A/n: a few drabbles I had for the TV show Grimm and more importantly ones surrounding Nick and Adalind.

Obsession

She witnessed him spiraling before her very own eyes.

The first time she had noticed it, was at dinner. They had agreed to go on a double date with Hank and Adalind. Juliette liked the blond haired woman. She was happy Hank found a woman who was successful. She thought they made a great couple, but Nick disagreed.

"She is not right for him," He said once they were home.

They were standing in their kitchen arguing.

"Let Hank figure it out then," She said hoping he would not interfere in the couple's relationship.

She thought he would listen to her advice, but Nick vehemently despised the woman. Juliette knew Nick deeply cared about Hank, but he was able to take care of himself.

The second time she noticed it was after work one day. She regretted telling him the truth about the scratch, but he wouldn't let it go until she told him the full story.

He had been keeping secrets from her and despite being a detective he wasn't great at covering his tracks. He didn't trust her with all the strange things happening in his life lately, and she felt insignificant to him. Like he didn't need her in his life anymore.

"We need to get you to a hospital," He said overly concerned.
"It might be infected."

"It's a cat scratch," She said as she pulled her arm away from him. "I will be fine."

"You don't know Adalind like I do," He was talking slowly as if she was a toddler being lectured. "She is dangerous."

"Why are you so obsessed over her?" She asked frustrated.

Silence.

"I'm going to bed," She whispered trying to hold back her tears. "You should sleep on the couch."

He didn't argue this time. He watched her walk up the steps and let her go. This was all his fault. He didn't want to bring the vessen community into her world, but now it was blowing up in his face. All he wanted to do was protect her, but now she doesn't believe him.

Juliette saw her boyfriend's obsession over Adalind spiral out of control, but it was too late to stop it. Their relationship would never be the same.
