Miles is a vet and one of his clients comes in with an unusual patient for him after hitting the creature while drunk driving. The creature is a large robot cat, about the size of a cougar. He doesn't know it, but this is Ravage. A Ravage who has been separated from Soundwave and with little else to do decides she might as well stay with the human who fixed his leg.

Set several months after the ending of "Holding onto the Future," the Autobots assist in the rebuilding after Soundwave's EMP. It is a vastly different world than the one they had previously known. New enemies join with old ones, each with their own agenda, but all wanting to crush the Autobots.

Had Starscream just killed them, Barricade would have been fine with it. Acknowledging that he would have been fine with two pointless deaths was unsettling, but at least with Sam he would have been able to ignore it. Sam had worked against the Decepticons and had helped to kill Megatron. But what about Miles? All he had done was been in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Sequel to Side Effects. Silverstreak's emotional instability is a threat to humans and Cybertronians alike. To save the humans from danger, Optimus gives him more responsibility to try and help him to grow up. But Silverstreak's temper is even worse than it used to be, and he sees no reason to listen. She helps the Autobots, stands alongside them against Decepticons. Abelia's inference changes the Autobot's future, in ways they never thought of. She's also one person you don't want to anger. Don't mess with her family, she's protective.

It snows in Tranquility and even at seventeen, Miles and Sam are going to go outside and play in it. Then Miles looks at Sam's Camaro and is struck by an evil thought, so he dares Sam to test the old tongue sticking myth. Sam gets his tongue stuck to Bumblebee and Miles makes sure to get a picture of it. Sam later dares him to lick Barricade. (eventual Sam/Bee but minor)
