After Star gave the throne back to Eclipsa, the people of the castle were still getting back their souls and were confused about happened. Also Star was confused and overwhelmed but decided to said something to her people.

Star: Listen please. I know you are confused but you need to start helping the other mewnans.

Mewnan: Where is Queen Moon?

Star: She is not (sighs) here. But tomorrow with my dad will search her.

Mewnan: Why did you give back the throne to Eclipsa?

Star: Because it was hers from the start and she deserves to be queen again.

After Star spoke to the mewnans, she went to where Marco and Tom were. But she noticed that they were avoiding to each other.

Star: (What happened to them? They were okay before the battle. But now they aren't talking.) Guys are you okay?

Tom: Yeah we're good

Marco: (looking away) Yeah what he said.

Star: (Now Marco doesn't even look at me. Time to break the ice). Can you guys tell me what is happening to you?

Tom: It's nothing really (lying)

Marco: ...

Star: If it's nothing, then why you avoid each other.

Marco: (sighs) I think I should go. You need to catch up.

Marco with a heavy heart went to sit away from her crush and his best friend and starts to cry.

Marco: (What should I do. Should I go back to Earth? Should I stay? Will I finally move on?. Why does love have to be complicated).

While he was deep in thought, he didn't realise that Star was talking to him.

Star: (concerned) Marco, are you okay?

Marco: (looks away and wipes away tears). Yeah, I'm fine.

Star: Are you sure?

Marco: Yeah.

Star: (I know you're lying Marco. Why did you cry?) Okay, if you say so.

Marco: Star, can I ask you something?

Star: Sure.

Marco: (serious) What I am to you?

Star: What do you mean? You're my best friend.

Marco: (That's what I thought. I'm only her best friend. Nothing more). Did the kiss mean something to you?

Star: (nervous) Marco, can we please don't talk about it.

Marco: (serious) Are you serious? How long will we avoid the topic?

Star: (nervous) Marco please let it go.

Marco: No, Star. Since the kiss our friendship isn't the same. It's the Song Day all over again. The only thing we do is avoid each other. Don't you think this is hard for me?

Marco: (sighs sadly) Are you happy with Tom? Do you like him? Please tell me.

Star: Marco I... (tears up) I'm sorry.

Marco: It's okay. It's not your fault. It was mine. I realized my feelings too late. But it's okay. I will get over you eventually.

Star: Marco, I'm sorry I hurt you. But please, now that you told me how you feel, please don't stop talking to me. I don't want to lose you.

Marco: Of course not, you're still my best friend, but I need time to think.
