The Shadow Operatives have expanded their hunting globally. Over the past 19 years since persona 3's close, the old guard has trained new recruits and their kids. Their leader; Mitsuru Kirijo, travels to a small town in Nebraska, U.S. to investigate with her daughter. Each Named Persona user is based off a secret crossover character. GL Figuring them all out.
