake said.

"No Jake. I have you and a beautiful daughter. She doesn't need to visit her daddy in jail."

Jake hugs her. "You are right. And you're right, Liam is not Sarah's father, I am even if I didn't help make her."

"You did. She acts just like you Jake. She wants to act just like you did." Lilly said.

Jake smiles. "Well we better get her ready for the crazy fame world." He said.

Sarah was standing at the door listening. "Daddy is not my daddy?" She said with tears in her eyes and she walks back to her room without her parents noticing her.
